13.
All properties of the Diocese within Sabah are registered to the office
of the Bishop of Sabah, NOT under the personal name of the Bishop. When
the Diocese bought a property in Thailand for the mission work there,
it was purchased under the name of Albert Vun Cheong Fui. Is this the
standard procedure when the Diocese purchase properties overseas? Is it
prudent to buy properties with church funds and register them under the
personal name of the Bishop? How can the Diocese ensure the property is
transferred from Albert Vun Cheong Fui back to the Diocese at the event
of retirement, resignation or death?"""AV has to be penalised for this transaction as it is criminal breach of trust as the sole trustee of the ADOS. It is ultra vires constitution of ADOS.
The said land/property will never go to ADOS, despite a trust instrument (not seen) as claimed to have been made.
AV has been a robber of God's money since 1990s in Good Sam and continued to do that in SPC Tawau...
So now is the biggest robber with crocodile tears at the Synod where RM49m disappeared in two years...
another bigger robbery
ReplyDeleteBangkok, Thailand Rangsit Ministry
52/220, Muang Ake, Lak Hok, Muang, Phahonyolthin Rd, Pathum Thani 12000, Thailand
and Condominium in Bangkok Garden
are these separate purchases.
AVCF only talk of one property when more than one was involved.
So how much was LOST to the chief thief?
Reply
What is the point here, auditor that the assets in Thailand are held in trust (so-called) trust even with a piece of illegal paper, you still have to show us the instrument and include the assets in the BALANCE sheet of ADOS.
ReplyDeleteIt would appear that the money incurred for the assets were written off against mission and ministry expenses and so AVCF is a thief of God\’s money by deception. The treasurer is also aiding and abetting the chief thief.
Are the FDs still intact with the bank now?

Albert, we trust you will not use ADOS or ASC’s piggy banks to dabble in KLSE.
Making profits in KLSE investments belongs to Vun Cheong Fui & lost making
investments redirect to ADOS & ASC’s accounts ?
I heard you used to be a very active stocks market punter when you were in Tawau & you used to trade through my cousin brother.”
