Crimes of Albert Vun in Anglican Province pay very well

This is what AVCF wrote about he is going to do for his six months Sabbatical leave (as Bishop Albert Vun) into futility and it is not going to solve the BISHOPGATE even if AVCF comes back after 6 months.
The questions here are as follows:-

1.  Who are going to foot the bills as follows:-

1.1       Six month leave pay

1.2       His travelling and accommodation costs namely:-

1.2.1        spend time to walk and pray;

1.2.2        spend with some Christian leaders for counsel;

1.2.3        spend time with Pete Scazzero in the USA

NB: all the counsel cannot be free.

2.   Who pay for the costs of travel and living expenses/allowances of facilitator appointed by AVCF when the Archbishop wanted to appoint a Mediator?

2.1       ‘Facilitator’@@ would need much fund to implement whatever proposal at the height of the crisis.

2.2       How would the facilitator operate in a vacuum without a proper office hence cost of office etc?

3.   Who pay for the Commissary’s role in ADOS?

3.1       Where does the Commissary live?

3.2       How does the Commissary travel within KK and Sabah?

3.3       Does he represent the Bishop in legal matters?  If so who would pay for the legal cases of AVCF?

4.   If all the costs of the temporary arrangement are to be paid by ADOS, there is no budget for that.  So it is illegal Payments of a few millions Ringgit again and not resolve the BISHOPGATE..

Finally, all these smells a very bad RAT as it looks like a dangerous precedent that CRIMES do pay very well.  The whole episode is not within the 4 walls of the ADOS but the man in the street are aware of this.

Don’t blame anyone except AVCF (Bishop of Sabah) for his crimes in ADOS and beyond.

I will be spending time to learn how to be quiet and listen to the Lord. I will attend some courses. I will spend time to walk and pray. I will also spend time with some Christian leaders to seek their counsel. I will spend time in a monastery to learn silence. At the end of my sabbatical I will also spend time with Pete Scazzero to learn how to develop emotionally healthy spirituality.
In my absence, Archbishop Bolly has appointed Bishop Moses Tay as “facilitator” to find God’s way forward for our Diocese. Bishop Moses was our first Archbishop and has served as Bishop for many years. He is a man of deep spiritual wisdom and insight. He will be stationed at the pastors’ apartment 2 weeks at a time. Anyone can make an appointment to see him.
I have also appointed my Commissary with the full concurrence of the House of Bishops. My Commissary will act on behalf of the Bishop as is the practice when the Bishop is away from the Diocese. This time, I have decided to appoint Rev Herbert Tong because I wanted someone outside of our present group of senior clergy.
