Decision of House of Bishop on avcf



 Quote: "Bishop Albert Vun to take a 6-12 months leave starting from February 2013. He will appoint a Bishop’s Commissary to carry out the reforms. The Bishop will also appoint a spiritual director to help him reflect on the crisis and grow."

AVCF is already unfit... to appoint anyone..



Without Ecclesiastical Court, the said decision is totally unacceptable for such a lenient approach to massive crimes committed by AV and his gang.
The Standing committee is illegal as the Synod 2012 was unconstitutional..
So the Diocesan Treasurer, Diocesan Chancellor always one-sided to AV are not to stay in office.
The ex Diocesan Treasurer PC must be made to account for the frauds of AV and hand over all documents.
We must know who had been the Diocesan Treasurer and honorary Auditors since 2006.
Were these important positions (DT and HA) rotated between MT and PC? If that is the root of the problems via the manipulation of the AV.
AVCF cannot appoint anyone to deputise him in all matters especially the sole trustee – illegal since 2006.
The Bishop Commissary would be useless for Diocese of Sabah in its transition to find recovery in Sabah.
AV should never be retained by ADOS in whatever position, and maybe …..
There is a lot of work and HoB is unaware of the consequences of the LEAVE …..
This doubt as who own Rangsit Anglican Outreach Center (RAOC) as it appears in two official websites – Anglican diocese of Singapore and ADOS.. Singapore Bishop and his office has yet to answer my email..
So Anglican Province of church in South East Asia is also in a mess similar to Ados – sad indeed.

    A warning to all. Useless without E-Court as a pastoral letter is meaningless but…

    To protect ourselves for further action, we need to lodge a Police Report against the Archbishop Datuk B. Lapok in term of the silence on corruption, frauds, irregularities, malpractices of AVCF since 2006 where anything of up to RM30m could have been ‘siphoned’ off illegally and sort of covered up by illegalities in ADOS including the latest crocodile tears and illegal Diocesan Synod 2012.



    To do that, we need to meet under SAFE, properly organized with a protem NGO. [three working days to get it registered if all documents in order for protection]. Normal church gatherings are exempted from Society Act and Police Act.


    You think AVCF is prepared to accept the said letter which has yet to turn up in the Official ADOS homepage.

    Imagine, AVCF could report to the Police about the gathering of 130 parishioners on the protests and dialogue over the illegal ordination of P LO who had earlier violated Anglican tradition by performing baptism in Rangsit Anglican Outreach Center.


    Imagine, AVCF could get the Police inside the church on 29 Aug, 2012 for the illegal ordination service.


    Imagine, AVCF could get some queer characters to watch and follow me at the ILLEGAL Ground breaking ceremony on 24th July, 2012 when injunction served on AVCF on 23rd July, 2012.


    Imagine AVCF and his gang via JY lodged a FALSE Police Report against me on 23rd July, 2012.


    Imagine AVCF went to Valley of Blessing to discredit the 5 complainants soon after the socalled “RETREAT” at Changi in recent week.

    Imagine, AVCF commenced legal action against me in May 2012 but failed and rejected by the court. AVCF also initiated legal action against my leading Counsel but again failed.


    So there is no choice for me to lodge three Police Reports to protect myself against AVCF, the Standing Committee and the Synod 2012 especially in the third one. All these issues thereof would be taken care of in due course accordingly.

    I cannot go in details here when my Court case is ongoing.

    Dear Most Reverend Datuk Bolly Lapok,

    In the blessed heart of the most holy God in Christ, I am writing this to you.

    This is a burden to be released now.

    It is up to you to take this up, as the crisis widens.

    In your recent Pastoral letter, you have brushed aside those civil crimes
    as alleged committed by Bishop of Sabah.

    You cannot say you are not aware of that.

    Now there is no E-court and you need to address those alleged crimes
    worth millions of Ringgit.

    So it is your duty to forward your views to the Civil authorities such as the Police
    and the Civil Courts for proper handling of the case.

    Anglicans of Sabah want a solution to BISHOPGATE, not a 'Holy war' as per avcf.

    The 5 complainants must lodge a Police Report for own protection as whistleblowers.

    8.1 In the Police Report against AVCF, the following documents must be attached

    8.1.2complainant letter submitted to the HoB.

    8.1.3 the confidential report by the PAC on the decision.

    8.1.4The Letter by Archbishop to AVCF dated 18th September, 2012 together with the Pastoral Letter of the decision on AVCF.

    I can accompany 5 complainants to the Police Station.
