    QUOTE----"Anonymous19 October 2012 14:55

With the court hearing on DEC 17th between JK as the plaintiff and AV defendant,JK will have to find his own funds but what about AV? Since this is an individual case,I don't think he can use the church funds which is also the members' contributions to pay for his lawyer's fees. Can anyone comment anything about this?"

All paid by church fund? Fees, transport, cars, petrol ?

For me, it is on my personal account and some good samaritan's God money. For all the travelling, it is on my own account now and I had been spending my time 16hours/ 7 days since April till September. Even travelling to see the lawyer for any hour of the day and night is on my own account for sometime now from late July, 2012..

AVCF is using church vehicles, time and petrol allowance to see the lawyer to churn out defamatory items..

  3. Why is ASC giving AVCF RM350 petrol allowances per month when his time is spent on other activities outside the church, and largely travelling around the world and on ADOS matters.

Now he is spending so much time and resources on all the Court cases churning out lies, half truth and defamation.

  5. Dear Anglicans,

Calling those who have confidence to bring BISHOPGATE for proper solution in civil action.

While my action can proceed now that the State AG has given consent ,

others can similarly apply to AG for consent if you have decided to go

to the Courts to settle the scores with AVCF on any issues deemed important for the Church.

We all know that the last resort after the appeal to the Archbishop by 10 fails

(seem like it) with the latest information available mainly due to the

indecisiveness of HOBs for the wrong reasons, is the Civil Court.

There are still various options to bring BISHOPGATE to the Courts not E-Court.

Any new suits cannot be faulted for locus standi and GPA.

As my case is due to be heard on 17 December, 2012, and anyone

want to file a case now, the judge can expedite any new case by

consolidation with my case to be heard together.

On 17 December, the Judge would hear my case on my application for

amended writ and defendants’ application to set aside my Writ and then case management.

Whatever any intention, the BISHOPGATE must be settled quickly.

    Joshua Kong

P/S: Don't be fooled by liar AVCF, don't bring it to Civil Court before pagan judge.

If he thought it is wrong then settle it quickly within the church. Matthew 18.

Yet AVCF dare to write that 'pagan' judge ruled in his favour when AVCF won nothing

    so far.

  6. 15 ¶Moreover if thy brother shall atrespass against thee, go and btell him his cfault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.

16 But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three awitnesses every word may be established.

17 And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the achurch: but if he bneglect to hear the cchurch, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.

" let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican."

AVCF is heathen and a publican and yet still retained as the lying bishop.
