Bishop of Sabah (Registered Trustee)

Who is qualified to be a trustee?

It should be not automatic?

what is the purpose of Trustees (Incorporation) Ordinance (Sabah Cap 148)?

The task of any Trustee is onerous and very responsible and be of good character.

He should have proper consideration for the beneficiaries.

He should not delegate his duties.

He should not deal with his own properties.

So it is known that AVCF since the earlier days as Rector of church of Good Samaritan had questionable deals with a tender and the bidders..

I believe the hall that was constructed had some problems and it was 'rebuilt'.

Would AVCF now confirm this?

Then he became the Rector of St Patrick's church in Tawau from 1990 to 2005/6.

Now from the blog, he is known to do a lot for himself and the usual crocodile tears.

The same crocodile tears happened at the 27th Diocesan Synod at the All Saints' Cathedral held on 30 August - 1Sept 2012.

So it is only right that the character and behaviour of the sole trustee of ADOS be reviewed.

We have seen all the crimes in ADOS since 2006.

I wonder if the HOB read the blogs or not or are they influenced by AV that they are all lies,rumours etc.. The blogs are the best place to find out how the sheep feel about him and I was sure AV asked the archbishop to stop us from writing to the blogs and the archbishop listened to AV thinking everything is settled with AV signing the assent which no one knows what is inside,only the HOB and AV know.It should be made public for we have a right to know what is inside so that we can keep track on AV to see if he keeps them but looks like it is only a piece of paper with no value once he left S'pore!

Did the archbishop know that the moment he touched down from the plane,he headed to Telupid as reported in the blog to attend the BM conference and started firing his lethal remarks against the 5 complainants and created disunity among the clergies and sheep,he said a 'holy war' is about to start? Did he show any healing,remorse etc? Now that we know where we stand,we cannot rely on anyone but ourselves to put ADOS in order.Blogmaster, you choose the best talented and knowledgeable people,and everybody will now start praying without failed wherever we are and we will support you financially.Just let us know how to bank into the account.This is a worthy cause,rather than to give money to the church for others to spend,going on mission trips getting big love gifts, etc,better give to our leaders to help us to fight for justice!

It is the GREED of the Trojan Horse in AVCF in ADOS and blame on others.

AVCF writes or says one thing and he does the exactly the OPPOSITE.

Decision of House of Bishop on avcf

AVCF is already unfit... to appoint anyone..



Without Ecclesiastical Court, the said decision is totally unacceptable for such a lenient approach to massive crimes committed by AV and his gang.
The Standing committee is illegal as the Synod 2012 was unconstitutional..
So the Diocesan Treasurer, Diocesan Chancellor always one-sided to AV are not to stay in office.
The ex Diocesan Treasurer PC must be made to account for the frauds of AV and hand over all documents.
We must know who had been the Diocesan Treasurer and honorary Auditors since 2006.
Were these important positions (DT and HA) rotated between MT and PC? If that is the root of the problems via the manipulation of the AV.
AVCF cannot appoint anyone to deputise him in all matters especially the sole trustee – illegal since 2006.
The Bishop Commissary would be useless for Diocese of Sabah in its transition to find recovery in Sabah.
AV should never be retained by ADOS in whatever position, and maybe …..
There is a lot of work and HoB is unaware of the consequences of the LEAVE …..
This doubt as who own Rangsit Anglican Outreach Center (RAOC) as it appears in two official websites – Anglican diocese of Singapore and ADOS.. Singapore Bishop and his office has yet to answer my email..
So Anglican Province of church in South East Asia is also in a mess similar to Ados – sad indeed.

P 1.. According to page 56 of the 27th SYNOD report 2012, the assets/land/properties purchase since AV became Bishop was RM14,691,327. The balance sheet as per page 3, shows property and equipment at RM16,159,570 and note 2 page 8 shows lesser than RM10m.

P1Q1. We need to show a detailed list of assets for the balance sheet figures for the omission of assets.

P2. Two Assets were bought in Thailand namely as follows:-
P2.1..Asset 1 – as per page 56 of the 27th SYNOD report 2012,Yannawa District Bangkok Garden- condominium uniy @0, 289/600 10th Floor for Rangsit Outreach
Date of Purchase : 28 Feb., 2009: Standing committee Min 156 dated 1st March, 2009 RM507,308. According Report Synod 2010, Diocese Financial Report page 14, the total payments were RM267,738 (2008) and RM 457,040 (2009) making a total RM724,778.
P2.2 ,Asset 2 – as page 56 of the 27th SYNOD report 2012, Bangkok Studio Flat unit for residential at 515/193 15Fl, Supalai Oriental – Tenant CMS RM208,800 purchased on 20/6/2006.

P2.1Q1 Why a discrepancy of RM217,470
P2.1Q2 Why a Condominium used for Rangsit Outreach?
P2.1Q3 Was this asset earlier registered in AVCF name?
P2.1Q4 Is it all right to buy first before the Standing committee when AVCF always said SC is in charge when AVCF is actually in charge? What did Standing committee do about it?

P2.2Q1 No mention of this property by AVCF so far as he only talked of one property in his pastoral letter dated 21st July, 2012?
P2.2Q2 Is this property also in his name and sold with money into his pocket?

GENERAL COMMENTS:-
Diocese of Sabah is largely Sabah, Labuan and little bit of Kalimantan, and how can AVCF goes and buy up properties outside this boundary, hence Ultra Vires the Constitution of ADOS. Buying the properties in Petaling Jaya is alsoUltra Vires. So Standing Committee also had done illegal things in ADOS.
Registering the Thailand’s properties in AVCF name is Criminal Breach of Turst and so he know Bishop of Sabah cannot be registered in the land titles.

Since he already knew it in 2006, he continued to register the Condominion in his name but a trust deed was done in June 2012. That Ultra Vire act and CBT cannot be absolved by doing a trust deed. (no crocodile tears can cover this). I don’t think the trust deed can keep the asset bought with ADOS money be asset of ADOS as it is no effect. We want to see ALL the land titles now. Even a registered company wholely own by ADOS cannot buy any assets outside the boundary of ADOS.

What about the Rangsit Centre where the church activities are held? This asset is not mentioned in page 56 of the 27th SYNOD report 2012. Was it purchased in 2009 or earlier? Page 56 is a list of assets since 2006. I don’t see ADOS paying any rent? So is this asset also registered in AVCF name?

So AVCF always tells half truth or no truth at all. That is the man anointed by God doing God’s work passionately putting his UNCLEAN hands into God’s money for own gains. AVCF has no respect for the Constitutions (albeit illegal)of ASC, ADOS and the Province of SEA. AVCF makes more illegalities the way of life of a humiliated God’s socalled servant.

what happened to ADOS money?

Are the FDs still intact with the bank now?

How much of the RM49million still there now?

So a book is timely to wake people up.

Also it can be a fund raising effort for my legal case with so much to do.

   BAV in his 3rd pastoral letter announced the court injunction on him is suspended. BAV also stated he was guided by 3 lawyers: Ronny Cham, Kenneth Thien & Stephen Foo. This is contrary to the court’s decision and the truth. I was flabbergasted by this blatant lie, yet after reading the two exposés I suspect BAV is a serial liar. If he could lie to the Standing Committee and Synod, what’s stopping him from lying in his pastoral letter.
   My learned colleagues and I are convinced the court injunction is in place. Not only was BAV in contempt of court, so are Ronny Cham, Kenneth Thien & Stephen Foo as BAV acted on the advise of his lawyers. If BAV’s action is not shared by his 3 lawyers, then Ronny Cham, Kenneth Thien & Stephen Foo should discharge themselves from this case. Otherwise, Ronny Cham, Kenneth Thien & Stephen Foo should be cited in CONTEMPT OF COURT.

   AV has 3 lawyers helping him and I was wondering how come none advised him that he is under court injunction and what he had been doing could be charged as contempt of court. He did say he sought the advice of his lawyers,did he,only known to himself.He said the court injunction is lifted,it is still in his pastoral letter on the Anglican Diocese bulletin for weeks.JK can use that as evidence.Kenneth,take our advice,move out before it is too late.Do it for your family,please!

AV has to be penalised for this transaction as it is criminal breach of trust as the sole trustee of the ADOS.  It is ultra vires constitution of ADOS.

The said land/property will never go to ADOS, despite a trust instrument (not seen) as claimed to have been made.

AV has been a robber of God's money since 1990s in Good Sam and continued to do that in SPC Tawau...

So now is the biggest robber with crocodile tears  at the Synod where RM49m disappeared in two years...
