The motions are as follows:-

In view of the illegal AGM 2012 of All Saints' Cathedral and the Archbishop’s pastoral letter dated Sixteen Sunday after Pentecostal to the Diocese of Sabah and in reference item 4 of the steps to Promote Good Governance – the distinct governance, roles and decisions making processes of the Diocese of Sabah and All Saints’ Cathedral, Kota Kinabalu will have to be clarified and observed.

We want the following to be done
 1.    A new Dean acceptable to the ASC.
  2.    A restitution of all funds as abused.
  3.    A financial procedure to be in place.
 4.    The signatories be declared to the church
 5.    The Electoral list to be verified.
