Land sold to hotel near St P Church in Tawau
During the
time of VCF???, a church member the late Mr Liew in 1996 ‘donated’ a piece
of land to SPC but the land was assigned to "Chris and Pang" ??? who pledged to SPC
as nominees.???
Then Mr Liew
died and a will was ‘done’ and the land was bequeathed to the widow and "Chris
and Pang" paid about RM100k each to the
widow soon after the Will was executed by Mr Liew’s daughter.
Was the RM3m
sold for the land recently retuned to SPC?
