How can a 'FOX avcf be tasked to look after the chicken?

Someone posted that the Deanery was almost empty when the illegal occupants of more than 6 years left on 6th December, 2012.

AVCF and his gang of foxy people would cry "LIES" in the blog.

The thieves would counter no such things.

So how can those expenditure for the purchases of so much equipment and furniture worth a few hundred thousands Ringgit since the Deanery was first occupied in April 2000 be accounted for.

I was at the house warming of the Deanery in April, 2000 and it was very well furnished.

When Dean Ko left the deanery at short notice and at heavy rain at midnight, he could only take his personal belonging.  My friend was the one who brought the lorry to help Dean Ko.

So Dean Ko left plenty of things in the Deanery.

Of course the AVCF occupied it for a few months in 2006 while the Bishop lodged under went massive renovation worth up to RM1m which is again not substantiated by documents.  So I presume at the Bishop lodge, no inventory was made.  Could most the expensive household things be also gone as reported in the blog?  AVCF, please show us the records.

So it is no longer hearsay that the Deanery was almost empty on and after 6th December, 2012.

It was confirmed at the ASC AGM 2013 on 24th March, 2013 at about 5pm by Dr James Chhoa - the people warden that no inventory of the Deanery was kept.  The Hon Treasurer Rosalind Liew also confirmed that ASC bought some minimum furniture for the new Dean who moved into the Deanery in January, 2013.

All is not lost as far as records are concerned as all expenditure since 2006 can be traced to the annual accounts of ASC.  I hope the new Treasurer can come up with the details of not only the Deanery but the whole ASC.

The very question now is who should be held responsible for the "theft" of the Deanery's items which could be substantial.  Should the Dean's warden lodge a Police Report?

Whatever happen should not the acting Dean be held responsible for proper custody of all assets of the ASC?  Since Rev Yong Thiam Choy - the Rector always claimed he is delegated by the acting Dean in all duties, then the Rector should also be held jointly responsible for the assets of ASC especially the missing items in the Deanery.  No running away from God's wrath.

Can we hold the illegal occupants Pastor Stella Lo and "Rev' Philip Lo also responsible for the "theft" of the Deanery items?  This is an undeniable FACT.

Can the members of the PCC do something now albeit a bit late but someone must have witnessed the items being carted away to face the wrath of God if not owned up?  Don't just warm the chairs at the PCC meetings to allow such "theft" in our midst!!!

Were the removal of the Deanery's items permitted by the acting Dean who call himself Dean and allowed the illegal people to stay in Deanery now desecrated.  How can the new Dean find peace now?

If all else fail, can concerned members do something about this mighty "theft" of God's property to avoid the wrath of God hence BISHOPGATE is no where near to be resolved since Oct 2011 even after the Facilitator Bishop Moses Tay and Commissary Rev Herbert Tong (Anglican???) deemed to be impotent?

The fact that no inventory was kept already place the acting Dean of 7 years as an unfit person (no question about that) to be Bishop to care for the church and ADOS.  This is just one items of many for confession by AVCF for a proper resolution of BISHOPGATE.
ADOS has more than RM2billions worth of assets under the 'FOX' cum 'trojan horse' and his gang of cronies well known to all amongst the church circles and communities at large.

503pm The People’s Warden, James Chhoa admitted it is his job to keep an inventory of the Deanery but he failed to keep it updated. He also admitted when Dean Chak moved in the Deanery was left empty. The issue cannot be pursued further as an inventory was not done when Philip and Stella moved into the Deanery during their years in ASC.  [ even no inventory, the premises could not be almost empty on vacating - Joshua comments]

502pm Wong Vui Yin asked if the exco approved the new furnishing of the Deanery for Dean Chak. He also asked why the Deanery was left empty after Philip & Stella moved out. What happened to all the furniture that was in the Deanery all these while?

What happened to all the furnishings at the Deanery ??? Now you see, now you don’t after the Los
moved out. This is what they called logs, stocks & barrels ???
Has the Cathedral lodge a police report on all the missing furnishings ??? If not can any Tom, Dick & Harry goes
into the Cathedral & take away some of the musical instruments and get away with it ???
    Shameless act.

If I’m not mistaken, those are the Lo’s personal furniture. They brought them over from Tawau.

Cleo, was told the only two items left at the Deanery were an empty gas tank & an old TV set.
Brand new sets of furniture were bought from Ikea, Kuala Lumpur by Philip Lo about two years ago &
paid by ASC without PCC approval.
Were there no furniture shops in Kota Kinabalu, why must Philip Lo has to buy new furniture from Ikea,
Kuala Lumpur by incurring extra shipping cost ?
What happened to these Ikea furniture & all the furnishings from Dean Koo’s time ?

  1. Dear Joshua,

I thank you for extending a copy of your letter which you wrote to the Archbishop and others, seeking their opinion about the missing furniture in the Deanery.

Although I agree with you that it could be considered as an act of theft if any article of furniture or other household appliances purchased for use in the Deanery is found having been removed without permission from the authority, I disagree with the premise put forward by you that Rev Philip Lo and his family are somehow held responsible for this matter.

We need open and reliable channel to address tension in the church. In view of this, I would like to advise you to write directly to Rev Philip Lo for the verification and I trust that he, as the God-fearing and God-anointed man, will surely give you a satisfactory answer.

Alternatively, you may write to following high-achieving individuals in the church, whom I trust will help solve your doubt.

    1. Bobby Tan – the new Honorary Treasurer. He is a competent lawyer and is nicknamed 包青天 by the public.

    2. Stephen Liew---the newly appointed Dean’s Warden.

  2. Dear William,

I thank you for your response and the comment.

About your suggestion for me to write to the last illegal occupants before the new Dean moved in, I don't have the authority to write to S and P Lo.

Since the important matters were raised at the ASC AGM, I feel it is appropriate that the Dean and incoming PCC should have handled this matter now. It would have been better still that the acting Dean (outgoing on 6th January, 2013) or the outgoing Rector or the outgoing PCC should have resolved the issue on 6th December, 2012 and thereafter as it was raised in theTruthasc blog. We need to determine who had not done the job in ASC?

So many things have gone seriously wrong bordering on criminal acts in 7 years under the acting Dean in ASC vis-a-vis ADOS which till todate have not being resolved draining the resources of God as a result of these blatant abuses.

This issue of Deanery would be discussed in greater details at the proposed audience with the Dean and the new PCC any time now if that pending meeting materialises soon.

Anyway and whatever I hope a full report would be prepared to indicate the losses at the Deanery on and after 6th December, 2012.

Normally, for any tenant to vacate any premises, the state of condition of the premises would be verified and hand over of keys be done properly. Was this not done at all? If not done, then all concerned should be held responsible and would God be happy this way?
The people come from Tawau and the stories I hear are indeed 'frightening' - a sad model of discipleship of AVCF.

The earlier email was circulated to many others including the incoming Treasurer also learned lawyer cum a Chartered Accountant plus the English Warden and the outgoing
    Treasurer also a Chartered Accountant.

I hope this issue be resolved within 3 months of AGM and not wait till the next AGM to hear of its development.

Thank you again for your comment.

    God bless,

    Joshua
