AVCF is the 'madman' now as he said it in church in 2006 that he did not like long haul air travel, but now he has been travelling globewise without any sanction from the Archbishop and the ADOS spending church money as he likes.
How can he have so many leave to go outside Sabah?
He has to surrender his passport and present an itinerary since 2006.
