We need to submit to the new Dean albeit 'illegal' appointment. I want to see a report from the Cathedral Chapter.
AVCF wrote in ASC bulletin of 25 November, 2012, it was hard to get a Dean, but on 16 December, a Dean was confirmed and he is in the good book of AVCF. So on January 6 , 2013 the day he is installed as the Dean of ASC, we need to submit to him a Notice to call an EGM with twenty signatures.
I think the new Dean needs to be more transparent on the management of ASC.
1. We need to see the use and details to be published in the ASC Sunday Bulletin.
2. The notice and Agenda of all the PCC meetings to be made known to all members.
3. The ASC has a sign board for all notices and a full list of members with the details.
4. The tender/quotation box and details of all works when open.
Can we download this and sign them to give it back to me. Thank you.
NB: This effort would shorten the time of AGM in 2013, otherwise we would go 8 hours.
New Dean may be a good sign only and nothing more as it is still in the evil scheme of AVCF in ADOS as long as he is there in the Lodge or not in the Lodge.
New Dean has his hands tight and surely a Trojan Horse junior like the AVCF is the Master of all Trojan Horses.
We need to deal with this master or grandmaster AVCF to resolve BISHOPGATE, and he got 8 days to reply to my 30 simple questions. He got another 20 days to be in ADOS still in his evil ways. What was the 20ft container doing as reported? Would we ever know where is it now and what is the content of that 20ft for a simple priest to cart away so much personal chattel to the volume of a 20 ft container?
What is still left in the Deanery after the Los left the illegal occupation? Any inventory checked? Did the Los leave at midnight like Dean Koo had to do it in style in heavy rain?
Any report on the Deanery as what is needed to do now? Dean Chak should now have a report on the condition of the deanery.
In the blue slip of paper in the ASC Sunday bulletin, there is a sort of stupid promotion of ASAA where the message says “ASAA is part of the ASC ministry”? What is this ministry when ASAA is fully under ADOS as AVCF pulled it into his pocket in 2010 without proper consent of the ASC,
Is it the responsibility of the Dean for anything in the church bulletin.
Also what qualification of Mary Vun as an ex Principal and now the administrator. What is her experience in administration of an Academy?
This is only a trap that ASAA is part of the ASC ministry to rob ASC for more fund in the running of ASAA now another position to be paid for the same person who is likely to go with the AVCF soon.
To start with an illegal appointment, we must have a programme to steer the ASC back to some sort of sound system.

How is that going? Who are in that committee?
Any amendment should have exposure draft to be circulated for comments and further reviews or improvement.
Otherwise the rotten ship stay on the bottom of the sea.
So if there any chance of an EGM? Get this moving now and I cannot do it as my case would be refiled.

I hope the new Dean would bring back the tradition of the Anglican church in the main worship services in ASC.

Isn’t it a pastor a lay person in the Constitution of ADOS?
So what are we paying the priest for?
That is just one item and we need to look at other items too.
