If YTC is made Dean of All Saints’ Cathedral???
If really YTC is to be the Dean of the ASC according to the
whims and fancy of AVCF, then we need to take a different set of actions.
Why YTC has failed ADOS is some important ways ---
- If YTC has been a signatory of the ASC’s bank accounts in 2012 or since April, 2012, then this is unconstitutional.
- If YTC has been chairing all the Parochial Council Meetings of ASC since early 2012, this is also unconstitutional
- YTC has chaired the ASC AGM of 2012 on 1st April, 2012 and this is illegal and unconstitutional as the Chairman/acting Dean/Dean never in writing did such appointment in place of the Deputy Chairman when the Chairman was missing, resulting in an invalid AGM.
- YTC together with JY had lodged a FALSE Police Report against Joshua Kong on 23rd July, 2012 although JY signed the said report alone..
- On 4th November, 2012, the Rector (YTC) wrote in ASC Sunday bulletin telling us that he would be on long leave and in his absence, nobody was specifically delegated his duty if YTC was in charge of ASC as acting dean/dean AVCF has been missing in ASC and possibly ADOS.
- Is YTC not aware of what he has been doing since late 2011 in All Saints’ Cathedral as largely illegal?
- If YTC is so dumb to the scenario of ADOS and ASC, how can he be fit to lead ASC as the Dean if he is ever appointed to the post soon.
So I would suggest we would protest and how?
Would going to the AVCF (questioned leader) any good? Would going to the House of Bishops any good?
Can we allow ADOS and ASC sink so low under the rotten
leadership of AVCF already fully exposed especially with the very slow response
of Provincial Anglican Archbishop even after the latest protests by 10
delegates to HOBs on 7th and
8th November, 2012 in
Kuching?
Apart from the Day of fast and prayers on 15th
November, 2012, we must take pro-active action such as withholding all the
tithes etc and go to the ASC on Sunday but do not go inside the church for the
services to arrest such rottenness of the ‘leadership’ (if there is such a
leadership) worsening.
Lets the local members and parishioners takeover the ADOS in
a special committee with the suspension of AVCF as bishop.

ReplyDeleteADOS's BISHOPGATE is unusual and unprecedented as it has been for 6 years under AVCF now rising to a HEAD most unpleasant in Sabah Anglicans.
The HoBs in its decision on AVCF dated 18th September, 2012 was unprecedented, illegal or unconstitutional, and outright unusual and unacceptable giving the very CLEAR message that there is no political will to stop the BISHOPGATE immediately then.
With the latest appeal and after a petition of 1253 to Kuching, no urgency was expressed by HOBs.
For whatever reasons the immediate steps are as follows:-
1. No commissaries by AVCF.
2. No vicar general by HoBs.
3. No dean of ASC for YTC.
So immediately,
let this happen now
1. Suspend the Constitutions of ASC and ADOS now -
Lets the local members and parishioners takeover the ADOS in a special NEW committee with the suspension of AVCF as bishop.
This is the only HOPE for Jesus Christ's Church in ADOS now.
Why not suspend the Constitutions of ASC and ADOS?
ReplyDeleteAVCF had already breached the Constitutions in some substantial and substantive measures for 6 years.
It is all in the Court documents.
I have done a detailed analysis of the Constitutions and find them in conflict and contradictions and missing gaps of each other with grey areas.
So it is timely to suspend the Constitutions to suspend the AVCF as Bishop..
