State AG to act against AVCF?

We are very funny people and not prepared to sit down for detailed action.

There is still a good chance that the State AG is encouraged to act against AVCF under the Government Proceeding Act 1956 as there are enough evidence for Datuk Roderic to act alone and with others and would any one approach him now it is clear AVCF is prepared to fight to the end..in what way I do not really know.

Has State AG any option not to act now and its action could quicken the CBT against AVCF and his gang..

So it is very much desired now

We need to press on now.

  1. Calling all concerned lawyers and decent legal practitioners to a meet to sort out the most apt approach to resolve BISHOPGATE promptly and quickly..

the appropriate pressure must be applied on those concerned in the context of vicarious liabilities.

  2. Is there any sort of vicarious liabilities if HOB can appoint a bishop and also sack the bishop so appointed?

Is there no responsibilities involved for such constitutional provision especially when HOB failed on 18 Sept and fail again after appeal on 7 and 8 November?

The HOBs should have instituted something to suspend the Bishop AVCF when they were informed in January, 2012...vide the ascblog

  3. who can stop the state AG to act?

We need to file a writ to compel the State AG to act on the Bishop of Saba (registered trustee). that is under GPA, 1956.

My lawyer may not want to do.
