To ‘Samtheprophet’ regarding your
message on July 26/2012 at 7:54am on 1Corinthian 6:1-6. God’s Word is God’s
Word. The message does not change but it is we humans who turn and twists it
around.
God’s Word in 1Corinthian 6:1-6 remains
UNCHANGED and is till the TRUTH.
What you are about to read is the HARD
TRUTH regarding legal matters on AV and the Plaintiff. These happened BEFORE
the Plaintiff goes to the Court to file an injunction against AV. Here is how
it goes:-
1. TRUTH NO.1 – AV, through legal firm, Chin Lau Wong & Foo (of which Stephen Foo is a partner) sued the Plaintiff AND the Police regarding the Police Report filed by the Plaintiff on AV and his misdemeanors.
VERDICT: The suit was denied.
2. TRUTH NO.2 – Five non-Sabahan lawyers, through Chin Lau Wong & Foo (AGAIN), working on the AV case and in close tandem with state officials, sued a senior private lawyer and a very senior judge regarding the “workpass” of the Plaintiff’s lawyer BEFORE this lawyer took up the case to represent the plaintiff.
VERDICT: The suit was denied once again.

legal system and see if these cases are indeed true.

Word? AV or the Plaintiff? You be the Judge.

ReplyDeleteWhy the Bishop wrote in his message to the Synod 2012 that "A he Joshua Kong filed a civil suit against the Bishop and against me in my personal capacity. This is not something the Bible permits."

Here we have seen AVCF had filed an earlier suit against me and his hands are 'blood-stained', it did not the light of the day'.
So does the Bible permits the Bishop to sue another Christian, and so he speaks forked tongue?

Is Stephen really knows what he is doing here?
Is he not the one to instigate this?
Why obey AVCF when they (the legal firm) knows it is inappropriate?
What is AVCF trying to prove here?
AVCF thinks he can escape this scourge when he was trying to deal with the Bank Negara? Please tell us of this story of the rich man.
So why was this case rejected at the Courts?
Was it initiated against my Police Report lodged on 23rd April, 2012?
AVCF should have taken the cue to resign straight away when he failed to abuse the Court.
