Some important issues raised by Philip Chhoa

 Philip Chhoa
I am requesting that the bashing of Bobby Tan be stopped immediately. Many of us are angry, impatient for action…etc. Just because he has the courage to reply and he is the brother of Pastor Susan and nominated to be a treasurer by Micheal Tong in collusion with Dean Chak and BAV does not deserve such reaction. Many of us do not know him well enough to comment. The fact that he stated his academic qualifications shows that he has professional integrity and will not be a pushover. He has shown good ethics sense too. He should be given a chance to proof himself that he is not a ‘poodle’ of Dean Chak or BAV to be barked at. I would caution him that he is solely responsible for the financial position of the Cathedral. Dean Chak and BAV will plead innocence and ignorance when things go wrong like they have done in the pass – ‘did I say that ….I can’t remember…accountant can you verify?’
To Bobby Tan, your appointment may be tainted by the uncouth and despicable shameful behavior of Dean Chak and BAV who show no integrity for the positions they hold and should resign immediately like their good friend, Rev Canon George Kovoor ( who has some dignity to resign after being caught). There are many accountants in the Cathedral who can give you good advise including Rosalind -unlike BAV who thinks that there is only one accountant namely Micheal Tong in the whole Diocese. No disrespect to Micheal Tong, on his professionalism but gives in to BAV too much for whatever reason. I would suggest to you that you recommend an external auditor to audit the Cathedral accounts. In fact, the Cathedral accounts are so simple that a 3 days man hours would suffice. However, it gives credence and independence. It would not cost a lot – much much cheaper than spending on the jingle lights.
Several issues you need to immediately take control and that is the signing of cheques. All cheques must have 2 signatories and one must be you, without exception. Your signatory represents the Laity as treasurer for good internal control. You are answerable to us, members of the Trust for all expenditures incurred for the advancement of God’s work on Earth especially in Sabah. No two clergies can sign cheques to pass payments. The Clergies are not our bosses. If payments are suspect such as without invoices or supporting documents or payments that are not approved by the PCC then it should not be reimbursed such as ipads given to clergies etc. Love gifts to overseas speakers are fair but not to Diocese salaried clergies as they get a salary already. You must be firm on this matter. Resign, if your conscience is not clear like a professional.
Some trivial news – Rev Canon George Kovoor, a controversial figure recently resigned as principal of Trinity College, Bristol. He was given an Honorary Canon of All Saints Cathedral by BAV in Y2010. Normally the title is given to parish clergies in the Diocese, in recognition of long and dedicated service to the Diocese. The Canon chapter plays a role in the administration of the Cathedral from which a Dean is appointed. I do not understand what George Kovoor has done to deserve a Canon.
Anyway, quote ‘ it follows an inspection report earlier this year from the Ministry Division of the Church of England which highlighted ‘serious concern about a number of governance and managerial issues’. Concerns were raised about lines of accountability, the nature and authority of the senior management team …….’ unquote. Well, well – birds of the same feather flock together!! He voluntarily resigned…when is BAV resigning?

1.Micheal Tong in collusion with Dean Chak and BAV does not deserve such reaction.
JK - from the emails BAV is sort of involved as BAV had wanted to replace Rosalind even in AGM 2011.

2.  External auditor
JK- even without amend the ASC Constitution, it is good governance to appoint an internal Audit committee especially an honorary auditor is still pending and the hon Treasurer has yet to take control of the account after more than 30 days.  Also we cannot leave it too late for the honorary Treasurer to work lest the accounts become 'messy' or incomplete in entries or supporting documents.
3.No two clergies can sign cheques to pass payments.
JK -Is that the duty of the Hon Treasurer to insist that he/she sign all cheques and if so why the Hon Treasurer has yet to see the accounts after more than 30 days meaning there were no payments made in this period since the AGM?  Also I believe many cheques under acting Dean were not signed by the previous Treasurer as part of my many questions to ASC.
4. Rev Canon George Kovoor,
JK- What do we intend to do about Rev Canon George Kovoor,  who is also a canon of  ASC or ADOS as regards to the Cathedral Chapter which does not mention about 'removal' of Canon.
5.  Michael Tong only in BAV's mind????

JK - I do not know if Michael Tong is to be appointed outside of the AGM be appropriate especially he seems to have failed  to honour his promise on the rectification/verification of the Synod accounts as the new Treasurer from September 2012?  Where are the many alleged'misappropriations' of fund in ADOS?
6.  Settle the mess in good govenance
JK - We need to put the whole house of Synod and ASC in order as I am still awaiting the audience with Dean and PCC possibly with the attendance of the hon Auditor of ASC.

what do you think about this over "ALLAH"?

‘Allah’ bibles seized from Sibu prison

Anisah Shukry | April 29, 2013
The Prison Fellowship Malaysia is afraid that if left unabated, prisoners across Malaysia will be deprived of their religious books at the hands of the authorities.
PETALING JAYA: Hundreds of Malay and Iban-language bibles with the word ‘Allah’ have been confiscated from a prison in Sibu, revealed the Prison Fellowship Malaysia (PFM), sparking uproar among the Christian community just days before May 5 general election.
This is in spite of the Cabinet’s 2011 10-point resolution, which allows the Bumiputera Christian population in Sabah and Sarawak to bring in and use their bibles in Malay as well as in indigenous languages.
“These past two weeks, [prison authorities] kept taking away the Malay and Iban-language bible from the prisoners because they have the word Allah in it,” PFM executive director Prem Kumar told FMT.
“So now these prisoners have got nothing to read, and they really need help,” he added.
Prem said authorities began seizing the religious books after the Sibu Prison director wrote a letter to the prison headquarters in Kajang, questioning the use of “Allah” bibles by inmates.
The Kajang headquarters then replied: “…For your information, the Malaysian Prison Department through memo JP/PML/Kp/2 (58) dated July 25, 2011 titled ‘Use of Illegal Publication As Teaching Tools’ clearly mentions [guidelines on the use of books or articles containing the word Allah in Sarawak prisons].
“As such, you are required to take appropriate action over this,” reads the Feb 22 memo, which is signed by Prisoner Management Director Jamaludin Saad.
“So the [Sibu Prison] director took appropriate action and that action was to confiscate the bibles,” said Prem although he added that the English and Chinese language bibles, which do not contain the word ‘Allah’, were not seized.
He also said as of now, only “Allah” bibles in the Sibu Prison were confiscated, although he feared that authorities would soon do the same to other prisons if their actions were left unchallenged.
“We talked to [Sibu prison officers], they said they received the information from the headquarters so [because of that] they were taking the bibles.
“We cannot challenge them, we are just volunteers registered with the prisons department with no political clout,” he added.
No reply from PMO

Prem has since turned to the Council of Churches of Malaysia (CCM) to help in the matter, but they, too, appear to have hit a brick wall.
CCM executive council member Chrisanne Chin told FMT that the council wrote a letter to the prime minister as well as the Prime Minister’s Office two weeks ago, but have yet to receive a reply.
“Obviously the prison authorities’ actions contravene the 10 point resolution sent out in 2011 by the prime minister,” Chin stressed.
But when contacted, the National Prison Secretariat member Shukri Hashim told FMT he knew nothing about the memo sent to the Sibu Prison.
“I don’t know about this Al-Kitab and received no report on this,” he insisted.
Shukri also declined to state whether such a memo was in line with prison rules.
Meanwhile, neither Jamaludin nor the Sibu Prison director were available for comment despite numerous attempts.
The Christian community, which comprise about 9% of the country’s 28 million population, have for years been locked in a tussle with the BN-lead government over the use of the word “Allah” by non-Muslims.
In 2009, the High Court allowed the use of the word “Allah” in the Catholic weekly newspaper Herald. But the government has appealed against the decision.
The Court of Appeal has fixed May 30 for case management of the appeal.///

Christians to vote and zero votes for BN/UMNO

Careful with the ballot paper (see below)

Give ZERO votes to BN/UMNO

The slogan "ini kali lah' is not so specific for Sabah where the oppositions are split into three parts namely PKR/PAS/DAP and SAPP and STAR plus some smaller parties and independent.

DAP and SAPP and STAR also use Ini kali lah.

I am worried that this message is unclear in Sabah as if the votes are split amongst the opposition parties, BN would win easily in most seats.  Maybe in Sabah the opposition would get more Parliament and State seats than GE2008, but not enough to form the State Government.  That is why in Sabah, BN is sure to be returned when they are not deserve it and Sabahans are split into 4 parts.

So if Sabahans only give votes to the opposition then BN/UMNO is gone for good.

Some may think this is a dream but we need to campaign for this swing with the slogan

Give ZERO votes to BN/UMNO
or simply don't cross BN the dacing.

Hope you appreciate this and pass this on quickly to.many people and groups.

Thank you,

Joshua

IMPORTANT :  GIVE BN/UMNO zero votes GE13
Dear Malaysians especially genuine Sabahans,
There are many non genuine Sabahans in Sabah.
This is the message for the nation at the time of GE13.
It is meaningless for Sabah and Malaysia to have this GE13 when the electoral rolls are loaded with illegal people given genuine identity cards.  You call this a ‘Malaysian’ nation.
How many political parties in Malaysia are legal when many foreigners given genuine identity cards to become members especially UMNO in Sabah?
Why waste so much resources of up to RM100billions including campaigning by many people and many people disturbed in their businesses to conduct a false General Election and this is not the first time General Election is not a farce.
What we want is a true, free and fair General Election?  Cheating by Election Commissions has been the normal business even getting the law changed to ‘no challenge to the Electoral Rolls once gazetted.”  How can we protect thieves by such a law?  Isn’t it BN/UMNO wanted that because of fraudulent Electoral Rolls?
How to conduct a true, fair and free General Election when there are so many aspects of no level playing field and everyone knows that?
We must stop the BN/UMNO for another term especially BN/UMNO in Sabah since grabbing power in 1994 after recruiting the ‘terrorists’ for ‘citizenships’ from across the Sulu sea.  I have used the term ‘terrorist’ as it was used for the “Tanduoa Invasion” after the Home minister earlier said “ not militant, not terrorists”  but later switched to terrorists after the security forces were killed including head chopped off and bodies/eyes mutilated.
According to Hassnar Ebrahim who told us that NRD’s Senior officer at the time  told him that people from Southern Philippines if given citizenship would one day come back to bite us.  Now we have witnessed so soon as that in Lahad Datu, Semporna etc.
BN/UMNO in 50 very long years had never resolved the Sabah Claim and yet Najib claimed BN/UMNO had delivered to the people.
At one time it was considered that the presence of illegal people is the mother of all woes in Sabah.
Then I consider the Sabah Claim by Sulu/Manila/others yet to be resolved is the grandmother of all woes in Sabah.
Now it is UMNO in Malaysia and Sabah as the great grandmother of all woes in the nation especially in Sabah.
If we want solution, then we should know what to do at GE13.  We as voters who love Malaysia and Sabah should know what to do – give ZERO votes to BN/UMNO.  Lets only dubious citizens vote BN/UMNO whose socalled leaders are traitors fit to be done with in that fashion with total rejection.

Now we come to Sabah’s special scenario for an UBAH.  I think Putrajaya already decided by Malaya alone for UBAH.
It is sad to see the line up in the candidates in most seats giving the voters some headache to decide.  If all voters give ZERO votes to BN/UMNO, then it is a friendly contest amongst the opposition parties (Malaya-based, Sabah/Sarawak-based).  Then we have an UBAH in Sabah’s state Government – congratulations for the 50 years or golden jubilee in 2013 for a truly independence
Why give BN/UMNO zero votes at GE13?
1.       Ask Musa Aman and his task force on the 400,000 genuine identity cards given to Tausug, Suluk etc in 1990s and many of the Project IC holders are voters in Sungai Sibuga.  Is this not a terrorism or treasonous act by Musa Aman in an agenda of trojan horses?  With this concept, how can Musa want/can resolve the Sabah Claim and Project IC?
2.       BN/UMNO leaders did expect the Royal Commission of Inquiry on Illegal Immigrants in Sabah to be completed and implemented prior to GE13.  But this is a great disappointment because those who wanted to leave BN are still there cheating the voters with fraudulent electoral rolls.  With the dubious citizens in the Rolls, BN/UMNO imagine sure to win GE13 as aided by Election Commission as done previously.
3.       The dubious citizens are likely bumiputra and so the incoming ILLEGAL Government would only bring benefits to them marginalizing the  local and others as had been done for decades and so why let them be in power again.
Based on 1, 2 and 3, BN/UMNO should not deserve any votes from genuine voters – Sabahans and Malaysians alike.  Let them lost their deposits this time as a good sign of CHANGE or UBAH.
In my campaign for N13 Likas byelection 2001, I hung banner “UMNO to go home”.  Lajim, Musa and many others saw that in All Saints’ School, Likas.
The results for the Sabah state of General Election 13 could be better still if SAPP and STAR (both not Malaya based) compromise on 30 seats with a single candidate now and declare it to the voter.
So both parties sacrifice 15 candidates each so that SAPP and STAR can form a coalition Government in Sabah with other independent candidates as CHANGE or UBAH.
If SAPP, sacrifice 15, there are still 26 and STAR still have 34 both enough number to win at least 35 seats together.
SAPP and STAR, please act FAST now.

Subject: Voters in London
Lau Ben Hong 1 hour ago · Went to Malaysian High Commission in London to postal vote. Cast my vote for state and parliament for P106 PJ Utara but was extremely dissatisfied!
My state vote ballot slip had a full stop printed at the end of Lau Weng San-DAP. Parliament vote ballot slip was absent of peculiarities. As a result, I questioned the staff and asked them to provide me with another state ballot slip.
They said they had no extra slips on hand and that all they had was what they received from Election Commission. I strongly questioned them why no extra slips were provided in the case of peculiarities and stained votes. They did not answer my question! Instead they told me that my other option was to courier it back on my own!
I argued that a different delivery option DOES NOT make a difference if the voting slip was defective! Even if I fly back, it won't make a difference! Will the commission pay for my ticket?! NO!
They failed to assure me that my state voting slip was not defective. The officer said I have a choice, either vote or leave the premises! I said, if no extra slip was provided, what option did I have other than to believe that the slip was not defective and cast my vote!
Than the officer told me to speak to my representative outside of the commission. "Who is my representative outside?" Nonsense!
What really pissed me off was when the officer said "Just follow the majority!".
"What majority? !", I snapped back! The fact that he can make such a comment implies a hell lot of things!
Cast my state vote hoping that it was valid but at least I gave them hell for their incompetence!
Outside commission, I voiced my dissatisfaction with Bersih and they video recorded it to help convince more people back home to vote.
I can only hope and pray that my vote will be counted and will not be tampered! For the people in Malaysia , please vote and if the integrity of your slip is undermined, GIVE THEM HELL to provide you with a new slip because they have NO DAMN GOOD EXCUSE not to have extra slips available in the homeland! We should not be cheated of our rights to make a valid vote!
Our country will be doomed beyond recovery if we allow these CORRUPTED, HYPOCRITICAL, and EVIL MONSTERS to rule our beloved country! Our future generations deserve nothing but the best we can provide! So let us all vote for change!

AVCF and Dean Chak must be removed immediately

The end of the road for the Trojan Horses otherwise ADOS and ASC would be destroyed soon.

So ASC members have to be in unity to move the trojan horses out immediately
Mau Wah How Kong -   No more talk and post here only by members.

What are the options now?

1. Petition to the PHoB?
2. Lodge Police Report,
3.  Go to the Press,
4.  Do a silent protest on Sunday service
5.  Call an EGM to reconvene a fresh AGM.
6.  Parishioners take control of the church not forcefully but peacefully.

Any other avenues now to pursue to right the wrongdoings aplenty.

How can we allow AVCF to be trustee of the ADOS to waste all the fund in ADOS?

Letter to HT faxed to his office today

Joshua Y. C. Kong, P. O. Box 11923, 88821 Kota Kinabalu  013-8394513; 088247823 jknow823@gmail.com

The Bishop’s Commissary                                                                                 28th Appril, 2013
Rev Herbert Tong,
Wisma Anglican,
Kota Kinabalu.

Dear Rev Herbert Tong,

Re: Affairs of the ADOS while Bishop of Sabah on forced Sabbatical leave.

The Anglican churches in Sabah had been told that while Bishop Albert Vun is in Sabbatical leave of 6 months, the Bishop’s Commissary would act in his place and there is also a Facilitator or Mediator trying to resolve what I call BISHOPGATE (indisputable)  in Anglican Diocese of Sabah.

It is also a surprise that the Archbishop of the Anglican Province of churches in South East Asia did not issue any pastoral letter on the appointments of your goodself and Bishop Moses Tay.

Now it is coming to the end of the third month of duty of this special purpose for your goodself and that of Bishop M Tay, and the church would like to hear of any report on the status of the BISHOPGATE.

So in this short letter, I would like to hear from you the following:-

  1. The Dean and some intercessors have asked All Saints Cathedral’s Congregation to forget the past.  Is this your instruction or that of the Facilitator?  Please confirm.
  2. You had been quoted in some postings in the blog that you had made some disparaging remarks of the church members in All Saints Cathedral as troublemakers and that Bishop A Vun did not take a single cent.  (copy of that conversation at a Chinese New House visit is attached).
  3. It was declared on 15th October, 2012 in All Saints; Cathedral by Bishop A Vun that he and pastor Philip Lo had transferred RM85,000 of ADOS money to Thailand for Visa purpose and that the said money held in a bank deposit in Thailand would be returned to ADOS in December, 2012.   Please confirm if the money is now returned to ADOS.

I would suggest that ADOS and ASC would call an EGM or a members dialogue to further discuss the BISHOPGATE to resolve it once and for all rather than hearing sort of ‘strange’ of messages or instructions from the pulpit or the intercessors at the prayers sessions which do not allow the congregation to respond accordingly.  Really this is still practice in the polluted land and not yet in the promised land.   Even many public organizations have OPEN days for fellowships and dialogues.  So I would say it is good governance in any church especially with thousand of members to find comfort amongst us as caring families especially from the clergies and pastors.
.
I trust my simple requests would meet with your approval.

Thank you,

God bless,

In the love of Christ,

PS:  Please also comment on the exposed 4 emails between AVCF and CSF on the scandal of ASC AGM 2013.

Please ask ‘listen’.He posted his remarks about HT on Feb 19 2013 at 10.57am in Blog Bishop AV goes international.
March 1, 2013 – 8:05 am Liaten.
For the information of all Anglicans & part of context of conversation as follows,
a/.HT said, 7.30 am English Parishioners were trouble makers & very judgemental.
b/.HT said, BAV didn’t not take a single cent from ASC & ADOS.
( HT, where did the cash money came from on the Sulaiman Mansion cash purchased ?
were those money came from all the love gifts engagements overseas & in particular
from the rich Indoinesian lady ? ).
c/.HT said, Priests don’t have to be poor & why questioned the 2nd. Condo purchased ?
( Were BAV not abusing & plundering God’s money for 2nd. Condo purchased done
registered under his personal name without seeking Standing Comm. approval ).
d/.HT said, attendance throughout ADOS is growing & ASC 7,30′s congregation was only a very
portion of the Diocese.
( HT, were all these figures on attandance been grossly inflated to shows growth &
were the Celrgy not cheating God ? ).
The above was said by HT during the 3rd. day of a CNY gathering of over 50 family members & HT was
wearing a grey long sleve shirt. A group photo was taken & HT was standing on 2nd.last roll on the right.
To all my friends at ASC, I leave it to you to assess whether HT has been too bias & impartial . Does he
still has the moral & creditability to preach in our pulpits ?
An email from a member at the polling/counting centre
Dear Joshua,

For your information my good friend MKXXX have confronted HT regarding the subject mentioned by you during the AGM election around the registration tables. I was there. HT asks who told my friend. Of course we knew who told us but without permission of that person my friend will not be able to answer HT. Unless you speak to that person and provided that person is willing to testify. I don't this is of any important. HT is insignificant. He is an outsider and only temporary, better for you to concentrated on AV.

Bobby Tan opens the wound

i am very sad God’s house been used as personal instruments. I have been called by God to uphold justice in Sabah. I witnessed so many christian for the love of money oppressed non Christians who are unable to afford legal representation. I had never asked any one for fee to be paid when they seek my legal services unless they want to pay. I pray to God whether I should stand as treasurer as I have been asked by many of my clients ( non Christians) to sort out the mess in my church (this have hampered evangelism to the society as we are not good witnesses ) . God affirmed that as I have been given the stewardship of Joseph and courage of Daniel, that I am the one to sort the mess faced by the church as we no longer are the salt and light to the world
    .
The bible has taught us it is the sinners who need God.. we are all sinners. No one is without sin before God
The bible taught us if our brother has sinned 7 times 70 times against us we still have to forgive and forget. We are lacking the spirit of forgiveness.
When the leader sins such as King David who has committed murder and adultery, Prophet Nathan spoke to him in person (not by blog) and eventually warned him he is the sinners. If one did not repent from our sins, we have to let God do this work otherwise we assumed God’s function .God has punished King David by taking what is precious to him (son) and exposed his adultery by allowing his son to rape his wife (incest).
We are Christians. we do not act like unbelievers. We are not encouraged to settle dispute in court but one can lodge police report if one commits crime as it is not prohibited by God.
I am unable to answer anything in the accounts as I have not even see the account yet.

    • XAltar Boy.
      Mr.Bobby Tan,
First may I congratulate you on your election as Treasurer with the full might & assistance of the Clergy as per sandalous plot I & II. If you are a men of principle, may I sugget you resign from the elected post as Treasurer and now the whole world knew how you guys were elected.
Time will tell & actions speaks louder then words instead of flowery & smooth talk. I trust you are not following BAV footsteps by quoting bible verses.
Our one million question to you, were Albert Vun, John Yeo & Melter Tias not spiritually inclinded ? Did they not behaved & acted worst then NON BELIEVERS ? Telling lies, plundering Church Funds, sacking Clergy by demanding they leave the quarters before sunset, talking down to Clergy in all Clergy meetings and the lists goes on & on.
If we cannot settled dispute in court, why then did you enter the legal profession in the first place ? You should have been an
      ordained pastor, like PL.
  2. Listen, Listen, Listen.
    To Datin Mary Vun,
Now we understood what you meant, when you cried hysterically ” they don’t understand how Clergy works, they don’t understand how Clergy works ” inside the ladies during the recent ASC AGM.
At first we could not fathom why would our high IQ spiritual leader Albert Vun Chong Fui always telling lies, cheats, stole RM 85,000.00 for purported Thai Visa, manipulative, arrogant, heartless, smooth & slippery talker & now known as INTERNATIONAL SPEAKER ?, perhaps you would be kind enough to enlighten us all into the insight of your soul mate.
We would like to know your Albert Vun much better & thereafter will be able to forgive him for all his shortcomings & darker side.( As Dean Chak put it ). Plus, we will mobilzed all signatories to the petition
to wash both his feet inside the sanctuary of ASC as a sign of our forgiveness for the plundering & lies he did.
Appreciate you intellectual comments on the two recent postings, scandalous Plot I & II.
Over to you Datin Mary Vun.
  3. Still waiting
BAV wanted Michael Tong to come in if not PCC at least Hon Auditor. Can we still expect anything from an auditor recommended by BAV? So many months have passed since the dialogue and we have yet to hear anything from him.
  4. joshuakong823
    Your comment is awaiting moderation.
    Dear Hon Treasurer,
Since you wrote about lodgling Police Report, now you should bring the whole new PCC to lodge a Police Report on the state of mess in ASC financially as many questions have yet to be answered.
So over to you our good lawyer and accountant so good also to use some bible verses slighted for some personal bias when you also say not to settle the church matters in Court. Read on in the Bible on bringing another christian if AVCF is one.
I hope to see you fully prepared when Dean Chak fulfil his promise of an audience with him and the PCC.

Dean, please act on the alleged rape case in 2012 in ASC ground

Joshua Y. C. Kong, P. O. Box 11923, 88821 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia.

Very Rev  Dean Chak Sen Fun,                                                            28th April, 2013
All Saints Cathedral,
Kota Kinbalu, Sabah

Dear Dean,

Re:  Alleged Rape case in All Saints’ Cathedral (ASC) Ground, 2012

I don’t like flowery letter and deceptive praise and I go straight to the point.

The alleged rape of a minor is posted in the blogs and involved a young boy D. Lo whose real parents are known to the two close families concerned. .At least another 25 other parents knew this story of crime.  It is no surprise that the acting Dean AVCF did nothing or something to this crime.  The matter is a Police case and why no Police Report was lodged by the acting Dean who may deny he knew nothing or something?

This crime cannot be hidden especially after the 4 emails as exposed between AVCF and you over the alleged ‘manipulations’ of the 2013 AGM of ASC on the elections of the PCC.

I am writing this alert and it is up to you to act now because sooner or later this crime would be exposed and the young girl could be destroyed and the young youth could say he ‘escaped’ once and he could become a serial rapist.  The young girl could become a ‘wild’ girl or commit suicide later.  Dean, you need to institute an investigation.

My conscience is disturbed if I do not write you this warning and please take heed as it is now in the newspapers of famous people like Jimmy Saville (now dead cannot be charged) and Max Clifford now charged for sexual crimes committed more than two decades ago.

You are now given the golden opportunity to put this wrong of a young man who parents had been recalcitrant and encourage the PCC of 2012 to do the needful like lodging a Police Report.
This serious sexual crime if known cannot be ‘settled’ among some parties because sooner or later this would be blown up albeit too late to face the consequences for the ADOS and ASC.

If the acting Dean of  2016 -2012 want to deny what are posted in the blogs as lies, he should lodge report to various authorities like the Police, MACC, MCMC and the Archbishop of Canterbury.  As he has not done so, his attitude and action is questioned as he viewed serious sexual crime as nothing or something.  Since AVCF failed to do so, it is now for Dean Chak to restore the prestige and standing of ASC  to put wrongdoings known to positive stance.

If you want to view all allegations, please go to the blogs already known to many parishioners and the public at large who laugh both in front and back of us – Anglicans.

I trust this is in order,
Yours faithfully,

A Scandalous Plot - Part II

Nowadays, with technology like Wikileaks, nothing is secret anymore and all our emails are stored some way in the WWW.

Even some people in the Philippines can record 5,000 telephones at any one time and get paid for this service especially during General Elections.

So not waste time and resources to locate the whistleblower as it can be anyone not known to us.

Everything done to the glory of God. Amen.

A Scandalous Plot – Part II

This article is also published in 中文 & Bahasa Malaysia.
Last night we have seen Dean Chak Sen Fen’s emails to Bishop Albert Vun. The shocking revelation shows us there is another side to the neutral, honest, pious and humble facade Dean Chak works so hard to portray to members of All Saints Cathedral. He was away in the Holy Land while the AGM was set in motion. He appointed James Chhoa and PCC to revamp the voting system. For so long he appeared to be far away from the manipulation of the AGM many priests, pastors and ASC staff had been suspected of. Chak’s emails reveal hypocrisy, manipulation and dishonesty of the highest order. Who had thought the Dean of our Cathedral could stoop so low? Tonight, you will see someone went even lower.
Here are two emails from BAV.
02
04
The suspicion BAV runs the Diocese remotely during his sabbatical is proven by his own emails. Who is the real Dean of All Saints Cathedral? Who pulls the string at ASC? The answer is clear from the four emails published here.
This blog hereby:
  • charges Bishop Albert Vun and Dean Chak Sen Fen for dividing the church, pitting the one congregation against another.
  • charges BAV and Dean Chak for misleading BM, Chinese and 10:30am congregation that certain members are “troublemakers” when all BAV and Dean Chak wanted was total control of the PCC.
  • charges BAV and Dean Chak for manipulating the election by campaigning for their favoured candidates, abusing their authority as leaders, their time and resources in church employment to subvert the unity of the church and slander the reputation certain church members
  • charges BAV and Dean Chak for manipulation bordering WITCHCRAFT by advocating “pray and act forcefully”. Were you not forcing the hand of God and manipulating the will of the people to fit your agenda? Is God’s hand to short to help you BAV & Dean Chak that you have to resort to manipulation? Do you not trust the Holy Spirit to convict before people vote? Or do you think you know better than the Holy Spirit?
  • charges BAV and Dean Chak for reducing church leadership to a totally political one, forgetting the church is a spiritual entity, the Bride of Christ
  • charges BAV and Dean Chak for systematically removing church leaders who advocate transparency and accountability
  • charges BAV for coverups when he told his employees to “delete this email after reading it”
  • names Rev. Sim Ka Seng, Rev. Lin Khee Vun, Pastor Jemmie Pitah, Pastor Flora Chong as co-conspiritors in the plot to manipulate ASC’s AGM
  • charges BAV and Dean Chak for abusing their spiritual office by “guiding” the BM congregation how to vote instead of teaching them to seek the Holy Spirit’s conviction before they vote.
  • charges BAV and Dean Chak for demeaning the intellect of the BM congregation to suggest they need “guiding” on how to vote
  • charges BAV and Dean Chak for treating the BM, Chinese & 10:30am congregations as pawns in their quest for total control
  • charges BAV and Dean Chak for violating the sacredness and freewill of balloting, conducted in the house of God no less
  • charges BAV and Dean Chak for being HYPOCRITES. You have put control up an appearance of piety and detachment over the affairs of ASC yet on the contrary you have engineered the AGM cynically and behind-the-scene to fit your agenda
  • charges Dean Chak for being a puppet of BAV as it is proven that you are under the control of Bishop Albert Vun. We may have a different Dean but the SAME person is in charge of All Saints Cathedral
  • challenges BAV and Dean Chak to PROVE how some of the candidates have plans to control the finances of ASC, failing which BAV and Dean Chak should publish a public apology, nullify the election, and recall a fresh election of PCC
To the House of Bishop and Bishop Moses Tey, this is what your solution has brought us. May the blood be upon your heads. BAV has shown no desire for reconciliation and reform, only determination to systematically remove from leadership people who advocate transparency, accountability and reform.
Bishop Moses Tey, you have been suggesting to many people the PAC report and Management Letter were biased. Now read for yourself the very words of your beloved protege. They are not written by the PAC, honorary auditor or anyone else, but Bishop Albert Vun himself. Now tell us how this man is still fit to be a spiritual leader, let alone the Bishop of Sabah.
[Speaking to the Pharisees and scribes Jesus said,] You hypocrites! Well did Isaiah prophesy of you, when he said: ‘This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from me; in vain do they worship me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’” And he called the people to him and said to them, “Hear and understand: it is not what goes into the mouth that defiles a person, but what comes out of the mouth; this defiles a person.” (Matthew 15: 7-11, ESV)
What has come out of the mouths of Bishop Albert Vun and Dean Chak Sen Fen?
In the meantime, when so many thousands of the people had gathered together that they were trampling one another, he began to say to his disciples first, “Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy. Nothing is covered up that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be known. Therefore whatever you have said in the dark shall be heard in the light, and what you have whispered in private rooms shall be proclaimed on the housetops.” (Luke 12:1-3)

<><><> update ---

What do you expect a rotten person since young days now a sort of big man would do?

Sell everything and pocket it for own greed and lust in everything as we know and now awaiting confession.

Someone wants the deanery urgently for hidden agenda now already confirmed like it or not.

Someone was even ordained priest so that the place could be occupied but God's has something else for ADOS and ASC.

When the 'dog' is let out of the leash, anything can happen and now we are witnessing in the truth and the spirit with praises to the almighty God.

Welldone and a Godly revealatons and unstoppable.

This is another divine sign that ASC and ADOS cannot be destroyed by the known modus operandi andagenda of the TROJAN HORSEs and the known gang.  So the devilish and evll people -all mentioned in 4 emails should depart from ASC and ADOS - fast now.

I am now surprised that Pastor Susan Tan is missing from the list because I have not died by their dubious curses and prayers.

So do we have an honourable auditor now for ASC?  I want to give the auditor my many questions of 6 years.

Any more parts to come, blogmaster?.

Some emails to top leaders on the Deanary as empty on 6th Dec 2012

Dear Archbishops, bishops and others and also in bcc.

[Please extend a copy to the Facilitator Bishop Moses Tay and Commissary Rev Herbert Tong]

Further to my demand for action on the ‘theft’ at the All Saints’ Cathedral’s Deanery when the illegal occupants ‘Rev’ P Lo Vui Chong of (NRIC 550609-12-5441) and pastor S Lo [Yek Zhu Gyn@Stella Yek Ann Ann of (NRIC 670331-12-5426)  left  on 6th December, 2012.

The ‘theft’ or loss of the very much furnishing  in the Deanery was confirmed at the ASC AGM on 24th March, 2013 under the chairmanship of new Dean Very Rev Chak Sen Fen who was installed on 6th January, 2013.  This question was raised by Mr Wong Vui Yin at the AGM.  I had also raised the same question amongst many in a written mode one week before the AGM for answers at the AGM but it was reject by Dean Chak who wanted to give me an audience after the AGM.  Two weeks after the AGM, the audience is still pending.

The ‘theft’ took place under the acting Dean Albert Vun Chong Fui of NRIC H0282185/ 561202-12-5507 who also called himself the Dean who held office until 6th January, 2013.

Why nobody cares for the church’s God money and public fund incurred for the Deanery since it was first completed and occupied in 2000?  A full report should be prepared by the Cathedral especially for the period 2006 till 6th December, 2012 after the first occupant Dean Koo and family left in early 2006.  All records of expenditure for  the Deanery by ASC should be maintained properly for at least 7 years.

I hope the new Honorary Treasurer also practicing attorney from ASC AGM 2013 together with the previous Treasurer both Chartered Accountants would now compile a full reports on the expenditure in 2006 until 2012. [just received a mail from Bobby Tan] In 2006, the acting Dean did move into the Deanery for a few months when the massive renovation, refurbishment and extension of the Bishop Lodge was carried out.  The actual cost of this project on the Bishop Lodge is itself a major issue.  When AVCF moved out for the forced Sabbatical leave for 6 month in February, 2013 from the Bishop, the inventory issue was also brought up in the blog.  Are the new items of up to RM1m still intact in Bishop Lodge?  Please show us the records.

How many are concerned with the ongoing ‘thefts’ in ADOS vis-à-vis ASC?

Unless the people in authority do something about the alleged ‘thefts’, can I allege that you are all aiding and abetting thefts in the Anglican church?  This cannot be hidden anymore and I am just the whistleblower after the confirmation of ‘theft’ in the ASC AGM.

I have given the full names and identity cards’ number for the purpose of lodging Police Report by those who are in authority in the Anglican church so that a full report from ASC would be available.  Those who are so ‘desperate’ to be elected into the new PCC of ASC at the recent AGM  to serve God and not himself/herself or any human being should show your jest and sincerity now to right all the wrong doings in ADOS vis-à-vis ASC for the years since 2006 when much frauds had been committed.  You all know that the Wrath of God can arise anytime now.
Don’t blame me as the whistleblower but I am still waiting for the pending meeting with the new Dean and his committee on all my up to 100 questions on the rottenness of ASC vis-à-vis ADOS when ASC has been the major contributor to the Diocese of Sabah which is now deemed the ‘robber’.as legalized by the defective Constitutions of ASC and ADOS.  The acting Dean AVCF had simply abused both Constitutions.

The Bible in Malachi 3 tells us to bring the tithes and donations to the church for sharing and instead most of it siphoned off by the  ADOS in the diocesan assessment hence ADOS and the Bishop are deemed the ‘robber’ as Malachi also want the believers against robbing God.  Whatever we look at this, God is robbed in Sabah Anglican churches.

In the Dean Chak’s Devotion and Report for the ASC AGM 2013, the Dean wrote  connecting with God in crisis – “Therefore we don not lose heart…For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.  So we fix our eyes not on what is seen and on what is unseen.  For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.”  (2Cor 4:16-18).

How do we connect with God in crisis in this ‘theft’ and robbing God in the Deanery and the Diocesan Assessment both now seen (only two examples amongst many in ASC and ADOS)?  If no action is taken, then it become ‘unseen’ deliberate distortion or denial hence fitting for eternal damnation for all in the know as per verse above.  Some would say forgive and forget them but what would God says?  God save us now.

How do you want to speak up now?

If you do not speak up now for fear of man, not fear God as per Anita Moorjani in her best selling book “Dying to be me” in 28 languages [ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y1VG7895XnU ], then the ADOS already in cancer now would be destroyed soon.  The first to perish would be the mother church All Saints’ Cathedral of 101 years as I believe the Trojan Horse with his gang is already in the move to ‘transfer’ the land of ASC ground discreetly for personal gains under all guise of unjustifiable temptation of getting questionable “40,000 acres’ of little value in wilderness.  Surely someone can confirm this.

There is a Chinese say “Sai Sai tail chim, thai loi tail kim”  or “Small children steal needle and grown up steal gold”

So what is your conscience now to fear God or man?  STOP the biggest theft in ADOS and ASC for now or to be damned forever.

Take heed - Don’t say later, you are not aware of that.

God bless those who stand up for God as those who bless Israel would be blessed.

Dear Joshua,

As the Dean of ASC, I want to correct you by saying that "nobody cares about the church money". I also want to correct your accusation that the AGM confirmed the loss of furniture in the deanery. Someone brought up the issue including you and Dr James responded and I mentioned that the deanery was not empty.

I got a letter from Rev Philip explained that he brought all their furniture from Tawau. A list of furniture and loose equipment and fixtures that was left in the Deanery was attached and witnessed by our Administrator on Dec 7, 2012.

I will clarify the issue in our next PCC meeting. As the request of our last PCC, some of us will be meeting you. Please wait for the suitable time.

More and more Archbishops are mired in dirt of AVCF and gang

A Scandalous Plot – Part I

This article is published in 中文 & Bahasa Malaysia.
Dean Chak Sen Fen’s appointment and the departure of Bishop Albert Vun, Philip Lo and Stella Lo from All Saints Cathedral brought an immediate truce. Many were hopeful this would free ASC from BAV’s meddling and manipulation, that Chak would gather the local leaders and together chart the way forward for ASC. The people wanted BAV to butt out of the day-to-day running of ASC and her direction. One of the biggest fracture points during BAV’s reign at ASC was the lack of boundaries between the Diocesan and ASC affairs. The two were one in many cases as BAV controlled both. ASC funds were lifted for Diocesan projects, rising Cathedral’s deficit further. The members also aspire to take ownership of ASC’s vision and direction once again, instead of being dictated by BAV’s whims, fancies and ego.
With Chak’s appointment as Dean, we hope to turn a new leaf at ASC. There are certainly reasons to be hopeful as Dean Chak was a humble, hardworking and honest clergy during his days at ASC many years ago. Early signs were good. Chak appointed James Chhoa and the PCC to improve the voting system for the AGM. Despite controversy of pastoral staff campaigning for certain candidates, Chak was spared from criticisms as he was away in the Holy Land until 3 days before the AGM.
It appears that BAV is out of the picture and Chak is steering ASC away from deception, manipulation & tyrannical era of his predecessor, ushering her into a new chapter where ASC will be led by transparency, accountability and teamwork.  This is the general perception of Chak.
At the Diocesan level, Bishop Moses Tey  is in town to facilitate the way forward. Hurting and frustrated members finally found a pair of listening ears from the Province, our first ever Archbishop no less. While his reasonings and theology is not easily understood, many reckon he is neutral and just. The medical doctor’s analytical skills can surely be counted upon to recognize the symptoms, identify the root cause and prescribe the right treatment. He assures everyone  he is neutral and he seeks God’s way forward. Hard not to believe a former Archbishop.
If you share such perception of Dean Chak and Bishop Moses Tey, then what you are about to read next will challenge and likely overturn those perceptions.
Thanks to an anonymous whistleblower, this blog has obtained copies of emails by BAV and Dean Chak.
Email from Dean Chak to Bishop Albert Vun
Dean Chak Sen Fen's email to Bishop Albert Vun
The authenticity of these emails is certain, however Dean Chak and Bishop Albert Vun are welcome to challenge it if they disagree. The repercussions of these correspondences is far reaching. Here are the vital issues and questions:
1. Dean Chak claims to know who Bishop Moses Tey has been meeting and BMT’s opinion of those he has met with.Weren’t the meetings of various members with Bishop Moses Tey private & confidential? Did Bishop Moses Tey breach confidentiality? Did Bishop Moses Tey allege James Chhoa, Clarence Fu and Rosalind Liew of planning to “dominate the PCC” of All Saints Cathedral? What did Bishop Moses Tey say that gives Dean Chak the impression they “began to see the dark side of this group”? To be fair, we have only read what Dean Chak claimed to have happened. Bishop Moses Tey deserves the opportunity to clarify. I cannot believe the former Archbishop and a representative from the Provincial House of Bishops can be so indiscreet, impartial and bias. So please do not jump into any conclusions until we hear from him. Bishop Moses Tey, this blog is happy to publish your clarification.
2. Dean Chak ONLY asked the BM and Chinese congregations to be proactive in the AGM. Why only these congregations? Isn’t he the Dean of all the congregations? Is he trying to pit the BM and Chinese congregations against the English congregation?
3. Dean Chak shared with BAV his plan to disqualify certain candidates during the final PCC meeting. While a clergy cannot be elected as a PCC member, Rev. Clarence Fu is no longer a Diocesan staff nor licensed to minister in ADOS. While he had resigned from the Diocese, his ordination as a priest is a lifelong calling; that is why he is still called Rev. Fu unless he is defrocked. The constitution is clear that Fu, as a member of ASC, is eligible to be elected as a PCC member just like any other ASC members. Dean Chak’s email showed his bias and perhaps a personal agenda. The more important question is how did so many in the Chinese congregation also shared Dean Chak’s doubt and bias against Rev. Fu’s eligibility? How did this doubt spread from a single email to so many?
4. As the Dean, all nomination forms come back to him. With this information, he engineered his staff’s brother to contest against the incumbent treasurer. This was done behind the veneer of piousness and appearance of impartiality. Will it be accurate to call this HYPOCRISY?
What was BAV’s response to Chak’s email? Was it true he manipulated the election? Who is in charge of ASC? The Dean or BAV?
What is hidden will soon be revealed. Find out tomorrow night, 8pm when A Scandalous Plot – Part II goes LIVE.

My comments are :-

1.  Is George Lim an ASC member?

2.  Bobby Tan wants to be the new Treasurer but unable to give me answers to all my many questions.

3.  Actually the question of Rev Clarence Fu to stand for office already settled in the the last PCC before the AGM and yet this issue was raised by a young man.  The Dean should not allow this question as it is outside the Agenda of the ASC AGM.  This is the real troublemarking for the young man to ask this issue.   Yet many people tried to answer this questions when it is a personal VENDETTA.

4.  I wanted to ask those questions already presented in writing for the AGM and yet the Dean told me that my questions would be answered in a separate session to be arranged and today after more than a month, I hear nothing from the Dean.

5.  It is a surprise that AVCF has said he likes the PBS Candidate for P190 where Datuk Mary Yapp is standing and why the Dean is so busy to give me the meeting as he said it to the members at the ASC AGM on 24th March, 2013  and I hope he is also not involved with the campaign in Tawau for the Board Director of the ADOS Educational Board.

6.  Why Paul Chong never refused to continue auditor before and now ?  Paul Chong should also try to answer my many questions of ASC from 2006 -2012 as the auditor.  So is Paul absconding from his duty but he was reported to be 'manipulating' the accounts of possibly ADOS and ASC  in the blogs and yet Paul kept silent about these allegations by more than one posters.

7.  As the Honoury Auditor had no faith in the correctness of the accounts of ASC for 6 years, a full review must be carried out so the acting Dean must be made to be accountable for the "THEFT" of God's money etc...

8.  The Deanery issue of nearly empty of furniture on 6th December, 2012 is still drawing a blank.  Why the thieves are allowed to go free in ASC?  No Police Reports and nobody is held to be responsible.  It is still the responsibility of the acting Dean for non performance of his duty in ASC.

9.  Would God really allow BISHOPGATE to be resolved by the Facilitator and Commisary?

Joshua

So now what else for HT after the betrayal of BMT,
Good to remind us here of HT----
http://thetrutheng.com/2013/02/26/rev-herbert-tong-where-art-thou/
February 26, 2013 - 3:30 pm member

Please ask ‘listen’.He posted his remarks about HT on Feb 19 2013 at 10.57am in Blog Bishop AV goes international.
March 1, 2013 - 8:05 am Liaten.

The plan already done by AVCF to come back and sack CSF and instal either P. Lo or himself as acting dean after the messier thing done by BMT and HT.
Maybe by then the land of ASC sited is sold…
