253. Can a bishop be sued?

Updated 3.17am on 14th Nov  13

ASC is asking for RM1.5m and how is this figure arrived at when there is a shortcoming of tithes and collection of about RM1m.  How does the Dean Chak come to this figure?  So this figure is likely needed to feed the hospital on the "stupid" treatment of AVCF without Hospital's Medical report and smells of scams here.  What would happen to ADOS and ASC without such fund forthcoming?

Now the desperate people only talk of MONEY, MONEY, MONEY and not of GOD..  Joshua

Any news on AVCF and his medical report?

updated 8.21am 9Nov 13 - (8/11/13 page views 157)  Another story on the wedding - A man taking a woman as life long union?

What about a woman and woman in life long union???  A man and a man in life long union??? So beware - gay life is an abomination of God in His Creation.  Joshua

This is a timely piece for Christian to believe that we are created in His image- good looking or otherwise and somehow we change it artificially and pay the heavy price for it.  The other question is should a spouse SUE the other when 1 man and a woman in marriage become ONE?  Both these two issues are from the Bible.

While the Bible may say we are not expected to sue the Bishop even if he is in the wrong but AVCF never wants to settle the BISHOPGATE, hence I had to bring him to Court after a DUE process of accountability, and so God knows...a similarity with this case of ugly offspring case...Praise God.  Joshua

Blame the wife, eh?/Google ImagesBlame the wife, eh?/Google ImagesA Chinese man divorced and then sued his ex-wife for giving birth to what he called an extremely ugly baby girl, the Irish Times reported.

Initially, Jian Feng accused his wife of infidelity, so sure that he could never father an unattractive child.

When a DNA test proved that the baby was his, Feng’s wife came clean on a little secret — before they met, she had undergone about USD100,000 worth of cosmetic surgery in South Korea.

Feng sued his ex-wife on the grounds of false pretenses, for not telling him about the plastic surgery and duping him into thinking she was beautiful, The Huffington Post reported.

The kicker? He won. A judge agreed with Feng’s argument and ordered his ex-wife to fork over USD120,000.

“I married my wife out of love, but as soon as we had our first daughter, we began having marital issues,” he told the Irish Times. “Our daughter was incredibly ugly, to the point where it horrified me.”
