some replies to William and Philip Lee

Dear William,
I think some of you had some misconception on my Court action against the Bishop of Sabah and
AVCF.
I did it to save the ADOS and ASC.  Some people only want to save AVCF against all his countless wrongdoings
and crimes.  Why?  So they prefer to lose the church.  What would Jesus think or say?

I would like to comment on your questions:-  ( I doubt AVCF would give any reply)

The examples :
1. Close down of the kindergarten without good cause. Please verify with him.

I did ask him the reasons in an earlier ASC AGM and he just brushed it aside and challenge me to prove what I say about what AVCF said about the closure sometime earlier about the 'system'..

2. Despite strongly opposed by more than one thousand members, he had obstinately ordained the unqualified Philip Lo as priest of the church. This ordination has undoubtedly set up a shameful precedent and it raised the questions: How many unqualified priests were ordained in the past? Can anyone guarantee that there will be no similar cases in the future? What is the relationship between Bishop Albert Vun and the family of Philip Lo?

It is likely more than one as some clergies are so good supporters of AVCF to hide certain things.  Do those non Sabahans have work permits?  The rumours of the  Lo family and AVCF are shameful.  Can you see the fruits of that shame?

3. Historical shame—an act of blasphemy against our religious was blatantly performed during the night of Philip Lo’s ordination. A police patrol car was seen in the church compound and some plain-clothed policemen were found stationed inside the church. Who invited the police to the church? Why? Please ask him.

YTC even blamed me n his letter for the presence of Police in church.  I hope the audience with Dean Chak would be held o clear this shame and sham of he acting Dean then.

4. An amount of RM85,000 was transferred to the leader’s personal bank account in Bangkok as a deposit to apply for the Thailand 2nd Home Visa. It was revealed that Thailand never has a Second Home Visa. All types of Thai Visas are available to Malaysian Passport holders for free. There are no Thai Visas that require a deposit. Has the amount refunded to the Diocese? Please confirm with him.

Ask P. Lo for the answer.  Ask HT for the answer.

5. Fixed deposit interest—the interest income of RM 356,482 for the year of 2010 & RM 0 for 2011 did not reflect the actual fixed deposit balances which amounted to RM34,000,000 (thirty-four millions). Please ask detail from him.

All gone for the "lust" habits

6. Tenom shophouse— the purchase price stated in the S & P Agreement prepared by Messrs Azman Baginda & Co was RM365,000, but was paid for RM415,000. A copy of the agreement is with me. I can show you upon request.

Ask J Lee.

I hope this would help.
