314. More action on AVCF n gang now

Over RM20k Raised for Legal Fees

The following is a statement from the Legal Action Task Force.
Dear sisters and brothers, due to your overwhelming respond, we have collected over RM20K as of today, praise the Lord for your commitment to see that truth and righteousness prevail. As published earlier, the excess funds will be used for either filing an appeal to the Appeal Court (if the legal team decide to do so) or distribute to needy churches and people in the interior. We thank everyone for your partnership in this long road of truth, justice, righteousness and love for the Lord and His Church.

    There are still a few options on avcf and gang like Police Reports, MACC, Income tax(some people want to do that), Commercial Crimes, perjury, CBT etc and all these efforts need money for processing and if considered appropriate the balance of money should be used for disbursements of the preparation of documents, running expenses etc…for the tough job to be visible action as already advocated in truth blog.

    If we do not appeal on that case, as Anglicans we have the locus standi to start fresh action in Courts. Maybe it is already too much for Rev C Fu and Rosalind to represent the church, and others can join in on the same matters or other similar matters to push for CBT etc. Many of us had signed the petition to HoBs to remove AVCF etc…and now we can add the Standcom as well. We should also act to remove AVCF as sole trustee of ADOS. Can the sole trustee appoints others to sign the cheques and take no responsibilities for that?
