SUPPORT FOR LODGEMENT OF POLICE
REPORT ON BISHOPGATE
This is a petition to secure your support for Police Reports
and other associated actions like Malaysia Anti Corruption Commission, Bank
Negara and other authorities deemed suitable to take up appropriate action.
The parties involved in BISHOPGATE are Bishop of Sabah,
assistant bishops, standing committee, and SYNOD.
The issues are known through and through and no more lies as
alleged by the disgraced Bishop Datuk Albert Vun Cheong Fui as BISHOP OF SABAH
(registered trustee) albeit invalid, illegal, and null and void.
The issues range from financial frauds, corruption,
cheating, CBT, misappropriations, mal
practice, of church funds started from the early days of his priesthood as a
rector in Church of Good Samaritan, Penampang, then in St. PATRICK Church,
Tawau where he was the Archdeacon and Rector for 16 years. Since 2005/6, he was promoted and appointed
an Anglican Bishop of Diocese of Sabah.
By virtue of Bishop, he is also acting Dean of All Saints’ Cathedral,
Kota Kinabalu.

Diocesan Synod 2012 as illegal without proper notices 3 months) and Agenda (6
weeks).

The accounts and records to show how RM49
millions was spent since 31.12.2009.

As the Registered Trustee of Diocese of Sabah, he
had questioned property deals within Sabah and beyond giving rise to alleged
CBT and Ultra Vires the Constitution of Anglican Diocese of Sabah.

Defamation/libel
items in Court document.
6.
My earlier Police Reports on BISHOPGATE.
7.
Government Grants
The intention is to urge the
relevant authorities to investigate and take appropriate action.

First, the Synod 2012 is unconstitutional for lack of notice (3 months) and Agenda (6 weeks);
ReplyDelete2nd -The Chairman under the Injunction of the Court Order is illegal. Check this with the constitution of the ADOS.
3rd – The delegates are not properly elected according to the Constitution especially the ASC delegate was appointed only days before the Synod. The church must publish a list of the delegates with their IC number.
4th – The motions were not properly approved by the members as the standing committee lacks credibility. Why scared of the members as God own the ADOS and the church?.
5th – The Proposer and seconder of any motion should not be changed from the floor. What do they think of the Church with such gangsters.
6th – Was the socalled “chairman” there at the time the motion was discussed? If so, it is bias and illegal too as the motion 2 affect AVCF. Where got any good governance when he wrote about his affidavit as “the Truth”? He was there to witness those who voted. Was the ballot held in secret and not by show of hands?
7th – For such an important motion done second time, two third must be needed hence the Bishop lost it morally and legally. Why is he still there?
8th – Why the Diocesan Chancellor voiceless when ‘nincompops’ do their dirty rounds?
9th – Were any other motions shelved at the last minute?
10th – Were Crocodiles tears allowed at Synod? Such persons including those swayed emotionally should have their heads checked, and the church can pay for those fees.
SAFE is the answer…

ReplyDeleteWe have seen what AVCF had done to the ADOS's fund of RM49m in two years.
Now the coffer is almost empty, and unless we remove him now, the greatest liar
would start selling church properties to sustain his 5 star life style with so many
luxurious cars etc, etc etc.
Soon, the church assets will be gone and you people still talking and talking.
Why are you people scared of his backer?
I tell you my effort will hit on his backer poliitically as the news will spread
like wild fire as we draw near to GE13.
Mustapha had a sidekick in syed Kechik.
Musa has this person as the spoiler.

Since we now know all those illegal transactions not properly accounted for, we ALL should make protests and lodge Police Report.
Don't wait any longer, especially those in the Synod must do the additional duty.

The Truth wants a petition to be done soon if the priests fail to act.

Once the petition is done, we need to do a Police Report by a small group and attach the signatures done.
We want the Police to go to the church like they did on 29 August, 2012.
Many or some here are in favour to lodge report to MACC and I intend to do it next week and we go there together.
