A message of All
Saints’ Cathedral on church’s Constitution?
In today’s (4 November, 2012) Sunday Bulletin of All Saints’
Cathedral, the Rector Yong Thiam Choy writes – “In the Parochial Church
Committee (PCC) meeting last week, a few decisions were made to help our church
to move forward. A committee will be
formed to re-examine the Church’s constitution and give suitable suggestions
according to the growth of the church.”
What kind of message is this when ALL the Constitutions of
the Province need to be reviewed and not All Saints’ Cathedral only after
BISHOPGATE of Albert Vun Cheong Fui ? (no sorry for not using Bishop as he is
unfit).
The whole mess must be cleared in the Province mainly due to
the ‘rotten’ people in seats of power and the Constitutions – top to bottom. You know who they are and God knows.
First, the PCC was believed to be chaired by the Rector who
is not priest in charge as per ASC
Constitution as there is an acting Dean who is also missing in action “Bishop”. If that is true, it is the illegal PCC
meeting as in the absence of the socalled Chairman, the deputy Chairman chaired
the meeting. But who gives the Chairman
to authorize the Rector to act as Chairman and also signatory to the bank
account – both illegal practices as per ASC Constitution.
Then who gives this PCC power to set up a committee to examine
Church’s Constitution? What was the
practice then in 1996 the ASC constitution was amended? Was it not the prerogative of the normal
Bishop to do it without consultation with anyone else except a lawyer?
I know the situation now must be changed as I have challenged
the whole system in a Court case – a hard way to make changes when Albert Vun
would not bother to listen to others as he did confessed with crocodile tears
“He did not listen” in the ADOS Synod
assembly 2012.
Today Albert Vun has not listened as where is he in the
ASC? Any way any unclean hands cannot
amend the Constitutions of the Province including that of ASC. Albert Vun has yet to resign as Acting
Dean/Dean since he was voted OUT in ASC AGM 2012 on 1st April, 2012.
I have seen much more of Albert Vun in all the Court
documents of his character, his infirmity of mind, behaviour, and heresy.
If it is an instruction of Archbishop of Anglican Province
in South East Asia (APSEA), then the review of the Constitutions should start
from Kuching including the Constitution of APSEA.
Whatever we want to do now should now be done in a proper
framework. Those with unclean hands
cannot handle any thing new more so with the revamp of the Constitutions. Anything in the present setup, the Bishop
would have the final say in the All Saints’ Cathedral. It is indeed a very sick
thing to ask the ‘criminal’ to approve anything especially the
Constitution. Actually the
Constitution of the Diocese of Sabah too
need to be reviewed in view of my effort to expose all the questionable
matters.
So all the new things especially the Constitution leave it
to the new group with the departure of Albert Vun and his gang.
Albert Vun and his gang have been already exposed to plenty
instances of Canonical Obedience in several platforms as they have sworn or pledged in the
priesthood installation to lead the sheep in the truth of every thing including
the Word of God rather then chains of LIES.
Albert Vun and his gang is still in breach of the Canonical
Obedience especially the issues are not complied in the context of the Pastoral
Letter from APSEA of 18th September, 2012. So must resign now to clear the way for the
local people to pursue the revamp with an adequate and effective system based
on my Court proceedings.
To start with the revamp we need a proper programme with a
transparent agenda.
Some people in the dark ask me why we have a Synod, a
Standing Committee and other committees and yet we have such a case in Albert
Vun estimated to have cost the ADOS up to RM100m in his ministry. We all know the answers and too sad and
embarrass to tell others. We cannot
allow this to go on.
So for the ADOS and APSEA to exist and move forward to bring
in the harvest, the root cause in Albert Vun and Gang must be removed at all
means now. What do we do when a very big
tree with exposed roots is rotten, we remove the roots too.
God bless those really serious to set the path forward in the Light of Jesus Christ as our Lord.

It is sheer stupidity to retain AVCF any longer ---
ReplyDeleteAll the signs are that AVCF is mentally unsound for reasons best known to himself, his families and cronies around him. If AVCF is mentally unsound, how can he be retained until the sabbatical leave next February, with greater costs to the ADOS.
If in doubt about his mental capacity and infirmity of mind, it is mindless go on leave and under supervision of a spiritual director - too costly for ADOS for the mess AVCF had created.
The best place is to send him to the Hospital Mesra Bukit Padang for a complete check to stop his madness be permanent.

Some people who does not know the intricacies of Anglican church messed up/entangled with Freemasons, ask me why Albert Vun was made a Bishop?
ReplyDeleteSo we need to get clearance on this from Archbishop Yong Ping Chung on this appointment in 2005 as announced by Kenneth Thien - the Diocesan Chancellor at that time.
So it is a terrible decision to me and should be rectified without doubt now. A new direction must emerge without AVCF and gang in ADOS.
Who were the FOUR candidates for the Bishop of Sabah in 2005?

To ‘Samtheprophet’ regarding your message on July 26/2012 at 7:54am on 1Corinthian 6:1-6. God’s Word is God’s Word. The message does not change but it is we humans who turn and twists it around.
God’s Word in 1Corinthian 6:1-6 remains UNCHANGED and is till the TRUTH.
What you are about to read is the HARD TRUTH regarding legal matters on AV and the Plaintiff. These happened BEFORE the Plaintiff goes to the Court to file an injunction against AV. Here is how it goes:-
1. TRUTH NO.1 – AV, through legal firm, Chin Lau Wong & Foo (of which Stephen Foo is a partner) sued the Plaintiff AND the Police regarding the Police Report filed by the Plaintiff on AV and his misdemeanors.
VERDICT: The suit was denied.
2. TRUTH NO.2 – Five non-Sabahan lawyers, through Chin Lau Wong & Foo (AGAIN), working on the AV case and in close tandem with state officials, sued a senior private lawyer and a very senior judge regarding the “workpass” of the Plaintiff’s lawyer BEFORE this lawyer took up the case to represent the plaintiff.
VERDICT: The suit was denied once again.
These are TRUE cases. Check with the legal system and see if these cases are indeed true.
Now, WHO do you think breaks God’s Word? AV or the Plaintiff? You be the Judge.
My comment - is there any transparency?

First major wrong - How can the greatest thief use the Diocese Chancellor sue JK when DC should be independent in the ADOS. Should both repent and resign now? Sin 1.
Was DC paid for the legal service and who paid for that legal service? Church or ADOS funds???

Sin 3 - why was the action instigated without calling for me? The liar AVCF as Bishop should have convened a meeting with me before the DC and tried to EX-COMMUNIATE me as it was attempted by Dean H Tong before Bishop YPC in 1994 because of William Vu's case and blame on others. That failed. So the sinning continued seated in the seat of Satan in ASC????
Sin 4 - I know the reasons of that Court suit and that is also a sin in itself. Want to learn more, see me in private.
Sin 5 - AV and DC must be cursing me and ask all the 'evil' tainted intercessors to pray for my DEATH then and till now I am still ALIVE but suffering the church of Jesus Christ. No joy until AVCF and gang removed from ADOS and punished for secular guilts aplenty. AVCF knows what I am writing here.
Sin 6 - If you ask AVCF and DC, they will cover up themselves and lie that I make up the story against them. Another apology for suing me in vain.
If that appeared in Court, every one would see it and why did not AVCF and DC go to the Daily Express to tell the world that they wanted to sue me like they did to have a letter published by DE on 21 July, 2012 confirming the earlier anonymous article by DE of Bishop under probe. DC confirmed it and demanded apology from DE and what happen to that ? Chickened out not because of 1Corinthian6 but because AVCF and DC are 'guilty' best known to themselves.

ReplyDeleteThe BISHOPGATE by its obvious name is not a personal problem between one member cum beneficiary with the “Bishop”, and it is the whole problem of one man AVCF in Anglican Diocese of Sabah (ADOS) especially since AVCF became “bishop” now bishop of shame and sham.
Many have quote Biblical verses of one against another. It is actually a crisis of such proportion that the whole church should follow the Biblical substance that the TRUTH in the Church of Jesus Christ should be adhered to. AVCF blames everything else except himself just like Satan challenging God. AVCF blames the All Saints’ Cathedral Constitution for his failure as acting Dean (call himself Dean) to cover him as I had exposed everything done illegally by AVCF in the Court documents. So AVCF through illegal proxy in the Rector started to amend the said Constitution when he should also amend the Constitution of Diocese of Sabah to suit himself more in his crimes committed. What can unclean hands of criminals surrounded by cronies take action to upgrade the Constitutions to regulate anything for good governance especially the whole group should be on the way out.

Many people have said their pieces. I am here to do some justice for the crisis that is in the Civil Court.
In Matthew’s verses, it is between two individuals in dispute to be settled quickly. In the Corinthian verses, it is also Court cases between believers and again in personal matters.
What is happening in ADOS is nothing to do with personal matters of one Christian against another. There is no personal vendetta or vindictiveness. See how AVCF defamed me since I had taken up the Court case, and seen in his writings every where. So the verses mentioned above are not relevant.
When AVCF is also the register trustee as the “Bishop” of Sabah, he is subject to civil laws in his temporal performance.
What the ‘Bishop’ AVCF had done are properly documented and also known to his closed circles who are accomplices and no action can be taken against him in the most proper forum in Civil Court according to some good preachers? AVCF is no longer the ‘anointed one’ as God knows what he had committed. It was just waiting for full disclosure by AVCF.

ReplyDeleteThere is no such thing as pagan court as the national laws allows alleged criminals to be tried in the normal process when secular crimes had been committed. There is no exception to anyone be it “anointed” or otherwise. If AVCF never made a bishop, his crimes of almost 20 years would be overlooked. So it is indeed the Saints in All Saints’ Cathedral judging the world and be successful at that.
Some also claim that Christians cannot lodge Police Reports when the church leaders had been doing that. AVCF had actually sued me before I commenced court action against him soon after I lodged Police Report against him.
Some also claim that if Christians know something really amiss and condone the crimes, we are all in the same scenario of guilty.
So which way we choose – expose the crimes of AVCF and his gangs or just keep quiet. So what are we really praying for in our churches? So what is the Kokol Prayer Summit really for?
Most people are keeping quiet for almost 6 years for fear of men and not God.
Why have I taken a journey is pre-destined as every steps can be considered unexpected and hopefully with a very joyous ending soon with the strength of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Back on the Matthew’s scenario on the urgency to settle problems, since
I came to know of allsaintscathedralsabah.blogspot.com on 25th December, 2011 – the spiritual birthday of Jesus Christ, a great miracle had unfolded, I had been on exploratory effort to resolve the BISHOPGATE in some fast tracked ways internally like EGM, Internal Committee of Inquiry, Sabah Anglican Fellowship Entity, failing which go out for Police Reports etc. There was no urgency for AVCF to settle the problems even though AVCF claimed the issues raised in the said blog are LIES. So AVCF as arrogant as he is had forfeited the opportunity to resolve the BISHOPGATE.
The cut off point for external solution was after 1st April, 2012 (not april fool action) as the pressure had been building up in the first blog for appropriate action.
We were tested when I called for a Police Report on 11th April, 2012 and now another call for Police Report on 11th Nov., 2012 (which is likely aborted when the response is sadly slow to come by). My attempt for Police Report stirred up the hornet nest of AVCF in his track when he wrote three consecutive Pastoral letters of 15th, 22nd and 29th April, 2012 which had self convicted himself to his crimes slowly and surely come in the open. Those pastoral letters of the socalled shepherd were abused with words condemning his sheep. So his offensive effort made things worst for the BISHOPGATE.
AVCF already knew of the various upcoming actions taken by 5 and JK in April, 2012 possibly applying the San Tzu warefare.
Then in May, 2012, the Archbishop Datuk Bolly Lapok instituted the Provincial Advisory Committee hopefully for an Internal resolution of BISHOPGATE.
Slowly and surely since I engaged a lawyer on 26 May, 2012 to commence legal action, my Writ of Summons was finally filed on 26th June, 2012 in the High Court with much discretion. Yet someone posted my case reference in the first blog.
Since 23 April, 2012, I had started the second blog namely bishopgateinanglicansabah.blogspot.com to be informative of my effort in the Court.

Preachers of 1Corinthian 6, please do not forget Matthew 5:25-26 if these verses are relevant to conflict between Christians when BISHOPGATE is not a personal conflict but the sole creation of onemanshow.
ReplyDeleteI would not want to call any such preacher to repent as they should know what to do in the right context. The other contagious and misleading item is TITHES. Why only Christians are worried about Tithes when the rule is to be applied to all – Christians and non Christians alike?
After writing this article at this trying times, I would expect we can now support the only way open to resolve BISHOPGATE is the Civil Court as E-Court is out of the question and the Province of Anglican church in South East Asia would have to do likewise to remove AVCF as ‘bishop’.

ReplyDeleteThe Constitution of Anglican Diocese of Sabah was amended in 1996 after the Province of Anglican church in South East Asia was formed and that is still very much to be desired in term of management and good governance or punitive provisions for beach of the Constitution were missing.
Now it is likely AVCF intends to amend the ASC and ADOS Constitutions to justify him and his cronies to do as they like with newly amended Constitutions so that he alone can function alone.
What hope is there when HOBs is a flop..
How can we trust AVCF, YTC and the cronies to amend the ASC and ADOS constitutions when we had witnessed how AVCF and his cronies handle the Ordination of unqualified Philip Lo as Deacon and then a priest recently despite so much protest in Si Quis...

JK ---Is AVCF and gang following this teaching when they send the believers away from the church and engage Police & bouncers to frighten parishioners attening church services etc..?

JK- This section is not applicable to the BISHOPGATE as it is not a personal matters and only AVCF thinking himself "anointed by God" cannot sin and he always operate by prerogative and no need to listen to anyone.

What is left now is AVCF and gang to leave the church with restitution of RM30 to 100m yes millions of Ringgit.

JK – This is the worst in ADOS for AVCF as AVCF’s behaviour and his gang have created the scenario of the WANDERING sheep in Sabah in so many ways as parishioners in ADOS especially in ASC are gone looking for other places to worship God and some even had gone back to the pagan religions before they became Christians in ADOS. See how AVCF and his wife and gang chased away anyone who want to make any comment lest their shadows are exposed. AVCF in this deep crisis is chasing away more sheep as he is not the model as a Bishop. So we need to resolve the crisis so that the lost sheep can be found and return to the Christian church especially the roots in ASC. Right now ASC is run by AMOK.

JK - If AVCF and gang always go for upper classes in air travel, hotels, and restaurant, how can he and his gang not despise the little ones? AVCF so appreciate his appointment as Bishop and his Datuk (socalled equivalent to SIR), how can he care for the lesser ones?
When he wants donations to go to his pockets for whatever projects (known and unknown or visible and invisible) how can he go to the lesser ones and so he actually ‘worship’ the rich and powerful? So does AVCF and gang follow the example of Jesus as AVCF pledged so as a priest, then as a bishop.

In King James version :- 11. For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost.
JK - Can Jesus Christ aka God aka Son of man come and save the LOST in AVCF and his gang and ADOS as ADOS has lost up to RM100m of God’s money in 20 years? AVCF and his gang by sending away the lost sheep under the ‘god anointed one in AVCF” is irredeemable in the Kingdom of God on earth and heaven as how can socalled the ‘anointed’ one does that except Satan is laughing in HELL as more such people go there.

JK – AVCF would not care to find any that wander away except he and his gang spend hundred of thousands of Ringgit to mission fields far away and bring home nothing. So AVCF would deceive himself with ‘joy’ shedding crocodile tears and then go on telling LIES.

JK – How can we believe that Father in heaven not be concerned in ASC and ADOS. Actually AVCF –the wolf in sheep skin - dare not face the congregations in All Saints’ Cathedral in many Sundays. God is losing many sheep in ADOS every day as the socalled ‘anointed’ and the sworn ‘shepherd is missing in action both as acting dean/dean/Bishop. In his place, AVCF would spend more money invite foreign preachers to justify his theft of God’s money of many millions in 20 years. AVCF and his gang and many little would perish because AVCF curse others who send him to the Archbishop of Province of South East Asia and to the Civil Courts. Please confirm this with those socalled ‘prayers warrior’ in the intercession’s sessions?

Actually AVCF has been disobedient/recalcitrant since 2006 and he was more furious when Archbishop Chew
retired and the baton was not passed to him for reasons best known to him.
All the reasons are known to AVCF.
According to the Constitution of APSEA, even the Archbishop can be investigated when there are good reasons for complaints by anyone.

JK – this is easier say than done. It is very hard for people of different levels in society even amongst Christians..

JK – this is even more difficult to do and to bring one or two others along;
17 If they still refuse to listen, tell it to the church; and if they refuse to listen even to the church, treat them as you would a pagan or a tax collector.
JK- this is already a crisis and counter allegations can occur. Some would say it is between him and God. In this BISHOPGATE, some people have told me it is between AVCF and God and leave it to God to deal with AVCF. So we do not need to hear the evil, see the evil, and speak no evil as AVCF claims that those who complained against him is possessed by evil beings and need to be dealt with accordingly. Are we to treat AVCF as a pagan or a tax collector and yet be the Bishop reigning over the BISHOPGATE which was created by AVCF himself.
18 “Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be[e] bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be[f] loosed in heaven.
JK- what this verse means is that we leave it to God but those let it loose on earth would be equally ‘guilty’ on earth and then reflected in heaven now and then in after life.
19 “Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.
JK – it is now more than thousands of members calling for AVCF to resign or to be sacked and restitution of losses or thefts be made good. So it will be done on earth soon.
20 For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.”
JK – God would answer our prayers in this BISHOPGATE but be patient with LOVE for all.

AVCF wrote "LOVE is lacking in the Government" and where did he copied that and publish it in the ASC Sunday 11.11.12 pastoral letter as relevant?

1. As long as he is in office, AVCF is using church funds and resources to 'cover-up' his case with LIES at the expenses of the church. Many whammies, and yet the socalled 'holy people' can tolerate this.
2. The church I am fighting for with no personal gain should also help out with costs and fees, allowances etc. God bless all.

ReplyDeleteI think there are some people never seen this problem in the Anglican church.
So a simple solution cannot be forthcoming and we need to introduce an emergency provision in ADOS.
The emergency provision would be as follows:-
1. Suspend the Constitution of ADOS and ASC. (no harm as the church normal minimum activities would go on, the clergies and staff who remain would be paid and so all normal expenses like utilities and transportation would be meet )
2. Instal an emergency committee of dedicated parishioners who have no hand in the present crisis hence exclude all the Synod Delegates, the Standing Committee since 2006, PCC of ASC since 2006) and some can be advisors where necessary.
3. No need to appoint a Bishop, a Commissary, or a Vicar General as none of these persons can solve the Crisis.
4. The Emergency committee would take care of the ADOS affairs and run all the churches with a small exco committee with some allowances and remunerations where considered reasonable.
5. The purpose of this is to revamp the ADOS with an effective system in the prevailing scenario.
6. For six to 12 months, the emergency committee can function to sustain the church while it is nurtured to proper health.
7. Please allow the local to deal with this BISHOPGATE although we are still within the APSEA.
8. Why this approach is workable because APSEA has failed to action since January 2012. That is too long a period for inaction after the Archbishop had been alerted to the public forum online to the thrash in ADOS.
9. ADOS is the laughing stock in the public place for the most ugly deeds of AVCF and his gang and now worsened with the 'laughing' stock of the HoBs in its decision of 18th September, 2012.
10. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH - God knows what I am doing and not personal interest but PUBLIC interest.

Yes bird of same feather, hearsay that Archbishop is not that clean too very close with politicians in Swk. Easy say than done with this ungodly Bishop in ADOS.
How is your re-file? Be courageous and cooperate, team work and take good advice to work with other Anglicans.
