TO Bishop of Sabah and ALL CLERGY AND
PASTORs---
A VUN wrote
an email dated 25th September, 2012, to all clergy and pastors (but
not ALL clergies and pastors were in the email list).
In the email
he wrote and I quote “Now the Court has
ruled to our favour….. we will see another round of false allegations”

I would like
to correct the abovementioned statement as to “ What the court has ruled to our
favour?” and “another round of false accusations?”
What the
Court has done is just dealing with technicalities and AVCF hiding behind that
veil. Do you honestly believe paper can
wrap up fire?
Do you
really believe that all those accusations are false? Then
let the High Court deal with those accusations without blocking the trial by
technicalities.
So let the
Civil Case be heard in OPEN court and not set aside the case.
Why is the Bishop - a religious leader always claim what is written in the blogs are LIES making him a victim?
ReplyDeleteHe also said those people are anonymous but I am not anonymous.
He has been attacking me with falsehood to cover up his evil deeds in the context of religious matters.
So when I am not anonymous, he just ignores me and hide under the veil of technicalities in court, because he knows he does not stand to be declared innocence in a civil court trial in the OPEN.
The PAC investigation was convened in secret in closed doors and the even the decision listed by the House of Bishops in 38 items of wrong doing is wrapped up by secrecy..
So what I write here is so true and also defamatory as they are all TRUTH, and so AVCF dares not sue me..
He dares not let my civil case to go full public..

If you know any Bishop that has gone awry or wrong or mentally unstable -saying one thing and doing another – lying all the time what would any parishioners, members, beneficiaries do? Would anyone follow such socalled “shepherd”?
Go along with that to be sinning..and screaming from the pulpit, writing nonsense in the Sunday bulletins and Diocesan Bulletin as pastoral letters with lots of abusive words rather then preaching the true words of God. Actually, avcf would twist the Words of God like Satan does to justify his acts.
Yes, it is rather sad for all that this BISHOPGATE has blown over to the Internet in three massive blogs as AVCF does not want resign as he has known hidden agenda already exposed.
When AVCF resigns now, he has to do restitution of the massive losses to the ADOS in the tens of millions rm and not to mention CBT, Ultra vires acts done by him and him alone with some of cronies/accomplices as facilitators.
God bless ADOS for what has been explosive possible also for the wrong reasons because of one man aka tpw – very sad indeed.
AVCF is using church funds to defend himself over his terrible temptations in sin while I have to use my own resources and lately with some help from concerned members in pursuing corrective actions.

ReplyDeleteThe easy ways to get them out of the Anglican system is to commit them for some months in Bukit Padang Mesra Hospital as already proven his mental capacity is deranged.
So we need a team of people including Anglican medical doctors, Anglican lawyers and some status retired senior citizens to file a suit in Court for urgent attention to commit them to detention in Mesra Hospital.
I can present all those papers to confirmed their unsound minds.
AVCF already in the worst state of mind with inability to cope with many memory lapses;
JY also lodged false Police Report with inaccurate information due to mental stress to cope with the Bishopgate.
Melta Jiki Tai also cannot remember recent developments although he is away from the urban stress..
This way we can keep the ADOS from mentally sick people too much for them.
