Straight forward to another Police Report to remove AVCF as
Bishop at noon on 11.11.12
We must take stock of what some of our people are doing
since October, 2011.
Today it is 29th October, 2012 with the
anniversary 23rd October just past for the first blog was started
and it has been non stop for the campaign to remove the Bishop of Sabah in the
person of Datuk Albert Vun Cheong Fui.
Most of you know the almost full story with some yet to
unfold.
Are the campaigners on track to remove AVCF as soon as
possible the root cause of the crisis aka BISHOPGATE ? Yes, I would say but we need to push forward yet with another Police
Reports.
How many Police Reports had been lodged by AVCF and his
gang?
If no Police Report was not made, how did the All Saints’
Cathedral as confirmed by Rector Yong Thiam Choy (YTC) the presence of many
police personnel inside the Cathedral church and the Cathedral compound on the
night of 29th August, 2012. YTC even blamed me for the presence of
the Police in church. So ridiculous
indeed.
So we too can lodge more Police Reports at the Karamunsing
Police Station on various important issues hopefully the Police would take
appropriate action on AVCF and his gang.
The lodgement of Police Reports would be effective if we
have up to 1,000 supporters all lined up in the Karamunsing Police Station
compound spilling over to the All Saints’ Cathedral at 12noon of 11th November, 2012. Some banners would be useful for good
publicity. Be there - my friends.
Who want to volunteer as the organizers? We need to meet.
The details of the Police Report/s would be only known after
the lodgement to the press.
Time is running out after various hideous programmes of the
Bishop. Now we have a dubious written
APOLOGY of a crime committed by AVCF.
There are many more ‘crimes’ committed by AVCF and his gang.
You all would appreciate how very important to remove the
Bishop AVCF who is also the sole trustee of Anglican Diocese of Sabah when a
trustee cannot remember what he had said or done recently.
All the blame games, all the lies, all the thieving, all the
illegal acts, all the oversea travels MUST end now.
My friends, STOP that once and for all with FINAL Police
Reports and no regrets as there is no such thing for the socalled ‘anointed
one’.

Medical doctors including Anglican members who have been observing AVCF can present their reports or comments on the mental status of AVCF to us for inclusion in the Police Reports.

So my doctors - please do your part to resolve BISHOPGATE the earlier the better.
There are enough of scenario of situations where AVCF’s actions and inactions give the affirmation of his unsound mind from his unexplained behaviour since he became Bishop of Sabah in 2006.

1. Is it normal for an incoming Bishop to transfer all his former staff in St Patrick’s Church Tawau where he served 1990-2005 to replace the existing staff of the Diocese of Sabah at Wisma Anglican? What was his intention then and now it is confirmed by the consequences of such a move.as we see AVCF’s irresponsibility and recalcitrant accenting to such low level as calling the 5 Complainants as “Traitors” in Telupid but denied by AVCF and his 2 assistant Bishops in a blame of memory loss (mental sickness) until a dubious APOLOGY in questionable fashion on 28th October, 2012. The pressure on this was piling up since the hurriedly (irresponsible and recalcitrant) arranged dialogue with members in All Saints’ Cathedral on the night of 15th October, 2012 where AVCF allowed his crony Juliene Sim to call Anglican members as “Barking dogs”. So these are so low level attitude in the socalled Bishop AVCF to use “Traitors” and denied it and then allow the use of “Barking Dogs” in God’s house. No question of unsound mind here hence his mental status must be checked by a Government Hospital for mental illness.
AGM - Missing in Action as unexplained
2 Since becoming Bishop of Sabah in 2006, some 14 senior priests and pastors had been forced to resigned suddenly. Also the All Saints’ Cathedral kindergarten was closed suddenly. Then All Saints’ Cathedral was running in massive deficit annually especially in 2010 and 2011 under AVCF as acting Dean (AVCF called himself DEAN) and after manipulating the microphone of the honorary Treasurer of All Saints’ Cathedral in 2011, the acting Dean/Chairman of the Parochial Church Council (PCC) at the AGM of ASC somehow ‘decided’ to disappear in the ASC AGM in 2012. The irresponsible and recalcitrant acting Dean/Chairman/Bishop of unsound mind in all things illegal did not prove that he was in Thailand but appointed an illegal rector to act for AVCF in the AGM not provided in the Constitution of ASC. All the illegal acts of the acting Dean/ Chairman are documented in the Court document with financial irregularities already done by AVCF. Before he as a crook plead insanity, we better send AVCF for a mental check to avoid further destruction of the irresponsible and recalcitrant man as Bishop in Anglican Diocese of Sabah (ADOS) especially All Saints’ Cathedral.

3. Constructed an illegal building in Kokol Mountains
ReplyDeleteIs it sane or insanity for AVCF and his cronies to construct an illegal building known as Kokol Prayers Summit costing some RM5m hurriedly (irresponsible and recalcitrant)? It was simply an easy method to rob ADOS in a known modus operandi as the said accounts are now questioned. It is also understood that the said building is sitting on an instable slope with erosion in place. The project is fully documented by me as AVCF could not present a full report on that. The premises was in use in 2009, dedicated on 29th August, 2010 and occupation certificate on 14th December, 2011 and so is this an illegal building designed by an Engineer not an architect who was brought in to cover up for the shortcoming. The expensive building is sited on a leased land that does not belong to ADOS as it is a native title. So is it sane or insanity to pursue such an illegal project?
Here are 3 simple items of many that give rise to much doubt on the capacity of the mind of AVCF hence it is urgent to send AVCF to have his head checked as AVCF cannot perform the important duty as a sole registered trustee and removed as Bishop for infirmity of mind through his strange and evil behaviour mainly due to bad faith, malice, evil intent, instigating his cronies and supporters to act vindictively by words and actions in all things he had done or not done in proper fashion .
Many other situations of AVCF and his gang are found every way.
God wants us to deal with AVCF now without any further delay

Most of you know what happen to my Court case on 3rd August 2012 when AVCF did not win anything except the Court Order and the Anton Piller was held over till the next hearing fixed for 21st September but later changed to 24th September.
However, AVCF posted the item “Pastoral Letter dated 5th Auugust, 2012 to tell half truth and outright LIES to show himself so important.
He showed himself so important that the said Pastoral letter is still posted in the homepage of Anglican website when the third court hearing was held on 15th October, 2012 where his lawyers were disappointed with the case going forward for a full trial when he expected another set aside of my writ of summons. So the next hearing date is December 17, 2012.
Why the madman AVCF has not removed the said pastoral letter? Is he not incharge of the website? I hope he won’t blame others for that long expired item.
What is the madman intention to have my name so high up at the start of the said pastoral letter? I believe AVCF has been a streetwise fighter as he himself proclaimed so hence he agitates others from the church to go against me like assistant bishop John Yeo lodged FALSE police report against me on 23rd July, 2012 and of course with AVCF’s instruction.
This mad man is definitely a sure candidate for the Hospital Mesra Bukit Padang as his bad faith, malice proned, evil intent, have self inflicted instigation owing to the vindictiveness in his soul We need to help him to STOP the unstoppable if we leave it to take its course in the self destruction of AVCF resulting in the destruction of ADOS.
5. who is perfect?
Suddenly in his APOLOGY possibly dubious on 28th October, 2012, he declared himself not perfect but it is still a ploy to mislead himself and others in a deception of the highest degree. He has all along shouting to almost everyone except his cronies that “I am the Bishop” and “ I have the prerogative” to act in all situations despite much protests.
So of course, we know we are all imperfect being human and most time frail and fallible. Actually AVCF is surely a mad man without the confidence of proper performance and he does every thing illegal but denied and assume not knowing it. So he is definite a case on the high priority to be sent to Hospital Mesra Bukit Padang now for the goodness of all.

ReplyDelete6. Tithings in Church for whom? AVCF is god or anointed by god?
Much has been written and spoken on Tithing and largely biblically based.
Lets search our conscience, when people want to tithe and the money so collected go straight into the pockets of AVCF deemed a mad man and this money is still going to the collection bags when they are passed around in Church. I cannot stop you doing that and it is your right to do what you like. I know the weekly collections in most Anglican churches are down and many do not give or tithe anymore, but where is this money restrained go to? It is up to all of us now. If the money goes to the mad man, then who is madder now?
You know the views of AVCF on such tithe as he had declared what is given to God is for him as the socalled “anointed one by God” to use the said fund as he deemed fit. So for a man whose memory is very short, AVCF does not maintain proper accounts hence it is a messy account of ADOS with the full blame on AVCF. So members still want to trust such a person in AVCF? It has been confirmed of such mess in three days of dialogues/forum based on the much questioned ADOS accounts of 6 years?
What has the Bible or Biblical verses on tithings only concerned Christians when the percentage of true Christians in the world is small? I have written this message of tithing to the world at large in my first book as inspired by Jesus Christ “New Wealth Order”. Actually tithing is applied to all the people of the world created by God for Himself and that is 10% of income. It is not only for Christians as we downgrade God to our own level – fallible, weak, imperfect and greedy. When God tell us to bring to the storehouse where the storehouse is the earthwide so that there are no hungry, poor, desperate, miserable, illiterate people around. You can see how the big gaps in the world of wealth holders and poverty ridden people when the rich withhold their wealth in some secret bank accounts to rot. If everyone pays at least 10%, then there will be plenty for sharing worldwide not some give pittance for selective charity. It is also against God’s instruction to implement very high taxes where tax evasion is widespread. God gives us a perfect system of 10% - one rate for all. Who has applied to the Christians churches only must repent? Of course God encourages us to give more to reap more but not 10% only.
So do you want to buy my books and not tell me “ISA waiting for me since 2001” for my book ‘New Wealth Order’?
So never trust AVCF as the sole trustee of ADOS for the robberies by AVCF and the gang is for us to STOP it as mentally unsound persons cannot be trusted to spend as he likes claiming “God’s money is for him as the socalled the anointed one” when he is not the ‘anointed one” but the greatest liar according to the blogs. Great insult to the JUST God.
Show us your itinerary of your duties in Sabah and elsewhere with your travel tickets and passport of AVCF and his wife who claimed that AVCF never took a cent? Who want a cent even when you see it on the street? AVCF has taken millions of Ringgit of public fund over 20 years.
Send him now to detention in Hospital Mesra Bukit Padang or some of us are madder than AVCF to give to mad people.

To those who have encountered AV more than just listening to him preach or from reading the blogs but excluding those whom he has found favour, I think it is very obvious that this man is really sick with the affliction of Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD). This disorder can be diagnosed for those believed to be suffering using a series of tests conducted and concluded by psychoanalysts. It is not dementia but definitely a clinical disorder which must be treated before it turns more complex. In otherwords, the sufferer is clinically infirm in the mind.
This leads to a provision in the Constitution that if a bishop is found infirm in body or mind, he will have to relinquish from his post. I am not sure of the exact wordings but effectively it means he will not be fit to remain as a bishop if found sick in body or in mind.
I strongly believe that the PAC or the House of Bishops have read AV’s mental state to be akin to NPD. Reviewing their Pastoral Letter, the recommendations seem to point towards a course of psychological therapy for AV to be treated for this affliction. The establishment of a Development Board is to limit his authority to thrive in an otherwise unlimited power enjoyed by NPD sufferers. The six months sabbatical under a spiritual director is probably a therapist overseeing his clinical condition if there will be improvements or if necessary, extend another six months to twelve months. We may think the HoB were being lenient with a slap on the wrist but reading their recommendations in totality, I think they have taken quite a drastic action to treat AV for his own good and for the good of the Diocese. After all, they are men of God with compassion who looks upon healing and repentance.
If the petitions are still not out, let us propose that we request the HoB to deem AV to go through a psychological assessment and profiling.
How can we believe that the Decision of the Provincial Advisory Committee PAC investigation report issued by the Archbishop would work at all.
ReplyDeleteI am sorry to sound very negative because it is totally illegal from the context of the Provincial Constitution.
So Bolly Lapok must put this right immediately withour receiving the Petition.
First is unconstitutional to issue that Decision in a pastoral letter to the Diocese of Sabah of 18th September, 2012 and the accused AVCF is keep silent waiting for the time to remove Bolly Lapok. Sad backlash.
If you study the Constitution of Diocese of Sabah, how do we think an independent Committee on Development can be set when there is no provision for that and again AVCF is keeping silent.
Actually, the PAC investigation report was ready early in August, 2012 and Bolly Lapok should have instructed AVCF to pass a motion in the Diocesan Synod 2012 0f Sabbah held at the end of August, 2012 to set up that body for development.
If the standing Committee of the ADOS decide to do it, it would the same people in the SC hence not independent and can play more havoc to church funds (last grabs). The best thing to do is to freeze all development projects until AVCF is removed and ADOS is revamped.
What about the Acting Dean and not Dean to be replaced in All Saints' Cathedral? We hear nothing of that despite there was some indication at the illegal Diocesan Synod and now AVCF would claim he never has the intend to resign as acting Dean/Dean with a new replacement acceptable to all.
So are we sitting on illegalities at the Anglican Province of Church in SEA?
I thought APSEA has a few qualified lawyers in the Standing Committee of the Province in Kuching. and what happen to them now - all mumb?
Are we prepared to camp at the Karamunsing Police Station like those Gold investors camping at Putrajaya until PM gives them an instant appointment?

7. Gag/non involvement order? Shame on Menggatal land?

Only Anglicans in Sabah can be involved in this case of the removal of the Bishop of Sabah?
I think many Christians and non Christians hence non denominational also want to get involved daily in their conversation but unable to act and expect the Police to do something about it – a public menace now as it is a demoralizing incident of such a prominence in the public forums including the Press.
When it started with my Court case reported in the press on 24th July, 2012, only two papers covered that story with the Plaintiff as anonymous.
Then after the first Court hearing known to the public on 3rd August, 2012 (the plaintiff remained anonymous), I think also the same two newspaper covered the story. Then there was another Court hearing on 24th September, 2012 (plaintiff’s name published), I think three local newspapers (maybe more) reported the story with my name. Then come the hearing on 15th October, 2012 not that known to the public as it was a sudden public hearing in OPEN court. On 16th October, at least six newspapers reported the story and five of those newspapers published it with photographs including some in colour. So the public wants to know about the next hearing date fixed for 17th December, 2012.
So why cannot the public be involved in this case? Who has issued the gag order? Who are the godfathers in this shameful case?
Back to public interest. No doubt it is a public issue now when the Court is on. My writing here is not to influence the Court but as it is public case, we want to know. Don’t find the excuse of the ongoing case in Court to block any useful dissemination of information here where the habitual LIAR must be exposed beyond Anglican Diocese of Sabah.
I want another APOLOGY not dubious one like what the AVCF issued to the church on 28th October, 2012 on the naming of the 5 complainants calling them “TRAITORS”.
So in the case of the Menggatal family land of less than an acre, I do not know what the family of AVCF had told the public especially those people in the village about the disposal of the said land. I have got some feedback from a neighbour there also a childhood friend on 16th October, 2012. How accurate was the news or rumours, I am not sure and I want to hear from AVCF and his family on this matter as to clear the air now.
A genuine public APOLOGY is certainly a MUST for AVCF himself now.
After that, let those in the know declare their interests.

8. Defensive or offensive now coming from some women & others

What did Mary Vun, wife of AVCF said on the night of the dialogue in All Saints’ Cathedral on 15th October, 2012? Can she produce all the documents of the ADOS as she had promised to verify what AVCF had done was RIGHT all the way. If indeed AVCF had done nothing wrong including not taking one cent from ADOS and ASC, please let us have the records and documents to prove that. What is the worry now and if nothing wrong doings, then show us the records etc? Afterall the records do not belong to some people only but to the whole church especially when doubts arise. So face the challenge now. No more cheap talks.
What did another woman Julienne Sim tell the members at the same venue and time on 15th October, 2012 and calling them and all as “barking dogs”. Why barking dogs now? Does J Sim has anything to cover up for AVCF – the topic in question? To start with there was a claim that J Sim was a volunteer worker at the Wisma Anglican cafeteria? Is the Wisma Anglican Cafeteria licenced by DBKK? Can J. Sim show us the accounts of the Cafeteria? Is the Cafeteria a private/in house kitchen of the Wisma Anglican? Is the cafeteria also serving food not FOC to the public especially on alternate Sundays in the Cathedral Compound? I hope this is an effort of the barking dog to help J. Sim and ADOS.
I am also surprised that Pastor Sonia, wife of deceased Priest had a testimony posted in thetruthasc blog so promptly after the dialogue on 15th October, 2012.
So I hope that the ex Treasurer Paul Chong would also publish a blog to explain what he had done to clear the challenges at the 15th October, 2012 as I had also demanded written answers on the financial matters of the Diocese Accounts.
I also hope the Honorary Auditor G. Lim comes up with a similar statement or blog to deal with all the questions raised on the ADOS accounts to clear the allegations of AVCF on his performance as the internal auditors. Meanwhile, the two years accounts for 2010 and 2011 remain in a mess and possibly so until AVCF is removed. What about the accounts for 2006 to 2009 when massive spending spree of the AVCF since he became the Bishop of Sabah also the sole trustee of ADOS.
I also hope Pastor Margaret Chong would do more exposures on the various challenges in ADOS. What about some other clergies and pastors who are also in know but keeping quiet?
So let the show begins if AVCF has nothing much to hide?
Maybe the Court hearing would be the great of many including the general public and be held very soon.

On the early morning of 15th October, 2012, I faxed to the office of AVCF and M Tong on the written questions for written answers only in conjunction with the dialogue (sudden and one day notice) with members of ADOS at the All Saints’ Cathedral.
So what does anyone expect when there is nothing from them, not even acknowledgement?
If encountered with them, what would be the answers from them?
Known through and through, would be just lies from them especially AVCF.
There have been too much talks and lies from AVCF and what is wrong if another set of lies as usual acceptable to all the clergies and pastors with the exception of possibly Pastors Margaret Chong this time over the very sad incident in Telupid. Would more of them come up with more items raised at the Dialogue in KK, Sandakan and Tawau?
Would you really believe that the new Diocesan Treasurer in the shadow of the NPD patient AVCF would give satisfactory outcome to all the doubts already raised on 6 years of account of the Anglican Diocese of Sabah?
We know with some estimated loss to ADOS due to the onemanshow putting his hands as well as hands of his cronies into the money jug. It is in the tens of millions Ringgit. Who want to do some more homework on this?
To stop further losses of cash, properties etc we need to remove the AVCF one way or another. So do it fast.

10. Why like that calling Datuk is equivalent to Sir?

Who are insulted when such a person like AVCF is in a foreign land?
AVCF does it to get the socalled prestige he does not get at home? Who care who is a Datuk at home when the sort of character of AVCF has been exposed? A Datuk doing all those things as exposed in the three blogs?
What would a Sir be doing that as well in the world?
What is really wrong with AVCF as he was in Australia celebrating the 60 year anniversary in Anglican Bardon Church where in the website Datuk was considered the equivalent of Sir. Who told that Anglican church to promote the questioned visitor in that manner? AVCF would deny it again if I accuse him telling the Australians. So AVCF come clean again.
You all can draw your own conclusion now. An apology to the British Government for the shame as exposed here on AVCF as Datuk equivalent to Sir?
Are we at a dilemma over AVCF?
No dilemma if AVCF decides to resign now.
Before he resigns, why does he do as he does?
Some people feel very sure he is a sufferer of some mental disorder such as
Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) or vindictive Megalomania or selective Amnesia or simply he is feigning sort of madness to achieve his agenda already known to many in the destruction of ADOS with ill gotten gains for himself alone as he really thinks ADOS really belong to him without a doubt. (more of this to follow in the Court).
AVCF is making many others sort of mad if he is not mad but feigning mad as many people have sleepless nights. Those giving tithe to the mad anointed one is even more mad than AVCF, how right or wrong can that be?
ADOS cannot have such a person as AVCF to be the Bishop of Sabah.

PUTRAJAYA: Disgruntled gold scheme investors who camped overnight outside the Prime Minister's Office complex here have returned home after being promised a meeting.
A special officer to Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak met representatives of the Bestino Investors Action Committee behind closed doors for about half an hour on Wednesday after a group of over 100 people refused to budge from the entrance to the complex.
The meeting will be scheduled “as soon as possible” and will involve representatives from the group, the Finance Ministry, Bank Negara and Bestino Golden House Sdn Bhd managing director Chong Yuk Ming.
“The meeting will explore how the gold bars and the RM24.2mil (confiscated by Bank Negara from Bestino) will be handled,” special officer Ravin Ponniah said when addressing the crowd.
The central bank had raided Bestino's offices in 2009 on suspicion that it was carrying out illegal deposit collection.
Chong and three company directors were charged in the Ipoh and Kuala Lumpur Sessions Courts last year with more than 300 counts of money laundering and receiving deposits without a valid licence.
A total of 6,764 investors, mostly from Ipoh, are believed to have invested some RM411mil in the Bestino scheme.
The desperate investors camped outside the Prime Minister's Office complex on Tuesday.
Adults and children in the group braved the scorching heat and the night rain without shelter at the camp out.
At noon, the crowd began to block the walkway to the complex, forcing police to deploy a five-man light strike force to guard the entrance.
“Our lawyer, Tommy Thomas, will send a letter to Ravin within the week so the meeting can be arranged.
“As for now, we will go home,” the group's spokesman K. Kunasekaran said.
The Bestino investing group may lose RM411m and ADOS would lose up to RM2billions of a few generations of life sacrifice of our ancestors if AVCF is not removed quickly now.

The concerned anglicans in Sabah and elsewhere have been talking, writing, condemning for some, counter the lies, calling good names except "traitors' by the gang of 3 bishops in wolf schemes for almost one years.

The 5 have done a first step but not enough and my Court case may take too long to remove AVCF.
The Police should be asked to do the needful to deal a final blow in finality on the finale of the scams of AVCF.
So come out in up to 1,000 supporters to push on while others can PUSHP-"ray Until Something Happens."
The authorities must take IMMEDIATE action on the secular matters of the trusteeship when the infirmity of the minds needs to be established.
If Anglicans Sabah do their part in the masses, then something sure to emerge on our side..

11. How many tens of Milions of Ringgit lost in 6 short years?
ReplyDeleteWhile many may want to have a look at the six years account of the ADOS – 2006 to 2011, I have to ask my friend the losses in the following areas less traveled and they are as follows:-
1. The losses arising from the ‘resignation’ or ‘sacking’ of 14 senior priest due to the harsh AVCF as confirmed in his dubious APOLOGY in undated and unheaded paper on 28th October, 2012.
1.2 The losses as most of these priests were given grants and assistance to further the religious education/training and this can add up to millions of Ringgit.
1.3 The loss of their continued service for God to harvest the lost soul which can be worth another few millions ringgit as more souls brought into the Church would mean many tens of millions of resources into the church coffer.
1.4 The ADOS would have to spend much more to recruit and training new junior priests before send them out into the mission field. So how much would this be?
What is the grand total of losses in this particular sector? Anyone?
2. I also understand during the six years at least one priest and one pastor had died while still in their prime. How much would the losses be? Give me a figure please.
3. In six years, where have some of the donations gone? Donation in kind and cash? Love gifts – how much? Can AVCF present all the accounts of the donation fund for the six and then provide similar fund account for years since 1985 to 2005 as Priest in Church of Good Samaritan and ST Patrick’s Church. How were some of the prime land endowed to the ADOS gone to? Please confirm how was the land donated to the church ended in the hands of the Buddhists group?
4. Can you imagine ADOS has got 19 vehicles and who are the drivers? How much have these vehicles cost the ADOS in term of purchases/ownership and maintenance?
5. Is the Kokol Prayer Summit a white elephant now to write of RM5 millions of public fund? Where is the donation fund accounts?
6. How much has ADOS lost in those new schools or academies set up to glorify AVCF and Mary Vun? Please show us the detailed accounts. Very expensive ventures without likely returns in the next five years. Where is the full donation fund account?
7. How much of God’s money spent outside of Sabah in special projects. Since I raised the issue of the ownership of Rangsit Outreach Anglican Center (ROAC) in Thailand which is found in ADOS and Anglican Singapore Diocese and so who own and operate ROAC? Where has all those money gone and unaccounted for?
8. What about the revenue from the Palm oil project in Anglican land in Sabah? Can be millions of Ringgit of revenue go unreported in ADOS accounts? Who can give a good figure for this?
9. Cafeteria in Wisma Anglican does not present any accounts and so how much was the revenue? Don’t simply put a net figures in the ADOS accounts? A lot of explaining to the “barking dogs’ so that the operator can start to vomit out the millions of Ringgit lost. A good case to scrutinize now.
10. The public listed company now need to disclose how much the Chief Executive Officer or Executive Chairman is paid. Why not AVCF declared his remuneration including the free facilities such as free Bishop lodge, cars, staff/maids, travel etc in the benefits in kind? So how many millions of Ringgit in 6 years?
11. Millions of Government grants not properly unaccounted for?
12. Full statement of the funds raised for House of Blessing and House of Celebration to be published now. How much gone unaccounted for?
Such ludicrous and abominable losses ( how many millions?) cannot be tolerated for too long for such an irresponsible and recalcitrant person feigning madness to get the ill gotten gains.

Once we started with AVCF since 2006, and it took 6 years to be disappointed.
ReplyDeleteNow after 4 years of MJT as assistant B, we are disappointed..
Now after two years of JU as ass B, we are disappointed..
Many more priests and pastors under AVCF, we are also disappointed.
For those priests resigned or sacked, many (not come out) are also a disappointment for us.
We were disappointed with the Investigation report held confidential although 38 items out of 40 are materials for E-Court but E-Court is not on, and this is illegal according to the Provincial Constitution and so what now?
Can Archbishop make good anything not constitutional and I am sure AVCF would challenge everything from the HoBs.
So would you be disappointed with another petition to the HOBs?
Until B Lapok act in whatever or whichever way, AVCF may find a new excuse not to leave ADOS because of the second petition.....
So what now? Are we not going to be disappointed with UNCONSTITUTIONAL items now exposed?
The Police Reports with 1,000 supporters is the quick option left to break the godfather help on AVCF case.
Do it now or leave it to regret and petition to HOB plus Police Report on 11.11.12 would hasten the removal of the AVCF and his gang.
The three Bishops in Sabah seem to proclaim they are 'clean' and called Dialogues held in three Churches and thousands turned up to hear denials and rubbish. So no solutions.
ReplyDeleteSo if the 3 'wolves' especially AVCF are clean as claimed, then we go to the Police Station together and exchange Police Reports to resolve BISHOPGATE as Houses of God are meaningless.
Do it on 11.11.12.
So let the Police help ALL to resolve BISHOPGATE as HOBs already failed while we await civil court in OPEN Court which may take time.
We all want to remove the Bishops and the Bishops want to stay on and so let the Police handle it the proper way.
The members cannot take the law into their hands...

In AGM ASC 2102 in April, 2012, the question of snatching the microphone from Rosalind Liew in the previous AGM was brought up and there was no objection and no denial as Rosalind also said she did not present the Financial report in 2011 AGM.
Please check if Timmy Liew was at the AGM ASC 2012. That was 1st April, 2012.
Now at the PAC interview or investigation it was in July, 2012 and the same person could not remember it.
The minute of AGM 2011 was unsigned by the Chairman hence it is invalid and it also omitted this snatching of phone in the minute and that is the rotten administration of AVCF.

The RM85,000 sent to Thailand in the name of AVCF aided by P Lo is theft and should be reported to the Police.

This is my special personal testimony of fasting under Isaiah 58 since 1993.
ReplyDeleteI pledged to God that I would not eat meat all Fridays since 1993 as urged by God. Don't ask me why I chose this one. You can ask God what you want to fast. It is not RC way as some fridays, they get exemptions.
When it is Friday, whatever the occasions such as Birthday, annual dinner, Christmas, Chinese/English New Year or any festival, I would abstain from eating meat.
The experiences had been fantastic.
I had at the beginning after a meeting, I put a curry puff into my mouth and yet before I bit it and the voice says "Today is Friday" and instantly I took it out of my mouth. There were similar scenarios in many times (same voice) later and today it is automatic after almost twenty years abstaining from meat on all Fridays.
I don't know what I benefit from this practice and some people may laugh at me if I tell them. This is the first time I share here. I am not bother if you laugh at me.
Let God continue to lead my way..
Maybe it is a day to remember Jesus who died on Friday for us the sinners and the little sacrifice is indeed a great effort.
