Very sad for all especially ASC and then later ADOS the slow and sure way to be destroyed.
Who would audit the accounts of ASC with those messy things still going on?
Is Paul Chong still around? How to appoint the new auditor now?
Imagine, AVCF got big bonus for what he had done to ADOS and ASC
New auditor would be scared to take up the job as there will be plenty queries.
So if the audited account is not available, how to go on with AGM and that is sure
a casualty created by AVCF, YTC and his gang.
Hon Treasurer, God has given you a good job as you were re-elected to look
after ASC and so do your job well. Also please answer my lists of questions
to be faxed to ASC - one week before AGM.
Please list out all the cheques signed by YTC. Thank you..
Ask the new dean Rev Chak be prepared for 8 hours of marathon AGM and dinner to be provided for more four hundred as I will have at least twenty pages of queries including all the Constitutional issues of ASC/ADOS/ASC Cathedral Chapter to ask even without the 2012 account on 24 March, 2013.
It would be at least 8 hours from 2pm because it is an election years and a few resolutions from me and others,
I would not accept "NO answer" when YTC or AVCF are not around.
I am sorry Dean Chak, for the inconvenience because you have inherited a very HOT chair,
So prepare for the very tough session and don't say no time but be warned of the very lengthy sessions.
Please cancel the early part like your sharing at the beginning of AGM as there is no longer any thing to share.
If you want to avoid suspense, please Dean and the Treasurer please bring the full set of accounts with the ledgers and accounting documents for examination like who sign the cheques at the AGM.
Please bring all the PCC minutes as we cannot tolerate LIES like what AVCF did on 15th October, 2012 at the same place in ASC.

I still think it is better for the new Dean to be pro-active to make the changes and get members to approve them.
In the AGM minutes, I want to see a list of members of members who attended the april fool Agm 2012.
I want to see all the issues raised at the last AGM to be properly minuted and the illegal Chairman sign the minute.
Otherwise, the minute should be rejected.
I will fax to the Dean office in February, what I expect to see in the minute..

on second thought, we need to send all the questions to ASC office before YTC and AVCF leave for good.

ReplyDeleteIf it is true as a mediator or commissary, it is indeed a very sorry stage for BMT as he is nearly 80 and deserve a good retirement and smell the earth and the green.
Why this recalcitrant AVCF for his follies want to be so troubled and ridiculous for an old man to be so busy body for nothing when it is simply a resignation of AVCF with restitution of ill gotten gains from ADOS.
God forgive all but cannot forget this BISHOPGATE soon with a book for the record.
