How BAV & Stand Comm Misled the Church

A month ago, the Diocese published a reply from the Standing Committee to the Honorary Auditor’s management letter. It touched on the purchase of Bangkok Gardens Condominium, Sipitang land and Tenom shoplot. The reply stated all three transactions were proposed to Standing Committee before the transaction took place.

 My comments ---

What do we intend to do next?

Is it good enough to write and talk about the rottenness here?

If we want to act, it must be in the civil court as it is the crimes committed by a sole trustee.

So to start with, can someone sponsor a full page in a local newspapers demanding AVCF to explain all these irregularities?

Many would tell me what to do next but when I ask them to do it together, silence would prevail.

Why? Why? What is wrong with our Anglican members when other people just despise us as I meet others Christians and non Christians alike…

    I do not despair, but time is NOT on those seeking the TRUTH unless AVCF is removed.

    Remember, when AVCF goes Sabbatical leave if he really goes, he is still in charge.

    If some people files later than 17 Dec, 2012, the first hearing can be much delayed until say March 2013. The new case can be academic if my case goes ahead with the hearing.
    Both my and any new case can be consolidated on 17 December for one hearing at the High Court.

    I don’t know if the High Court would hear similar cases for the second times.

    Unity is strength and please act now.

    Keep on fast and pray if you like but action is long overdue now.

    Someone known by a real name possibly now residing overseas can insert a full page Advert in a local newspapers plus all the supporters here to ask AVCF to confirm the allegations here and this may bring the HoBs to acknowledge public concern of the crisis rather then play soft to AVCF even on 28th Nov.

    The advert should come out on 27 or 28th November, 2012.
    According the information new Bishop of Singapore is a good friend of AVCF, Bishop Ng may stand his ground, and what is likely of BL is questionable? So is it likely a stalemate.

    Would any thing really come out of the Appeal of 10 + 1253 signatures within days of 28 Nov and no longer delayed…?

    why so quiet still after seeing all the rottenness of AVCF?

    So scare of what?

    Man or God is the priority in our life?
