I hope some people inside Land office can tell me what is happening to the TL52X of ASC ?
When someone want to do a search on the title, Land office want to check the MyKad of the person and what is the reason for that.
It is common that we just pay the required charges for the copy of land title.
I suspect that the sole trustee is trying to make some change to that title possibly to sell it soon.
Can anyone in the know tell us what is happening to the land title when AVCF is on forced Sabbatical leave.?
