311. Anything like that in ADOS?

Titus 1:6 If any be blameless, the husband of one wife, having faithful children not accused of riot or unruly.
Titus 1:7 For a bishop must be blameless, as the steward of God; not selfwilled, not soon angry, not given to wine, no striker, not given to filthy lucre;
Titus 1:8 But a lover of hospitality, a lover of good men, sober, just, holy, temperate;

Pastor Anthony Maina in hotel room
By: Anika Rao
(Scroll down for video) A pastor in Kenya, is out of a job after he was caught red-handed with a married woman in a hotel room.

The pastor of a church in the city of Embu, who was caught with the married woman on Sunday, addressed his congregation and asked for forgiveness.

Pastor Anthony Maina of the Kenya Assemblies of God Eastern Gate Church, arrived with his wife Beth, and two children, and said that he did not commit adultery with the woman when they were caught in the hotel room in the city of Karatina, Nyeri County.

“I'm here to tell everyone that I made a mistake, and I have sought God's forgiveness. The incident saved me because I would have committed more sins,” he said.

The church announced that it had suspended the pastor indefinitely.

“The pastor has committed a crime that goes against the teachings of God, and therefore, he can no longer serve in the church,” a spokesperson for the church said.

Beth said that she had forgiven her husband, saying that they have to come together and move forward as a family.

310. Massive theft on Sipitang land

The problem in the Standcom and lesser in the Synod are several folds and all working for themselves and so the AVCF would work to his advantages.
Say for example an exco member in SC is also a professional and the ADOS is loaded with assets and that is opportunity for the exco member to gain from professional fees and such people would just be drama for mutual interest to stay in office and such fees could be millions of Ringgit.

Another possibility is that someone in exco and synod may pretend to work for a Datuk who can in turn recommend certain persons to get Datukship and the comradeship would work against the church.

The other concept is that some people are power crazy hence want to stay close to someone in power and there lies all the ills for self interest working against the church.  AVCF knows how to exploit such people by sweets of sort too to get his way.

Dear Dean, (Feet washing over in a few minutes)
There was a washing of feet last year as per blog – (was it a farce?)
http://thetrutheng.com/2013/06/23/updated-a-step-towards-revival/#comments
When Peter refused to allow Jesus to wash his feet, Jesus said this, “If I do not wash you [Peter’s feet], you have no share with me.” John 13:8.
Now the ADOS and ASC is subject to more public cleaning of dirty “clothes or linen”.
http://thetrutheng.com/2014/02/13/how-bav-violated-the-constitution-lied/
Also more dirty linen is on for 38 of the 40 charges against Bishop Vun by the PAC.
http://thetrutheng.com/2014/02/20/pac-report-acquisition-of-sipitang-land/
and your recent acts against me at the EGM where you and the Bishop were defeated in item 7 and the Bishop in item 8 respectively.
If words are too difficult for reconciliation, then we do a proper FEET washing again and we wash each other feet or I wash yours.
Better still get Bishop Vun at 7.30am service to this act in FEET washing as his dirty linen is washed in public.
Let God be God.
God bless all,
Joshua

Was the land a NT title ? If NT, whose name would appear in the Title? Can the ADOS now present the title as an exhibit? Also we have done some research in 2012 from newspapers’ advertisement the price per acre would be less than RM100k. So why should we had paid RM850k? Who actually closed the deal? If AVCF closed the deal, then it is a violated of the Constitution as he claimed in the Court document that he had no power over such affairs in the Constitution. So what is what now?

to vkfleong57, me
Dear Joshua Kong,

Please do not judge my motive. It belongs to the Lord. I said there is no illegal in God's kingdom for those who put their faith in Christ. Illegal only applies to the kingdom of the world.

I will not allow you to share in our service because it is not appropriate and not the platform for your opinion.

I have no way to stop you from sharing in your blog but in the church service.

Let our just God deal with our motives.

Dean Chak

Let me do something now --

Dear Dean,

In the Sunday ASC bulletin message by you titled "Church- the inclusive posture",  you wrote "This includes church members who have no document."

Before  I continue I think that is the policy of ADOS.  Yes, a church is open to all who want to come and worship and we have no problem with that.  Do you want to advocate that church members can do a lot of things illegally and improperly?  God is God of order.  So are you advocating that we go against God.  We know we do not check the identity of church goers.  But the issue here is about illegal alien without documents or with Project IC have become members and whose names appear in the Roll.  That gives rise to a lot of unpredicted problems and can even bring down the Church of Christ.

The Anglican, BCCM and RC have been given the self regulation of their affairs without complying with the Society Act.  So are we going to abuse such privileges in our administration?  Non Malaysians should not be allowed to vote, and they can be associate members based on good character.  The Constitution should be amended to include such categories of membership for good order in the management of the church affairs.  I wonder how many non Malaysians and non Sabahans are also members of Synod and the Standing Committee that have brought disrepute to Anglicanism with the ongoing BISHOPGATE.

The other issue is that Rev Victor Leong shared the sermon titled "First be reconciled to your brother: aligning your relationship".  At the end of the sermon, Rev Victor did not ask members for altar calls and so I did not go up to share.  I should think the Bishop Vun should be the first to be there to take the lead.  Since you were not in your dean chair on last Sunday, I did not want to raise any red flag to be accused of disrupting the church service.

So this coming sunday 23 February, 2014, I would like go up at the time before intercession time to seek any forgiveness from anyone if I had offended any brother or sister in Christ especially I was sent off by you at the EGM without reasons.  So whether I really offended you in any way, I would ask God to forgive you and Wilson for whatever that I had 'offended' you at the EGM.  I had earlier in my mails asking for apologies from Dean and Wilson but not forthcoming.  So I hope you would allow me to go up to the front this coming Sunday to read out a prepared text by you.  After that give me a few minutes to share my story.  Please confirm by text message to 013-8394513 for your consent for an orderly service on Sunday.

Let God deal with us accordingly.

God bless all,

Joshua

308. Properties of "AVCF"???

  1. Assets or Expenses
There is another property in Thailand which is under BAV name. This property was purchased using St.Patrick’s money. Again it was put under expenses. So there is no trace of it as an asset in St.Patrick account. Isn’t it irony that both properties outside the diocese were in BAV’s name and put under expenses without him declaring or putting it on record in St.Patrick and the diocese as assets. So if it was not highlighted during dialogue with BAV and his team these two properties would have been untraceable as they were put under expenses account. So the question to ask is why were the two properties outside the diocese not put under asset? Why were the properties put in expenses account? Intention to cheat? Even at this stage of BAV’s life he still did not transfer the two properties over to the diocese. So when he died guess who will inherit the two properties.
  2. Bishop KPI
    Failed Projects by BAV include
    1) St Patrick Academy in Tawau ( How many students in the school now? )
    2) All Saints Academy ( how many students actually stayed throughout? )
    3) Kokol retreat ( over budget and soil erosion is on going and maintenance? )
4 ) Beijing school venture with the Koreans ( how much was spent? )
    5) BSI vision school ( spending more money to change to international program now to compete with Calvary?)
    6) Rangsit ( spending so much to train 2 ladies missionaries now only realised it is better to send a male priest to be more effective)
    7) ATI, with no global recognition or proper accreditation or affiliation with established theology seminaries, how long can they dupe the students? It is the most obvious soon to fail project.
His ‘ anointing ‘ is holding the record of highest number of qualified priests’ resignation in his tenure of 7 Years as Bishop and ordaining the most unqualified priests in super speed. So it is definitely F.

Quote: “The Synod and Standing Committee must reflect how this farce could have gone so far and to seek reform to prevent such division and transgressions from revisiting the Diocese again.” I just wonder how any reform can come from the existing Synod and the Standing Committee already too much disappointment even if we shout here…

I think must pay up before the Appeal can be valid and this payment would be an ILLEGaL issue.

The treatment of the properties as an expense was deliberately design for a criminal motive as ignorance, sloppiness or carelessness is not on. If you go to the Sandakan Dialogue the next day after ASC, KK, AVCF was speaking like an expert ‘accountant’ or well seasoned bookkeeper or bookcook as he mentioned accounting/bookkeeping transactions. So AVCF knew what he was doing and no excuse. AVCF knows all the lop holes to fill up his pocket with ill gotten gains.

joshuakong823

Quote from the SC 1 March minute ““OUR APARTMENTS IN BANGKOK WOULD GIVE US RENTAL RETURNS BETTER THAN INTEREST WE GET FROM FDS.” “AND WE ALSO EXPECT CAPITAL GAIN IN THE FUTURE”
Questions : Has any rental returns come back to ADOS in the Audited accounts? How do we expect capital gain in the future when the assets in Bangkok and elsewhere are not shown as fixed assets or capital assets for the ADOS? So AVCF was mans reas as a “criminal”.
Also much losses were incurred for the Anglican Sulaman Church building costing more than RM4m being vacant most of the years already.

What is perjury in Court? Is the sworn Affidavit if found to be untrue or perjury, what is the next thing we can do? Would some learned lawyers take up this case now to nail AVCF for sure and permanently. So end the BISHOPGATE. Praise God.

The Constitution of ADOS does not allow AVCF to have anything to do with outside the area of the Diocese as defined by the Constitution. The Bishop of Sabah (registered trustee) also deemed illegal cannot own any properties outside of the ADOS. The properties in Bangkok are registered in his personal name using church money.
I believe AVCF also purchased properties in KL and elsewhere and in whose name were these properties registered?
All these are CBT items and AVCF must hand over all those properties so obtained /purchased back to ADOS in cash or in kind. AVCF must account every piece of properties he had mishandled since 1980s that should strictly belong to the church.

Going through the SC minute of 1st March, 2009, one person said it all and there were no dissension or comments from the members of the SC. So what is unsigned minute means? All illegal!!! All violations of the Constitution of the ADOS and no attendance was recorded in the said minutes and undated. Show us the proof that AVCF is not guilty of all things done PREROGATIVE. Extract from ‘libelous’ Affidavit of AVCF–
In the above premises, I pray for an order that the Plaintiff’s Summons in Chambers be dismissed with costs of RM50,000.00 on the ground that the Diocese had been put to suffer substantial legal costs in engaging solicitors on urgent basis and on the further ground that this action was brought frivolously, vexatiously, scandalously and an abuse of the process of the Court.
My question is – Did the Diocese pay for the massive legal costs? If so how is this seen in the ADOS account?

304. Letter to Dean

still no sign of reply to apology? 17/2/14

The results of the EGM should find comfort that the Dean and the Bishop had been rejected by the members in the affairs of the All Saints’ Cathedral, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah for two reasons:-

The Dean wants to sack the elected Honorary Treasurer for his agenda and the Bishop wants to control ASC and both rejected and so both must go away.

What are we waiting for?

Joshua Y. C. Kong

still no reply from Dean, why??? also nothing in the ASC bulletin  16/2/2014

still no reply from Dean, why???  15/2/2014

Dear Dean,
Re: EGM on 9th February, 2014 , the unfortunate send off and ex Dean’s Warden

I write to express my displeasure over what had happened at the Extraordinary General Meeting and like to state my position over what had being the real case as you decided to send me off at the end of the main session.

2.             The EGM was supposed to have started with the concept of a family business in a Christian environment as you said in your opening message.  But it turned somewhat awry when you then stated one person can only one questions at each item and that only items in the agenda can be discussed or raised and both instructions are unreasonable.

3.             At the beginning there was a brief management on voting papers for 8 items.  I stressed that all voting papers should be returned at the end stapled together and not in loose ones as one member is one vote each.  Dean then mentioned nobody was going to cheat.  So I ask Dean to tender apology for the word “cheat” which I did not use.  Dean was silent.

4.             I was given some limited chance to raise questions and comments but definitely not adequate for such an important event as Constitution Amendments.  So I did start to raise the issue of legality of this EGM when the Notice of the EGM was not signed by the Secretary and that the Notice did not specify the originator of the EGM as provision of VII Annual General Meeting under clause 8 from Bishop or Dean or request of twenty members.  Such questions/comments were prompted by two recent incidences namely the existing Constitution is illegal for amending the 14 to 21 days in item 1 and the recent High Court’s decision on “non legal entity”.  Then you chose to warn me of the possible send off rather than answering me.  That is not Christian-like family gathering.  I did not come with any grudge but you seemed to have a pre-conceived agenda which was later fulfilled by sending me off for making some good comments.

5.             Now I come to the incident prior to the send off unfortunately with flimsy reasons or excuses.  You did not announce that the counting zone was off limit to authorized persons only and there was no sign –NO Entry - to the place once the chapel.  Before you sent me off, you told the church I was not supposed to be there.  Then the “uniformed person or persons” were almost before me to do your bidding before I could explain to you.  As I was walking out of the chapel, I urged you to appoint some scrutineers for the counting of the votes after my observations.

6.             Now I come to two important elements of displeasure for all.
6.1     The person in charge of the counting namely Wilson –the ex dean warden told me “You are in your mind that there is always cheating and you are cheating”.  That was spoken loudly infront of some young people and I asked him to apologise which he did not.   I then told him there are enough comments of cheating in AGM2012 and AGM2013 in the blogs.  Then I left the place.  I still want a public apology from Wilson and you name the time on Sunday. [NB: I can download those comments in the blogs if you need them].

6.2     You have to give valid reasons why I was sent off without warning and no chance for a reply by me.  Instead you already called the ‘uniformed men’ to be near me to harass me to leave the place when I never refused to go.  You have to justify the use of non church members to provide security within the church event when such uniformed men were supposed to be for the security of the car parks.  That is tantamount to the desecration of the holy church and disrepute to the family gathering – grieving God.  So an apology on Sunday from you and from Wilson is in order for the peace of His church.  Lets have pleasant shake hands.

7.        In conclusion I wish the Constitution be upgraded more extensively and the latest amended Constitution be reviewed by members before it is forwarded to the Bishop.

Thank you,
Yours faithfully,

Joshua Y. C. Kong
