Christians and CARE now

From Sylvia Jean,

Quote "  They have everything to do with God. Read the  newspaper with a breaking heart.  More people should be in the political arena."

Our Christians are so holy or self holy or self righteous that they dare not criticise the illegitimate Government since independence and Christians think our system of politics is untouchable for Christians.

Every one has a different role in society at large and we must seek God for our purpose on earth as Christians.  What is important we do not blow our trumpets and God would take care of the rest.

Many Christians think fighting for our rights are seditious.

So I would urge Christians to change their mindset to be involved and start an NGO - Conserve all rights entity or CARE.  Are some ready to be the pioneers on this ?

Tenth arrest made in London attack, demo at Downing Street

LONDON: Police investigating the grisly murder of a soldier in London by two Islamists made another arrest on Monday, as 1,000 far-right protesters demonstrated near Prime Minister David Cameron's office.
A 50-year-old man, held on suspicion of conspiracy to murder, becomes the tenth person arrested over the hacking to death of 25-year-old Lee Rigby near a barracks in Woolwich on Wednesday.
This includes the two prime suspects, Michael Adebolajo, 28, and Michael Adebowale, 22, who remain under armed guard in separate London hospitals after being shot by police at the murder scene.
The attack by two men spouting Islamist rhetoric has sparked community tensions, with several mosques attacked in recent days and a charity reporting a surge in anti-Muslim incidents.
About 1,000 members of the English Defence League (EDL) staged a protest near Cameron's Downing Street office on Monday, waving red and white England flags and banners saying "no surrender".
Police said they had made 13 arrests in connection with the demonstration, which saw minor scuffles take place between EDL members and police.
EDL leader Tommy Robinson addressed the largely male crowd on Whitehall, many of them shouting "Muslim killers off our streets", saying: "They've had their Arab Spring. This is time for the English spring."
The crowd, about half the number who attended a protest in the northern city of Newcastle on Saturday, shouted "coward" as Robinson told them the prime minister was on holiday "because he doesn't care".
Cameron, who is spending a week in Ibiza with his family, last week joined calls by Muslim and Christian leaders for calm, saying: "We will defeat violent extremism by standing together."
A smaller group staged a counter-demonstration on Monday, a public holiday in Britain, holding up an "EDL racists" banner and trading insults with the EDL across a barrier of police vans.
Detectives are currently trawling through reams of CCTV footage, social media, forensic evidence and intelligence reports relating the murder, the first fatal Islamist attack in Britain since 2005.
They have yet to interview Adebolajo and Adebowale, who grew up in Nigerian Christian families and converted to Islam in their teens. They are "in a stable condition and will be formally interviewed when it is possible to do so", Scotland Yard said.
Kenyan authorities on Sunday confirmed that Adebolajo had been arrested in the east African country in 2010 over links to Al-Qaeda-linked Shebab insurgents fighting in Somalia.
They said he was handed over to British intelligence agents and deported, although they denied allegations he was tortured while in Kenyan custody, which Adebolajo's family and friends have cited as a reason for his radicalisation.
Monday's arrest came as four other men held for conspiracy to murder were released on bail. Another man arrested for the same offence on Thursday has also been bailed, while another remains in custody.
Two women arrested last week were released without charge. "This remains an ongoing investigation, focussed upon public safety and identifying any others that may be involved," said Stuart Osborne, Scotland Yard's head of counter-terrorism.
Separately, police won judicial approval on Sunday to question a 31-year-old man for another five days on suspicion of the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism.
Abu Nasaybah was arrested on BBC premises late Friday shortly after giving an interview about his friendship with Adebolajo, in which he claimed Britain's domestic intelligence agency MI5 had tried to recruit the murder suspect.
An Islamic cultural centre in Grimsby in northeast England was hit by petrol bombs on Sunday night, resulting in two arrests, although police said it was "too early to speculate" on why the fire was started.
Eleven teenagers aged 16 or 17 were arrested for attacking the same mosque and parked cars on Thursday after a party, police said. Meanwhile, police on Monday investigated after two war monuments in central London were graffitied with the word Islam. - AFP

188. Can a bishop be in lustful practice?

We have enough rumours here and there...

I want Christians irrespective denominations if any bishop can live a life pleasing to himself or herself?

Can a bishop have close relationship with other girls, married women, concubines, divorcees, widow or widows?

Can this be called personal "missions"?

If you have any information, please share here...

By sharing here without fear and favour, you are pleasing God.

Don't really blame a human being like the bishop as temptations are always there ...

But a public confession is desirable...

Those stories could be out in the open...

187. Has anyone died instantly challenging AVCF in ADOS?

my response in the truthasc..

Herbert Tong when he was the Dean of ASC used to preach - don't touch God's anointed.

HT also preached that from the pulpit that once he prayed against someone against him, that person died instantly and he had to bury the dead person.

Now has any one died challenging HT, AVCF, BL,JY, MT, etc?

Away with all those bias sort of holy shit...

Dear Truth,

How many heresies you are going to discuss and highlight here.

Based on the Provincial Constitution, Bishop can be removed for behaviour of heresies.

So PHoB must be urged to act to remove Bishop and all other clergies in similar traits.

185. AVCF to answer for this 'rape' crime in ASC..

If the rape victim had given birth to a child, the DNA of the child must be taken to prove the real rapist. If a Police Report was not lodged by AVCF as the acting Dean then it is fishy. Joshua

http://crimesinanglicansabah.blogspot.com/

The  allegation of 'RAPE' of a minor in ASC in 2012 should deserve an answer not a denial from AVCF.

It is so serious and if this article can come out in the Daily Express's letter of 19th May, 2013, AVCF must clear the allegation now.

Can Christian do better by a 'cover-up' without a Police Report let alone charged in court for the rapist?

Rape accused marries his victim, 13, so case put off
Published on: Tuesday, May 21, 2013

Kota Kinabalu: A 40-year-old restaurant manager who was charged with raping a 13-year-old girl is now married to the victim, the Sessions Court here heard Monday.
The prosecution must now decide whether to proceed with the case.
Riduan Masmud's counsel Loretto J. Padua told Judge Ummu Kalthom Abd Samad that Riduan and the victim went for a lawful marriage under Syariah Law.
Padua also informed Ummu that Riduan had given all the papers and certificates regarding their marriage to the Investigating Officer of the case.
In the previous mention of the case on May 7, Padua told the court that both Riduan and the girl are in the process of getting married in the Syariah Court.
He said Riduan had submitted an application for permission to marry an underage girl and another application for permission to be in a polygamy relationship.
Riduan's first wife, who was present at the court, said she has accepted the matter as fate.
According to her, they have four children aged between 17 and two years old.
The court heard that the alleged victim had, on April 18, lodged a police report to withdraw the police report against Riduan, which was lodged by her aunt.
In Monday's proceedings, Deputy Public Prosecutor Chow Siang applied for another mention date, saying the case involved public interest and concern of the community.
"At present, for the issue of whether to proceed with the charge or not, we still have no decision yet. "Due to the new development in the case, we need the time to study it and come out with the decision that is fair to everyone," said Chow.
Ummu then set June 6 for mention of the case and reserved July 1-4, this year for trial in the event the prosecution decided to proceed with the case.
Riduan is accused of raping the girl at 10am on Feb 18 this year inside a car parked by the roadside in Jalan Air Terjun Kionsom, Inanam, here.
The offence, under Section 376(1) of the Penal Code, carries a jail term of up to 20 years and whipping, on conviction.
Counsel Mary Lee and Datuk Mariati Robert are holding a watching brief for the Sabah Women's Action Resource Group (Sawo) and Sabah Law Association, respectively.
Meanwhile, in the Magistrate's Court, a 29-year-old man claimed trial to keeping a stolen motorcycle worth RM3,000.
Edi Pani, who was brought before Magistrate Nuruhuda Mohd Yusof, is accused of keeping the stolen machine at 2pm on May 2 at Kg Bakau in Likas, here.
The court set July 1-2 to hear the case and released Edi on a bail of RM3,000 in two local sureties. Inspector Azaman Hamat prosecuted the case.

Can AVCF escape this curse now or later when it is so serious? Joshua

Dept to push for rape charge

by Murib Morpi. Posted on May 22, 2013, Wednesday

family-1
KOTA KINABALU: The State Welfare Department is pushing for the prosecution to proceed with its case against a 40-year-old married man, Riduan Masmud, who allegedly raped his under 13-year-old girl friend.
Community Development and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Jainab Ahmad, in revealing this yesterday, said the department would also seek a court order to have the girl, who was only 12 and-a-half years old when she was allegedly raped, taken from her guardians and placed under its care.
She said the department would also file an injunction at the Syariah Court to scrutinize and nullify the marriage status of the girl with the man, should it find that any ‘syarat’ or requirements not met or had been breached.
“This has become a public interest case and I am of the opinion that it is the duty of the community as a whole and the ministry in particular to protect the girl,” she said to reporters when asked to comment on the issue after closing ‘Image Moulding for Harmonious Family Seminar’ organized by her minister here.
“I have confirmed with the Syariah Court that there was an application from the father to marry his under aged daughter with the accused but we will look into challenging the marriage status. If it is true that the accused had raped the girl before he married her, the law must be upheld.
“I am writing to the court to find out what exactly has transpired, the Sabah Women Action Organization (SAWO) has also requested to meet me on the issue and we will discuss the next course of action,” she added.
Jainab stressed that the ministry took the case seriously as it involved not just the interest of the victim but all other young girls at risk of falling victims to rape.
She added it was important for everyone to make sure the court is careful not to set a bad example in dealing with the case by allowing a grown-up to get away with raping an under-aged girl without being punished just by legally marrying her later.
She said the ministry was very disturbed and greatly concerned that the girl may be subjected to further traumatic experience if she was forced to marry the man who had raped her.
“As a mother, I don’t understand why the father allowed the marriage and withdrew the police report lodged against the accused. After all, the report was lodged by victim’s aunt and not him. This is a very suspicious circumstance.
“The girl must already be traumatized by the rape. Will marrying her off to the man who had raped her solve the problem? No. It will only subject the girl to further mental torture.
“I must stress this is not woman versus man; this is about the welfare and safety of a young girl. We don’t want to set a bad example as if we don’t care. We don’t want him anywhere near her,” she said.
The Session Court on Monday said it would re-examine the rape case against the restaurant manager.
Deputy public prosecutor Chow Siang Kong told the court that the prosecution would study whether to proceed with the case, sparking concern the accused may walk free.
It was learnt that the accused befriended the girl through Facebook before allegedly engaging in a sexual act with her in a car parked by the roadside near Kionsom Waterfall in Inanam, on Feb 18.
Riduan who was charged under Section 376 (1) of the Penal Code for rape is currently released on RM8,000 bail.
Meanwhile, at the function earlier, Jainab said her ministry would continue to emphasise on programmes aimed at strengthening the family institution.
She said the government understood a strong family foundation was vital in order for the country to effectively transform itself and propel forward.
She said the ministry had adopted “Happy Family Programme” since 2009, under which allocations had been channelled to various NGO and religious bodies for implementing family-building activities.
As of end last year, she said 72 such activities had been implemented in Sabah, with 32 more planned for this year.
In addition, she said the ministry also organized various activities under special out-reach programmes for families in remote rural areas.

Don't let rapist off hook: Jainab
Published on: Sunday, May 26, 2013

Kota Kinabalu: State Community Development and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Jainab Ahmad Ayid on Saturday appealed to DPP (Deputy Public Prosecutor) to put behind bars without bail the 40-year-old restaurant manager who raped a 13-year-old girl. "God knows what he can do to the 13-year-old. She should be protected.
If his intentions are pure, why didn't he marry her in the first place?
Why did he marry her after he raped her?"
Jainab raised the issue during a press conference held after opening the MBR Carnival at the City Mosque in Likas, here.
"This is statutory rape. He should not be let off the hook just because he married her.
We don't want rapists to get away with their actions just because they got married to the victims. This also reflects a bad image on Islam and Muslims," she added.
She continued to express how grieved she is about the issue and as a woman, a mother and Minister of Community Development and Consumer Affairs, Jainab said she was talking based on facts and not emotions.
"I don't intend to fight with anyone. If there is a loophole, we want to make sure it is not used by criminals to get away with an offence. I just want to protect the child.
If we don't act properly, a lot of children could face the same situation.
How many other children do we want to see suffering?"
Apart from that, she also requested the rapist's employer to terminate his employment contract with immediate effect.
"What would happen if he comes across other young girls at the restaurant where he is working?"
To illustrate more of her disgust, she continued to explain that the 13-year- old girl and the 40-year-old man should not have been allowed to wed. How can the court allow that?
On top of that, she disagreed with the man's lawyer who ordered that no statements about the man should be sent around as it causes him stress.
"Jheains and Jakim should make things right. The Syariah Court should also look into this matter.
"The man is the culprit. He is 40 years old. He knows what he's doing.
We should protect the child. Do the right thing," said Jainab.
Meanwhile, Jainab questioned further the man's intentions.
"He did not show up in court on May 15, then told the court on May 20 that he had already married the girl without polygamy consent. Suka sama suka? There is no such thing as suka sama suka. He is 40 years old."
In relation to this, she said that their first interaction which started on Facebook was based on a lie. "He claimed to be 24 years old and single."
Another act which rose suspicion was the father's application (affidavit), she said.
"His reason for allowing his daughter to get married was due to court case problems which did not make sense.
The second one was due to pity to the man for having a family (a wife and four children). "Pity to the guy?
Why are they not pitying their own child?
If her parents can't take care of her, we will take care of her. He must have threatened the parents or influenced them in some way. They are living in poverty."
Also highlighted by Jainab were her intentions to give proper counselling to the child and her parents.
"If money is the issue, we will help the parents through the Welfare Department and other ways."

Bankrupted ASC by AVCF and his cronies

With the sharp decline of the tithings in April, 2013, I hope the hon Treasurer Bob would come and share how much is in arrears or possibly debts to the Diocesan Assessment for 2012/2013?

That is why I had raised a resolution to do away with the ILLEGAL diocesan assessment as it is now seen that ADOS is really a RED herring, sucking God's money for greed of the AVCF and his cronies.   Whatever the church collects should be largely retained by the respective church.  That is according to Malachi 3:10 as the Church is the storehouse.

Can AVCF denied 'rape' of minor in ASC ground in 2012?

It is known of this allegation of rape of minor in the blog?  What would happen to ASC in years to come could bring
ADOS and ASC down like the story below.  No amount of denial can resolve that crime. Joshua

I was the boyfriend of a monster': Victim of paedophile priest speaks out as former Archbishop of York denies covering up child abuse claims

  • Robert Waddington, former Dean of Manchester, attacked several boys
  • Archbishop of York David Hope twice told of child sex abuse allegations
  • Stopped Waddington from taking services but did not report it to police
  • Lord Hope 'absolutely denies' cover-up but admits making mistakes
  • Victim Eli Ward waives anonymity to describe his abuse nightmare

The Church of England was mired in a sex abuse scandal yesterday after a former choirboy alleged he was groomed and drawn into a sexual relationship by a senior cleric.
Eli Ward said he was first singled out by the Dean of Manchester, the Very Reverend Robert Waddington, at the age of 11 and was then a close companion of his over a five-year period.
The allegations made in public by Mr Ward for the first time yesterday led to suggestions of a cover-up over the Church’s response following complaints to bishops in 2003.

But the former Archbishop of York, Lord Hope of Thornes, who at the time oversaw the Manchester diocese, said he did not tell police and social services because Church rules then did not require it and because the Dean was dying of cancer.
Mr Ward, now 40, said he was sleeping in the Dean’s bed by the time he was 13 and by his mid-teens was spending almost every weekend and many nights at the cleric’s house. He went with him on holidays to Cornwall, the Lake District, Paris and the South of France.
The abuse started when Mr Waddington began the grooming process in 1984 and ended after suspicions were raised in the Manchester diocese in 1989, Mr Ward told the Times newspaper. In 2004, Dean Waddington, who had by then retired, was stripped of his right to lead Church services by Lord Hope but no information was passed on to police or social services. The Dean died in 2007.
Yesterday Lord Hope said: ‘I strenuously deny, and am obviously disappointed at, the suggestion that myself or my team at the time would have acted negligently in this or any other safeguarding matter.
‘There is no automatic legal obligation on the Church to refer allegations by adults to the police or social services.

Scandal: Former Archbishop of York Lord Hope, left, was told of child sex abuse allegations against Dean of Manchester Robert Waddington, right, but did not report them to the police
‘In considering whether children would be at risk from Robert Waddington I decided under these guidelines that this would not be the case given his serious ill health following cancer surgery. The following year I revoked Robert Waddington’s permission to officiate.’
Lord Hope added: ‘I am deeply aware of the pain caused to any victim of child abuse, especially at the hands of a trustworthy person within the Church.’
Mr Ward’s lawyers have now made a personal injury compensation claim against the Dean and Chapter of Manchester.
He said that until last year he thought he could deal with the memories but then he felt ‘there’s something drastically wrong with me and I then started to scream very loudly that I needed help.’
Mr Ward said he came from a poor background in Salford and joined the cathedral choir in Manchester at the age of seven.
Four years later Dean Waddington, a former headmaster and then the most senior education official working for the Church’s parliament, the General Synod, arrived in the city. He said the Dean showed him special favour, helping him with his homework, picking him up in his car to take him to choir practice, asking him out to tea and taking him for days out. He asked Mr Ward’s mother if the boy could stay with him overnight.
The room in which the boy slept had a large poster of a horrifying painting by 16th century artist Hieronymus Bosch, which gave him nightmares.

Mr Ward said: ‘He turned round to me one day and said, “Would you rather stay in my room? Is that painting too scary for you?” and of course I said yes.’
Mr Ward began sleeping in the Dean’s bed, where eventually hugs became kissing.
He said that sexual contact began after he was distressed over a break-up with a girlfriend. He said he felt obliged to perform sexual acts when the Dean asked: ‘Do you love me this much?’
Mr Ward told the Times he had now broken off contact with his own family. He said: ‘I have no relationship with my family now because I asked severe, strong questions of my family: why did you let it happen? I was the boyfriend of a monster – so what does that make me?’
Mr Ward said that he was told by the Dean that if questioned by the Press he should lie about what was going on.
After a senior cathedral official did begin to inquire about the relationship, the Dean told Mr Ward to quit the choir in 1989 and he did so.
He last saw the Dean on his wedding day, when the Dean conducted the ceremony. Mr Ward later told his wife about the abuse. ‘As soon as I told her, our relationship split like an axe,’ he added.
The Right Reverend Paul Butler, the head of the Churches National Safeguarding Committee, said: ‘As a Church we will always apologise for past systems that let down the vulnerable and offer support to anyone whose life has been affected. Today we have robust safeguarding policies in place.’

103. OPEN LETTER to all especially Christians post GE13

Christians have an important role as the Light and Salt in Society.

OPEN LETTER
What is the way forward after GE13 on a flawed mandate?

What is it after the clarion call of UBAH?

That UBAH process is ongoing at accelerated space despite the BN/UMNO remains in office at Putrajaya and for what purpose when the Writings are on the Wall Malaysia?

Lets look at the results very much contaminated by all sorts of rigging by EC as denied for decades.

The PR got 51% of the popular votes when BN got only 46% leaving the rest to the Independents and other smaller parties which are also in opposition to BN/UMNO.    So the opposition actually got 54% of the votes cast.

When 80% of the voters of 13m came out and so the opposition to BN/UMNO got 54% of the 10.4m votes and that is 5.6m of the total votes cast.  So BN/UMNO got 4.8m.

So the purpose of the General Election is for the leaders on both side of the divide to get the mandate from the populous votes.  Did BN/UMNO under the leadership of Najib really get the mandate?

What kind of mandate is expected to be in the voting pattern?

The mandate should come from real support of the votes cast.

There are various types of votes mainly support or protests votes.

It is important for the voters to be genuine supporters.

Some of the giant killers got their votes from ‘protesters’ against the BN/UMNO’s sort of big wig or big gun.

For the reigning Government to be effective to implement whatever policies and projects, we need people who are genuine to support the parties and leaders concerned.

So lets examine the BN/UMNO’s votes of  4.8m when there are over 3m of UMNO members alone not to consider the members of the other 12 coalition members.  Then the other component members could easily add up to 1.8m.  So who are the voters of BN/UMNO?  The civil servants of present and retired ones including family members could easily add up to some 3 millions. Normally the civil servants including the retired ones would vote for the reigning Government  I have not considered the number of employees of  the Government Linked Agencies and statutory bodies which could employ a few millions of workers.  So the total of such people could be up to 10m.  (I may be wrong here and can anyone rebut my assumptions here with real figures).

So can I draw a conclusion that many of these estimated 10m had not voted and supported BN/UMNO?  It is also to be questioned that the total registered voters is about 13 millions as most of the BN/UMNO members also come from employees of civil service and the Government linked agencies.

If that is the case, then can we considered those groups with vested interests really voted with wholeheartedly support for the BN/UMNO.  Here, I can also assume that many who know BN/UMNO inside out did not vote for BN/UMNO.

It is to be questioned that the said mandate is not without any flaw then.  If BN/UMNO as the incumbent got more than 60% of the votes, then the mandate could be accepted as more reliable.

The 1Malaysia Government could be further flawed when only few newly elected members of Parliament are Chinese from MCA and Indian from MIC possibly making the 1Malaysia Cabinet as lopsided with most members from UMNO only.

Najib wanted a good government and a well balanced cabinet and a two third in the Parliament to push forward his transformation programme but none of that is available now after GE13.  It is also likely that a significant portion of his stable of people did not vote for BN/UMNO as lost faith in Najib.

So Najib should now have another look at UBAH when those voted for the opposition come from support for the UBAH.  So 54% have no faith in Najib when the seats (133 out of 222) obtained by BN/IMNO are indeed questioned for the many irregularities of the Election Commission and the Police.

How can Najib proceed to keep the fort at Putrajaya to be effective when many knows they had been cheated in GE13?

I would expect Najib to hand over the power to PR to avoid further embarrassment when further scrutiny of the GE13 would expose the extent of the frauds in GE13.  If black outs are so common in the midst of final counting of votes to turn over losing BN/UMNO candidates into winners and if EC is not at fault, then EC should set up adequate emergency lights at all counting centres.  I have also urged the set up of an NGO known as Ballot Boxes Brigade (BBB or 3B).

Anwar had twitted that the early results from the various polling centres indicated PR had won Putrajaya, but the final results confirmed otherwise.  I am told that the Police had roadblocked the road to the Istana and the State Assembly Building in Kota Kinabalu at about 9pm on 5th May, 2013 and why is this so if BN/UMNO had won Sabah case?  Would the Police confirm these road blocks?

I would also like to challenge Najib to set up a Royal Commission of Inquiry on  the Electoral system including the Election Commission and the various Election Acts to clear all the accusations of the performance of the Election Commission.  I know some new features appeared in GE13 after the Parliamentary Select Committee did its round nationwide in 2011.   Some of the new features have created some serious troubles especially the indelible ink which turned out to be an expensive fake quality.  It was just for show only trying to play down the alleged cheating of multiple voting by some voting agents.  It had backfired because the indelible ink was easily washable.  The promise of cleaning up the rolls after the Royal Commission of Inquiry on Illegal Immigrants in Sabah was not fulfilled and the Roll was contaminated with Project IC holders not only in Sabah but nationwide.

Also Najib did not have a mandate of his own in 2009 when he assumed PM and for four years the system of governance was also flawed and can we accept another term of four or five years of flawed mandate?

So is that true democracy? Who are we fooling now?

Should we not go for another fresh GE within the year after the double RCI on Illegal Immigrants Sabah and on the Electoral System be fully applied for a more meaningful and balanced public contests.

If one year is too short, it is better that Najib having lost all public confidence in his Government largely in the use of delay tactics for the past four years step down now for an Interim Good Governance Government  (IGGG) Malaysia for a two year tenure to be backed up by the military (not trusting the Police as spoilers so far) to maintain the security.  In this way, it is the best way to avert the possibility of the worst to come in the nation as tension post GE13 is now building up.  The military has sort of also lost faith in Najib a former Defence Minister when a few retired top army generals offered themselves as opposition candidates in the GE13 with one in Lumut winning a very big majority. The other maiden one in Johore Baru also got very high votes.  The fact that the retired generals as opposing candidates managed to obtain tremendous support speak volume of protests again Najib precipitating no confidence in Najib and BN/UMNO.

So the DYMM YDP Agong should do the needful now and not wait any longer.

Update - confirmed foreigners flown in to vote - BN govt cheats bigtime

This was received just this morning from a reliable source. BN Government cheats big time openly. They are willing to destroy the nation and its people to stay in power.

Please send this message to as many people as possible throughout the country.

TQ.

"Text just recvd. Last night, following information received I accompanied TAHAN leaders to the KLIA on a covert operation to ascertain if foreigners were being flown in on chartered flights.

I can now confirm for you that Tengku Adnan's claim that they are only flying in genuine voters is a lie.

We saw foreign workers being picked up with vans, even that of RISDA, to be taken to unknown destinations.

We have photographic and video evidence which are being processed and will be uploaded as soon as possible.

UMNO/BN are making ready to cheat us at the polls.

I have received intelligence reports that if we can prevent this cheating, we will take Putrajaya with 126 parliamentary seats.

We can only do this by preventing the foreigners from voting.

I have previously appealed to you to remain at your polling stations after you have voted to defend the same.

I make the same appeal now.

However, I am going to list below the constituencies that are particularly vulnerable and, based on information coming in, are where the foreigners are expected to be deployed.

We need you to defend these constituencies.

Down At The Airport!

2 May 2013
This post is also available in: Malay

Charter flights laid on by BN friendly Air Asia from KK and Kuching – with hoards of Indonesian plantation workers on board…..
Down at the airport is where it is happening with the Malaysian elections right now.
Secret flights are heading out loaded with cash.
Meanwhile overloaded chartered jets are flying in crowded with foreign workers, suspected of being dragooned into voting for BN.
It would appear that the rats are leaving the sinking ship, while the PM is still desperately trying to win this election “at any cost”
Emails from Air Asia & Malaysian Airways expose a desperate PM
Today, emails leaked to the opposition by staff working at both Air Asia and Malaysian Airways have left Najib Razak desperately exposed [see base of article].
They indicate that while his departing henchmen and rich businessmen have increasingly been losing faith that he can win this election, the PM has been caught red-handed trying to ferry tens of thousands of dubious voters over to KL to influence the outcome!
Staff insiders at Air Asia and Malaysian Airways have just leaked the devastating email interchanges, which lay bare the whole operation with both sets of emails implicating the Prime Minister personally in the extraordinary operation.

‘We need to move 30,000 people over a 3 day period’ – PM needs to know how our plans are going
As his UMNO troops have started to desert in their private jets, can the PM survive this devastating exposure?
Rats leaving the sinking ship?
Because chartered jumbos are not the only unusual traffic that has been raising eyebrows.
Private jets have also been busy as rich Malaysians are getting their money out by whatever means it seems.  One the eye-witness account from air crew came through to Sarawak Report yesterday of:
“a private plane leaving Subang filled with a collection of luxury bags, and one large gunny sack stuffed with US dollars-estimated value RM 2.5 billion‬. Bags were dropped off by men in suits driving a couple of sliver Mercedeses , number plate “11″
From vote buying to vote flying!

Photographed yesterday at KK airport in Sabah – corroboration of the leaked emails. 20 buses were used to ferry the passengers say eye-witnesses
As for the traffic moving in the other direction, PKR leader Anwar Ibrahim has come out tonight stating that his information is solid that these are foreign workers being ferried to KL to be used as ‘voting fodder’.
PKR have made clear that they believe that the UMNO supporting Election Commission (both the Chairman and deputy were card-carrying UMNO members) are registering them as new voters.
One senior PKR member told Sarawak Report today:
“The National Registration Department which issues I.C.s (Identity Cards) secretly issue these cards to the PM’s Office, which then gets undercover agents to recruit foreign nationals, who get their pictures taken and then superimposed on the I.Cs and then the Election Commission which is in charge of registering voters simply key in the data of these new I.C.s into their system. Voila! New voters!”
And today Najib indeed appears to have been caught red-handed, bringing in dubious workers from the two East Malaysian states to vote BN in marginal seats in peninsular Malaysia.

Major operation of ‘Vote Flying’ – first the coaches to ferry thousands to the East Malaysian airports and then charter flights.
The leaked emails indicate that the Prime Minister has been urgently coordinating the chartering of massive 747s to ship over 40,000 Indonesians or East Malaysians from Kuching and KK, airports, backwaters that normally never see the like of such aircraft.
The incriminating evidence is there in snapshots, emails and aircraft information that are currently going viral on the web.
Both the emails leaked from Air Malaysia and Air Asia indicate that the matter is being coordinated by the Prime Minister’s office.  One from Malaysian Airways makes plain that the chartered planes are to “ferry voters and election workers from BKE and KCH”.
Since when did these sleepy plantation states become packed with poor West Malaysian workers needing charter flights back to KL or indeed East Malaysians, who might be registered in West Malaysia and need to go back to vote?

Pertinent ‘quick question’ from one Malaysian Airways exec – is the airline expected to carry the costs for this favour they are doing the caretaker PM?
Suspicions are now rife that many of these individuals may be foreign plantation workers, doing their masters’ bidding.

Passenger manifest
Illegal!
Meanwhile, the Clean Elections movement Bersih has come out in response to the news condemning ANY form of vote ferrying of this nature as illegal under the constitution.
“PROVIDING flights for voters is a clear breach of the Election Offenses Act, says Bersih’s Ambiga Sreenevasan, a former president of the Bar Council of Malaysia”.
Despite that illegality BN/UMNO have bowed to the weight of the evidence and admitted they are behind the ‘Vote Flying’, claiming they have some sort of justification in ferrying tens of thousands of East Malaysians over to the Peninsular for the election!
Party secretary-general Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor also said the flights were paid for by “friends” of Barisan Nasional (BN), Reuters reported this evening. He denied the accusation earlier today by Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim that the Election Commission (EC) and the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) were involved in an operation to transport more than 40,000 dubious voters from Sabah and Sarawak to key states in the peninsula.[Malaysian Insider]

Malaysian Airlines – ‘Schedule to ferry voters and election workers’ from Kuching to KL
Moreover, while all names are obliterated from the Malaysian Airways emails, the ones from Air Asia show clearly who many of the key writers and recipients of the emails are. They include the Chief Executive Aireen Omar.
See this smoking gun email below from Omar with a second reference to the need to report back to the PM herself!  (full evidence via link is available at base of page)

Can you let me know about flight availability by tomorrow morning as I have to see PM at noon!!!
One wonders how BN has the brass necked cheek to pose as the party of ‘stability’ when it indulges in such grossly provocative acts as this plan to plane and then bus thousands of foreigners to the polling stations of such places as Selangor on Sunday?

Charter planes arriving just before the election and leaving straight after! Is this what BN mean about ‘winning’ back Selangor at any price?
Cooperation from BN’s ‘fixed deposit’ states
And how typical of the two corrupted BN tyrants of East Malaysia, Chief Ministers Taib Mahmud and Musa Aman to cooperate in such a scandalous activity.

According to airport insiders the charters have already started ferrying helpless plantation workers, who do what they are told to do
Both men are exposed up to their necks in graft, with billions in kickbacks firmly labelled against their names.  Therefore both are desperate to do what they can to save Najib who will protect them for as long as they can provide BN the seats he needs to keep power.
40,000 plantations workers on a plane by the weekend to vote in Selangor?  Why not!
Sabah’s Project IC is the direct comparison.  Then UMNO ‘legalised’ foreign nationals to steal the East Malaysian state from its native voters.
Now it appears they are flying those workers over West Malaysia to steal their states too!
Malaysian air crew speaking to journalists at Heathrow airport had this to say Tuesday morning:
Was at Heathrow on Tuesday and met some senior aircrew. They claim that Najib is using MAS old 747s (the ones which were old and replaced by the new A380s) to fly foreigners in from both KK and Kuching…..  there have been several of these flights over the past weeks”[UK journalist].
As per Tony’s email!
The involvement of the Chairman of Air Asia is also plain in this trail of emails.  Tony Fernandez (now world famous as the owner of QPR Football Club) is the BN client and supposed ‘whizz kid’, who went from nowhere to the head of a major airline in a twinkling of an eye having caught the eye of Mahathir some years back.
He clearly owes his political allies some loyalty:

Air Asia, which is hand in glove with the Malaysian powers that be, needs to come out and explain each of these flights immediately – and the role of the PM in organising them
Today Anwar Ibrahim released this compelling evidence of the ‘vote flying’ in an urgent press statement followed by a release of the evidence that BN are now being forced to struggle to explain.

Get to the airport and photograph the disgraceful activity!
Worrying crowds – Are BN also Buying up Bangaldeshis as their traditional crowd fodder melt away?

Promoting BN, but is he Malay?
There is another issue that has been gaining attention across the blogs.  Concern has grown that BN has been paying a different section of Malaysia’s community of foreign workers to perform another aspect of its election strategy.
This is crowd buying.
BN’s oil flushed, timber flushed solution to all its problems for the last 50 years has been “if you need it, buy it”.
And in this election it seems that as it has become harder to buy up their own Malay supporters for the party, they have started to pay poor immigrant cheer leaders to wear their T-shirts and wave their flags.
Meanwhile, the real UMNO troopers are concentrating on getting their money out of town.
The level of graft of by the ruling elite, which is currently pouring its money out of KL and into foreign safe havens has been causing even the banking community to feel sickened at the sight, according to insiders who have confided to Sarawak Report.
Follow the money to see what a growing number of panicking UMNO bigwigs think the outcome of this election will be.  Last year as many Malaysians as British nationals bought property in Central London. One told a London estate agent before Christmas:
”I will buy any property you have in Central London on your books.  I need to get my money out as there is to be an election in Malaysia soon and the next government may be stricter about people like me taking out money like this!”
But, while BN’s henchmen are starting to run round like disturbed ants, there is one man who is determined that the party should win this coming election and that is the PM Najib Razak, whose pride depends on success.

Who can blame these people if they have been asked by their bosses to wave such flags for a small sum?
And if that means shipping in tens of thousands of foreign illegal voters and putting tens of thousands more into BN T-shirts all to con an election from his own people, then it seems he is prepared to try and carry it off.
But Najib’s actions are being watched by the entire nation now and they are likely to do far more damage than good to his cause of winning this election “at any cost”.
