What is the Provincial House of Bishops doing for Provincial Sunday?

Why need the Provincial Treasurer to plea for money?

The Archbishop Bolly Lapok should be the one to plea for fund..

What about  the BISHOPGATE of AVCF now that AVCF is gone on leave, and nothing from the PHOBs.

So is it the shortage of fund to deal with BISHOPGATE?
