5th MESSAGE to Synod of Anglican Diocese of Sabah.

HONORARY  auditor?????

The Constitution of Diocese of Sabah states in Article IX (7)  - Procedure in the Diocesan Synod – “At each ordinary meeting of the Diocesan Synod, an honorary auditor shall be appointed  who shall remain in office until the conclusion of the ordinary meeting of the Diocesan Synod and shall be eligible for re-appointment.”

With all the known illegalities at the Synod 2012 and the diatribe by AVCF at the Synod 2010 over Andrew Liew’s definition of Kokol Prayer Summit as illegal project without an Occupation Certificate but belately issued in December, 2010, it is hard to nail down the very much questioned AVCF as the Bishop unless he submits to the proper authority when his god is a god of disorders.

Now after the much shameful proposition of APSEA and HoB and Bolly Lapok as non legal entity in the High Court of Kota Kinabalu in December, 2013 as overturned by the Appeal Court on 25^th May, 2014, it is so final with a finality of the misrepresentation of the lawyer Ronny Cham in Court documents and arguments, that AVCF’s irregularities so aplenty including alleged criminal activities over a few decades surfacing in the last few years at All Saints’ Cathedral has to come to a conclusive end with ADOS and Synod as totally illegal and unconstitutional by its own deliberate crime of “removing” the honorary auditor after the Synod 2012 resulting that there is no HONORARY auditor.

Without the HONORARY auditor, I believe the Standing Committee with the full consent of the bishop avcf had failed to recruit the service of an HONORARY auditor and instead in desperation opted out to secure the service of a professional audit firm.  Can Michael Tong, Stephen Foo and avcf hide this violation of the Constitution.

There is no cure or remedy for this violation and they are prepared to lie as LIARS already known as it is all reported in the blog over the conduct of Synod 2012.

Without an HONORARY auditor and with an unconstitutional audit firm, the ADOS needs to pay for something which is a luxury as a crime trying to outdo the previous honorary auditor “sacked” for doing a good and the right job.  So there are many whammies here and very unbecoming of a Christian church serving the people for the salvation of souls when crimes are aplenty in ADOS.  Enough is Enough.

As the Synod is already illegitimate in several factors like the diluted election of the delegates and with an audit firm, the audited account in whatever way cannot be valid.  A constitutional breach and an invalid audited accounts make the ADOS and Synod illegal and null and void.  The standing committee should be disbanded now ending 50 years of ADOS.  The prerogative of the bishop would be meaningless with a breached Constitution because the Constitution gives the power of prerogative.

Unfortunately, there will be many stupid people who want to worship the god of Albert Vun and not the true God.  Such scenario cannot be sustained hence ADOS must fall to bring Glory of God back to God.

As a solution to face the breached Constitution, it is timely to revive the said Constitution with a new framework in the like of the Board of Governors not chaired by bishop but as an Adviser only.  When the bishop is loaded with secular activities as we have seen in the case of avcf, his mission is very much diverted to GREED hence he is very rich in earthly material and preached very poor sermons spiritually.  All such demonic activities must be ended in ADOS with a new beginning in the year of harvest.

We must to act to bring back the proper order of God everywhere where God is the focus.

5^th MESSAGE to Synod of Anglican Diocese of Sabah.

This is very IMPORTANT to the existence of Anglican Diocese of Sabah (ADOS) vis-à-vis Anglican Province in South East Asia (APSEA) and the Anglican Communion at large.

It is doom unless we address it now.  ADOS does not have an HONORARY auditor.

No wonder Ronny Cham and Bolly Lapok argue in the High Court misleadingly to deceive most ignorant and stupid people and Anglicans or Christians that APSEA and HoB of APSEA was a non legal entity when there was Constitution for APSEA since  1996.

Has Malaysia got a legal entity when it is supposedly governed by a Federal Constitution? 

If Malaysia is a legal entity, why is APSEA not a legal entity with an approved constitution?  Whose stupid idea is that?  If the Constitution for APSEA is a red herring, then we Anglicans should end up in prison for goodness sake being members of an illegal organization for so long.

If APSEA is non legal entity, it follows ADOS under APSEA is also non legal entity and so All Saints’ Cathedral (ASC)  is also non legal entity and so we are all “underground” church and a disgrace to Bishop Albert Vun CF now.

I strongly believe that the “non legal entity” for APSEA was mooted by the gang of four including socalled learned lawyers of Ronny, Stephen, Kenneth plus the big fool AVCF as Ronny could not tell the Appeal Court where his client was residing.

Thank God, we are now back to Legal Entity for ASC, ADOS and APSEA after the ruling by the costly Appeal Court.  Is there an appeal to the Federal Court by Ronny?  What would God say if that happen?  If not to Federal Court, what is the latest on the two rulings of Appeal Court namely the full release of PAC Report on the 40 (38 confirmed) alleged crimes of AVCF and the decision of the Ecclesiastical Court of APSEA in 90 days from 23^rd May, 2014 on AVCF?  Someone may go to jail for possible contempt of court.

After writing so much on APSEA, it is timely we focus now on another constitutional matter for Synod 2012 and Synod 2014 of ADOS.  The Convening of Synod of 2012 was illegitimate through and through and outright a great insult to God for doing God’s work via the ADOS which is a blood sucking establishment.  So Synod delegates have great responsibility to bring an end to ADOS as Synod itself was constitutional illegal.  The delegates turned up at the Synod 2012 were never elected by the various parishes but by the PCC only.  I know it is like a chicken and egg scenario, when the bishop of Sabah is deemed so powerful with the prerogative power so much so that Synod had been a rubber stamp since 2006.  Who can sack the Bishop if Synod cannot act on a very sick bishop when HOB and APSEA deliberately allows avcf to stay on since 2012 after an alleged RM50,000 “ang pow”?  Instead the Synod delegates had been all his people except a few to stay silent throughout the congress. This was a wonderful fellowship to worship AVCF in his crocodile tears instead of the true God.

So the important point I am raising is now about the Constitutional crisis.

Before I come to that point of ADOS and Synod, I would like to inform you that ASC failed to appoint an auditor for 2013 at the AGM 2013 when the outgoing honorary auditor did not want to continue.  So despite several qualified accountants present at the AGM, there was no proposal to appoint one from the floor and some clever evil people passed this on to the PCC to appoint an honorary auditor but PCC could not even appoint one until early 2014.  Then the Dean/Chairman of PCC and the honorary Treasurer Bobby sent by God signed an unaudited and unbalanced balance sheet for AGM 2014 on 6^th April, 2014.

At the adjourned ASC AGM on 29^th June, 2014, the Dean was so happy that the Constitution just mentioned auditor and not honorary auditor and so a commercial audit firm could be appointed after failing to secure an honorary auditor from the congregation. But there is now a discrepancy with the Diocesan Constitution where honorary auditor must be appointed at the Synod as per Article IX (7).

Now the ADOS had appointed someone outside likely an audit firm as the auditor and likely to cost tens of thousands of Ringgit possibly for 4 years 2010-2013.  But I also believe this is not honorary auditor if ADOS has to pay for the big professional fees.

Constitutionally and legally speaking, Synod 2012 was also illegal as it did not appoint  -as it is a MUST – an honorary Auditor.  So ADOS is illegal without the appointed honorary auditor and the accounts of 4 years cannot be presented in Synod 2014.

With all unfortunate events or Godincidences to hit at Avcf for his recalcitrance, what else do we want our most faithful God to answer our fervent prayers for three years in this year also known as “Year of Harvest” to faithful Christians sowing and now reaping for His Glory and His Church.

With all unfortunate string of events since 2011 or Godincidences to hit at Avcf for his recalcitrance since 2006, is not now timely that the sacking of AVCF be moved forward if avcf does not resign now when Synod is unconstitutional, the Bishop office is unconstitutional, and the Diocese is also unconstitutional hence it is indeed a non legal entity as breached when the Constitution is breached in so many ways since AVCF came in 2005.

So I urge Anglicans in Sabah to come forward to disband ADOS, disband Synod 2014, disband Standing Committee and then restructure Anglicans Church with a Board of Governors consisting learned and faithful members/laity plus senior (retired) clergy to make the promised land of God in Sabah.

I must say that if Synod delegates are not prepared to design motions for the betterment of ADOS, then members of any matured major parishes should be encouraged to do appropriate motions to get rid of the crisis in ADOS which I call BISHOPGATE.

It is indeed very shameful and a sham for a senior priest cum practising lawyer to have proposed some ridiculous motions at the end of the Synod 2012 from the floor without following the time factor of these motions.  You all know who were then the proposers and seconders as reported in the blogs of all the illegalities in that Congress to shame the shameless AVCF.  Yesterday, the Dean of ASC told the members that any motions must go through the PCC and yet in the Synod 2012, motions were released at the last minute from the floor.  All rubbish in ADOS.

Today, I am writing this OPEN message is because the sort of audited accounts of the Synod for 2010 and 2011 were heavily qualified by the honorary auditor but the treasurer Paul Chong was too shameful to show the management letter to the delegates.  Yet the rotten accounts were passed without any objections.

The Synod members/ delegates if you really want to serve God in his church to bring glory to God and not to AVCF, then be prepared to face much criticism even if the accounts are audited by an audit firm (not honorary one) at great expense to the members. I have great reservation about the known auditor/auditors of the ADOS.  So don’t pretend that everything would be alright with an audit firm.

Just like the ASC’s accounts for 2013 as audited by the “ghost” auditor of an audit firm , it is still in a mess and not true and fair hence it was rejected again by the adjourned AGM held on 29 June, 2014.  The report of my queries are posted in bishopgateinanglicansabah.blogspot.com calling for investigation and review for frauds and misrepresentation.

I hope amongst the Synod delegates will be capable accountants blessed by God to scrutinize every aspects of the audited accounts of 2012 and 2013 when the re-audit of 2010 and 2011 (not done as promised) where the ADOS was swindled of tens of millions Ringgit by the Bishop and the Standing Committee and yet bishop used to preached robbing God and face the consequences thereof.

Some people may want to know why I spend so much effort to save ADOS and ASC.  It is a repentant effort as if Paul Chong never became an accountant, he would not have the “deceitful” opportunities to mislead so many members serving in ASC and ADOS in various positions over a decade and more.  All his devious acts had been reported in the blogs.  If I had not listened to Dean Yong Chen Fah in those days to help Paul Chong as a reference to enable him to pursuit accountancy in ACCA, he could not be in a position to “deceive” others with his “capabilities”.  Since I had contributed to his qualification and the harm thereof in ASC and ADOS, I would like the precarious scenarios to be rectified.  The golden opportunities have now come for the restitution of whatever wrongs and damage control with the departure or missing Paul Chong in church.

ASC had scored a first and a precious precedent to reject the audit firm’s version of account of 2013 and other Anglican churches in Sabah and beyond should take note of this.  ASC has yet to face a mountain of “crimes” if immediate rectification measures are not carried out after the adjourned AGM.

So I hope the Synod in 2014 should now take early measures by ways of appropriate motions to put the God’s house in ADOS in proper order.

My suggestion would be that ADOS is a blood sucker of God’s money that had gone into the God’s storehouse namely the church by a selective modus operandi known as Diocesan Assessment which had been terribly abused by the bishop annually.  We don’t need the ADOS as the red herring in deceptive framework.  Now Anglican churches are under so much weight of the piling up sin of the bishop and his cronies so much so that it is very hard for fertile ground in Sabah to reach out to others.  Even many Christians of other denominations are blaming ADOS for the hardship and strains in evangelism mocking the name of precious Jesus Christ at large like the work of satanic attacks against the church in general.  So we need to move to disband ADOS in its present form and if we still need a bishop, then the bishop would be only in spiritual matters leaving the secular matters in the hands of the Board of Governors of learned and faithful laity and senior clergy.  Only then we can revive the Anglican church in Sabah and beyond.

We better act fast and do a motion in this aspect and the “Bishop” should allow this to go forward for win-win-win scenario as AVCF is the root of crisis in ADOS.

Someone sent me an email on the voting at the adjourned aGM

I counted only 55 hands.  The staff mentioned 63 and Dean Chak mention 89.  Didn't you hear them?

AVCF is guilty of all crimes in the evidence of his modus operandi.

1.                  The Good Samaritan’s experience of crime is still valid to justify this claim of his guilt.

2.                  When he moved to Kota Kinabalu as the Bishop in 2005, he brought along most of his staff from Tawau’s SPC.  If we accuse him of this, he will deny it and say KK staff wanted to resign.  Hence two ex staff were complainants of his ill treatment of staff.

3.                  When he wanted to set up All Saints Anglican Academy, he had find the excuse to close down All Saints’ Kindergarten with very short notice  and deny it that there is a link between ASAA and ASK as he wanted his unqualified wife as illegal Principal of ASAA, and not as Principal of ASK.  His wife drew a very fat salary without the required qualification.

4.                  He had to ask the sole gardener of many years of volunteer to go and then set up a dummy system whereby he and his proxies would collect salaries since 2007 for 4 gardeners, 4 cleaners too excessive in 2014 and earlier years.  Isn’t this a crime of stealing public fund and God’s money?  So how can explain such wastage of excessive workers?  So we need to go back to SPC to check on those workers in such list.

5.                  He want to enhance his greedy ego, by building big buildings for kickbacks like the Kokol mountain’s Prayer Summit at excessive costs when there was no piling, and now he want to build the House of Celebration in ASC ground to cause ASC to go bankrupt.  Even with the scale down size, it is still a white elephant as long AVCF is around.

6.                  We have seen in the allegations as how AVCF would buy high prices and sell cheap so that he can get the kickbacks by the price differentials.  The PAC report once full disclosed in the decision of the Appeal Court would confirm this.

7.                  Why he bought so many cars for ADOS and ASC when there are no matching drivers and users is ill in the mind of serving his ego and not serving God.

8.                  AVCF is robbing God with his Diocesan Assessment when the bible says his storehouse is the church and ADOS is not the storehouse and find the good way to rob God of the fund in churches by charging 10% in Administration fee when what is the role of ADOS in this aspect?

9.                  Now it is understood, all his family is working in ADOS and they are so stupid not to be able to get jobs outside.

10.             AVCF transferred ASAA from ASC in 2010 to ADOS and rob God for his own benefit.

 The secretary bore ill will when she told the congregation in BM that ASC is not registered under ROS and I wish it is so so that there is someone to regulate us rather than the very sick and eveil AVCF who had thrown all the good order of God into the rotten dustbin of signal hill or sulaiman.   We cannot abuse the privilege given to ASC for self regulation to do hanky panky.

So the best we can do now is to request an EGM to vote out everyone including the Dean and PCC to put the house in order rather than wait till march 2015.


ASC as the mother church 50 years earlier than the Diocese of Sabah is now eaten by AVCF as the rotten bishop. 

ASC is such rotten that it is a very sad precedent set that the accounts is still in the "boil" after the socalled illegal/ghost auditor had presented the socalled audited account as still far off from the true and fair.  The predicament and the crisis can only be solved with the departure of AV & family, AV & cronies, AV and the stupd fools so that Anglican Sabah can be restored to proper order.  I wish some responsible persons like the ex-acting Dean and the present Dean can be jailed, but hopefully not penalised heavy financially for all the illegal activities.  Imagine, if ASC is a ROS body, the account not ready to be approved would be struck out.  So God is still very kind to us to go the long journey to bring Glory to God but not the easy way hence a lot of sacrifice is still needed from the members .

The two major items I raised at the  adjourned AGM (29 June, 2014) are very important for the welfare/status of ASC vis-à-vis ADOS.

If the relevant authorities take action, the person/persons responsible could cause great headache to the Anglican church and it would be too late for such consequences.  The consequences can be jail sentence, heavy penalties, and a very bad image/name of Anglican church.

My effort would not stop at the adjourned AGM and don’t blame me for further action as desirable to resolve whatever crisis in ASC.

Audit & Accounts shortcomings

1.        The appointment of the honorary auditor for 2013 [not done at AGM 2013] has been at variance from the norm and sort of appointed at the Extra General meeting [9/2/2014] illegally.  Why we have problem to get volunteer is known to all.

2.        Then the Dean and Hon Treasurer provided a signed account for 31 December, 2013 with the Balance Sheet as unbalanced for AGM 2014 on 6/4/2014.

3.         For the Financial report for audited accounts for 2013 by Crowe Horwath, we observe that in the content page – Report of the Honorary Auditors, then page 3, then page 4 but in page 6, we have an expenses item “Auditors’ remuneration” of RM5,400 when honorary is FOC.

4.        In the same Financial report, and in page 4, we are now informed of the auditor who had done the audit to have signed the audited accounts and the few errors  namely in the page 6, the words “Audited” and “Actual” were unnecessary, Waiver of liabilities  did not have a note to the accounts, page 8 1. General information – the parish was registered? established under the Constitution of the Anglican Diocese of Sabah – was incorrect. [I think we are non legal entity is Anglican Province of South Sea Asia was once ruled “non legal entity” in the High Court but rectified by the Court of Appeal.]

5.        note 7, page 12 “Fixed deposits with a licensed bank” when it should be “Fixed deposits with licensed banks”.

6.        Note 25 (page 19) in the “Sunday breakfast” included undisclosed amount of RM2,100.

7.        Note 29, (page 20), the figure of Accumulated fund was in error.

Without the signature of the qualified auditor, the poor quality of the Financial Report indicate that an unqualified accountant did the job and yet the fee of RM5,400 for a report without a schedule of fixed assets.  Hence the fee is not justified.

Final search for Justice & Truth

Further to all the answers I received from the Honorary Treasurer Mr Bobby Tan first for the unaudited account in early April, 2014 and just this week after the audited accounts, I would like to two major demands namely as follows:-

1.        I call the PCC convene an investigation into the category of human resources expenses in particular Clean and guards salaries /allowances which itself is a misrepresentation as this item include wages to 4 gardeners namely RM43,080; 4 cleaners RM44,880; 2 guards RM27,720 [RM115,680] plus allowance and overtime of RM6,833.26 making it a grand total of RM122,513.  

1.1   The same item had been increasing  RM49k [2007]; RM68k [2008];   RM  ?       [2009]; RM86k [2010]; RM100k [2011]; RM104k [2012], when nothing had been changed since 2006 except there was only one volunteer gardener when Joseph Kong was asked to go.  The garden in ASC is not any much different since 2006 when there were fruits bearing trees and now no fruits bearing trees.  I also think 4 cleaners are too many.

1.2   The following areas should be scrutinized:-

1.2.1  Are the workers local or dubious citizens?

1.2.2  Do the foreigners have work permits?

1.2.3   Are the payment vouchers available?

1.2.4  On pay day, the workers must come in person with identity cards to receive their pay.

1.2.5  Are these workers work fully for the ASC?

1.3    Lets settle this suspected hanky panky or questioned frauds within the church now within one week or even tomorrow with a committee of 5 from here including myself.  

2.    Review of the Diocesan Assessment since 2007 with specific reference to the administration charge (10% for doing what?) and the transfer of All Saints Anglican Academy to the Anglican Diocese in 2010 and Appreciation Gift from ASAA of RM120,000 (page 14).  This review can be done by correspondence with the Hon treasurer.

I had asked many questions from the Dean and the Treasurer and I don’t think we can get the real answers and so I propose the only forward is to make this statement at the adjourned AGM and then proceed to lodge Police as internal settlement is unlikely. This is actually getting worst with the “useless” Dean Chak.

ASC adjourned AGM 2014 on 29 June, 2014

NB:  I am asking some of the questions or make comments based on some data provided by the Honorary Treasurer Bobby Tan for the AGM on 6^th April, 2014.

Now with the “audited” accounts I would ask for the following (agm adjourned for accounts):-

1. General Insurance  RM14,318  (note 19) page 17

1.1    The Cathedral building worth so much to replace/rebuild is not insured especially in this time of “religious” chaos.

2. Sunday Breakfast RM11, 328  (note 25)  page 19

2.1    How is this figure arrived at?

2.2    Is there any records of accounts kept to justify this figure in 2013?

3. All Saints Music Academy  (ASMA)

3.1    Is ASMA part of ASC?

3.2    If so, why ASMA account is not incorporated into ASC account?

4. Waiver of liabilities RM69120 (Statement of Income & Expenditure) page 6

4.1    There is no note to the accounts to show how this unusual figure is arrived at and nature of the item.

4.2    Is it simply an exercise of balancing figure when the trial balance is unbalanced properly?

4.3    In the “draft” account – unaudited – when compared with this audited accounts, there are some “loose” figures here and there giving an indication of problematic account in 2013.  Your comment please.

5. Human Resources Expenses (Note 16) (page 15)

5.1    Under the item – Cleaner and guards salaries/allowances – RM122,513 (2013) and RM104,633 (2012),  [additional info –RM100,000 (2011) & RM86,000 (2010).]

5.2    Please provide names and identity cards no of these workers together with copies of payment vouchers/ payment cards or anything to support such payments for 2013, 2102 plus 2011 and 2010 if possible.

6. Provision for Diocesan Assessment (DA) RM924,726 (note 10) page 13

6.1    d) Diocesan Admin @ 10% amounting to RM 248, 831

6.2    What does this Diocsan Administration involved when ASC is sort of autonomy in Administration?

6.3    ASC has a current liability of RM1,389,344 including Provision of Diocesan Assessment of RM924,726.

6.3.1        The Anglican Diocese of Sabah took over All Saints’ Anglican Academy worth anything upto RM1m (including goodwill) from 2007 till 2010 when it was taken over together with a grant from ASC of RM167,000 in 2010.

6.3.2        Should not some adjustments be made to the DA for the value of ASAA taken over by ADOS?

7. Cash & Bank Balances  Note 7 Page 12

7.1       Included in the Fixed Deposit  there is an amount of RM96,729 earmarked as ASC Building Development Fund, please show the working or details of this account and is this part of the Celebration Centre Fund ?

In the AGM 2008 of ASC I raised the issue of the kindergarten closure in 2006 one year after the AVCF became the Bishop and I mentioned about the factor "Islamic teaching".

AVCF as acting dean/chairman replied that he never said anything or wrote anything about the implication of Islam. He asked me to prove it then and of course I could not get the proof after the lapse of time there and then as it was an ad hoc question/comment. 

Today, searching through some documents, I found the Sunday Bulletin of ASC dated 19 November, 2006.

Quote: “ Besides the above overall reasons, the following are surrounding factors that convince us that this the right thing to do:

1.      The government has given notice that there will be increasing control over kindergarten including the eventual inclusion of Islam teaching.

So now I have proven that AVCF had written it and even spoken about it in the pulpit.

I wonder why the government should interfere anything under the roof of a Christian movement like the oldest one in Anglicanism.

Did AVCF create this “hearsay” to justify the closure of Kindergarten to allow his wife as unqualified educator to be made the Principal of the maiden All Saints Anglican Academy (ASAA) to command a very big salary until it was intolerable for AVCF to face the many questions asked at ASC AGM and transferred it under the ADOS instantly benefited from the financial injection by ASC since 2007 to 2010 worth up to a RM1m inclusive of RM167,000 as grant to ASAA from ASC in 2010.  That was a day light robbery of the greatest thief AVCF of ASC fund as no subsequent adjustment to the Diocesan Assessment.

The appointment of his wife as an unqualified principal of ASAA was an issue raised at the public dialogue with Anglicans in KK at ASC on 16^th October, 2012.  Soon his wife resigned as Principal and then believed to be appointed as administrator.

The government being sensitive to religious matters had given ADOS a free hand to run the Church with as little interference as possible except the word “Allah”.

When we lodge Police reports against AVCF and others, the Police would take a back seat as they believe the internal matters including alleged embezzlement, corruption, abuses of power, “money laundering” should be resolved internally, hence AVCF takes advantage of this outlook to exploit ADOS and others for his personal gains via Criminal breach of trust.

So it is the script written by AVCF to close down kindergarten using the wild allegation of “Islamic teaching” and whenever we want to discuss it he would just push it away by denial.

It further gives strong ground that the kindergarten was closed suddenly to make way for the ASAA with flimsy excuses.

If the Police is not to be involved in Police Reports against AVCF and ADOS, then ADOS and ASC would become “shrines” of massive crimes of AVCF and his gang as AVCF once wrote after visiting Jerusalem with lots of “shrines” or “monuments. Very sad days ahead.

Thank God, the Appeal Court had finally intervened by giving the most deserving Judgement All Saints deserve nevertheless from the “pagan” Judges.

The massive crimes of AVCF and his gang must be stopped.

Now the last frontier is the Synod of ADOS to act on the great slide into alleged crimes of all sorts. There are cases where Synods  of other Anglican communities had taken fraudulent Bishops to the civil, criminal and corruption Courts for proper trials.

Delegates of Synod’s congress 2014, please prepare some motion of no confidence in Albert CF Vun (AVCF) Bishop of Sabah to stop BISHOPGATE once and for all.

God is God of ORDER.  AVCF since 2006 –elected /selected/appointed by the Archbishop Yong Ping Chung at the Synod’s Congress 2005.

The votes were never disclosed for the four candidates or nominees in September, 2005.

AVCF took office in 2006 after a very stormy evening for the Installation.  It should have been cancelled as God spoke from heaven with the storm. Why was it not done?  So today we see the storm in ADOS and All Saints’ Cathedral brewing since 2006 with ASC ground flooded several times in recent years.  God had spoken so many times. God had again spoken again on 1^st April, 2012 ASC AGM when the Chairman AVCF was missing and NOT an April fool except a bias fool also the Diocesan Chancellor,.hence it was the day I decided to lodge Police Report and then launched the Civil Suit against the Bishop of Sabah.  God again spoke when AVCF defiled the Court Order to launch the ground breaking of the House of Celebration (now inactive) on July 24, 2012.  The service of Court order on 23^rd July, 2012 was God’s timing and not any body’s else timing as it was delayed until 23^rd July, 2012 for the service to the very reluctant AVCF.  Since then there had been many other signs for the removal of AVCF and with the latest belated Appeal Court’s ruling on 23^rd May, 2014 already made known to most people.

Was not what AVCF’s claim of ill health and that he could live a few months since end of 2013 without an official Medical Report as one of the infamous “trick” of AVCF in his script for self pity and also from God for his negative credibility is confirmed?

So some people may ask who am I to raise such an issue?  I am nobody as perceived but God knows what I have done for his church.  It was rumoured in early 1980s, ASC was “dead” physically or spiritually.  Then when I returned to ASC in 1988, All Saints came to life again and for this you can ask certain persons who were present at the re-convened Prayer meeting in the ASC and from then on Prayer meetings were revived for a long time hence the revival of ASC till 2005/2006 nevertheless there was some interruption to revival by Herbert Tong. 

Then you must also ask who is AVCF?  He is known for all his strings of misdeeds as exposed in several blogs.  He is ‘naked” to God and so he is so visibly “naked” to the church members.  Although he may have been an ordained priest since the early 1980s, his evil deed in Good Samaritan Church, Penampang has been exposed in the TheTruth blogs by a key witness.   So every one should now know who is this man AVCF.  He is famous for personal attacks and blame his grievous demeanour on others around him.

Now his misdeeds had been exposed in the PAC Report albeit in limited volume.  Soon with the Appeal Court’s Judgement, we should be very fed up with all those alleged crimes of AVCF in much greater details.  Lets cry out to God as why are many people “dithering” to act despite God has spoken many times?

Please remember the following matters that had been reported in Synod in 2010 and 2012 of the contagious behaviour of AVCF trying his evil ways to sway some people:-

In Synod 2010, Mr Andrew Liew was scolded and seriously personally attacked for bringing up the illegal Kokol Prayer Summit which was consecrated to God.  AVCF went off tangent of the agenda of the Synod congress by repeated squabbles against the whistleblower including his personal life – very sad – but did any delegate (except  Ir. TF Lee) come on the side of the whistleblower to stop AVCF’s verbal animosity. So there was so much disorder in what was supposedly a godly God’s event for the ADOS.  So many delegates dared to sit through that obviously forgot their role in Synod to bless God but none of that happened and AVCF was worshipped as God or Satan?

In Synod 2012, AVCF shed CROCODILE? tears and embraced? Dr. James Chhoa pretending to ask forgiveness? as it was in Good Samaritan Church in 1985/1986.  Was there real forgiveness –asking and giving?  Did AVCF deserve any forgiveness in the name of God? The socalled forgiveness was sorely abused by AVCF as he had forgotten about it when Dr. James Chhoa and his wife Gillian were not re-appointed as lay readers in 2014 with the licences not renewed by the evil man AVCF.  The evil work was also part and parcel of the satanic posture of AVCF ganging up with the new Dean Chak (CSF), AVCF had earlier appointed in late 2012.  Who do we wrong now?  Wrong both AVCF and CSF?

In Synod 2012, everything was illegal abinito and how can important motions be prepared at the venue and seconded at the meeting and then approved by the delegates without dissent?  How can the audited accounts in great mess by approved when the details of the management letter was not tabled?  The honorary audited signed a QUALIFIED report and why the treasurer cover up it without showing the management letter of the auditor?  After that the auditor was subject to personal attacks.

So I would urge the delegates of Synod 2014, submit early and even now any suitable motion to remove AVCF.  Every shortcomings and crimes in ADOS are the work of AVCF- period.

All Saints at ASC by secret ballot had already removed the recalcitrant acting Dean at AGM 2012. 

So it is now the holy and pressing duty of the delegates of Synod 2014 to do likewise – remove AVCF as bishop before more and more terrifying damages done to the Christian communities in Sabah.

I have always tried to move motions affected the ADOS at the level of ASC but always rejected for the prerogative of AVCF. 

So the Synod can do it now as it is the highest administrative and policy level in ADOS but the daily management duty is carried out by the Standing Committee on behalf of the Synod.

My fellow Christians in Synod of ADOS, when Stand Com is very rotten and at most times “eunuch” giving way to AVCF in the wrong context as already confirmed, SYNOD must act NOW to bring back the ORDER of God in ADOS and ASC.

Be POSITIVE, be PRO-ACTIVE, stand up for Jesus Christ now.

No more ‘pagan’ Judge or Judges for ADOS and solve it within by removing hypocrite and demonic AVCF and his gang (also known).  Then other processes can follow.

Let God be God and there is none other.  PUSH for total change in ADOS.

If indeed the bias HoBs and the E-Courts ruled in favour to AVCF as it is in the mind of some people, what would happen to those who had presented their evidence in sworn affidavits as narrated in the documents published here? So it would seem endless woes.


The Synod in 2010's Congress was ill prepared to send the AVCF away despite he was scolding Mr Andrew Liew for his appropriate comment of the illegal Kokol Prayer Summit and so ADOS missed a chance to 'get well".
Then Synod in 2012's Congress was so messy after ordaining an unqualified Priest against much protest a day earlier.  That Congress was illegal from the beginning with proper notice of the Congress, with a detailed Agenda, without any legal motions, without the account properly audited and subject a management report by the honorary auditors, and finally the illegal motions were prepared by Rev Kenneth - once the Diocesan Chancellor - on the spot to camouflage the alleged crimes of AVCF with a deceptive message of support from the Synod delegates who knew nothing of the alleged crimes of AVCF as the PAC Report was delayed in release just after the said Synod.  
So Synod 2014, the delegates must nail AVCF to finally close the chapter of sham and shame of AVCF internally without seeing more dirt in the Federal Court if that appeal is allowed before "pagan" Judges.  
The Synod by now should be fully awake and aware on BISHOPGATE.  Joshua  

OPEN LETTER to Synod of Anglican Diocese Of Sabah (ADOS)

The sham of AVCF has been identified in Synod 2010 where the illegal project in the Kokol Prayer Summit was exposed.  That could have triggered the initiation to remove the AVCF as the Bishop almost instantly with the motion to force him to resign or failing that further action could have been initiated by the synod to move another POSITIVE motion in 2012 when the crisis of ADOS which I called BISHOPGATE had taken central stage to remove AVCF by any means.

My court case against AVCF was started in late June 2012, and the Synod 2012 was in August/September 2012 where I was “condemned” for the civil action for bringing AVCF to the “pagan” Judge.  Synod 2012 was itself an illegal exercise. 

Now a lot of filthy water of AVCF had passed under the bridge BISHOPGATE culminating in the latest Appeal Court’s Judgement by three “pagan” Judges that Bolly Lapok set up the Ecclesiastical Court or E-C within 90 days and he releases the full Report of the Provincial Advisory Committee’s (PAC) including the recommendation report for public consummation.

I think the members of the Synod do not understand the power of Synod.  The bishop of Sabah was technically elected or selected at the Synod hence it should have the capability to remove the appointment made at the Synod.

The Synod of ADOS had missed the chance of removing the bishop with a vote of no confidence in AVCF in 2010, then 2012, and now in Synod 2014 should take positive action by a motion to punish AVCF for all the alleged crimes in ADOS and beyond.

Without a thorough review and audit of all the Synod’s accounts since 2006 under AVCF, it is meaningless or even frightful to allow AVCF to stay in office.

Now it is indeed very painful for HoBs of APSEA to face the wrath of the consequence of the civil court’s Judgement and the whole Anglican Communion near and far face the shame in the eyes of the public.  Much of the dirty linen already washed in the public domain.

Since Synod 2014 is still within the 90 days of Appeal Court’s ruling, it is now the paramount duty of the Synod 2014 to act as it is likely ADOS would be without a Bishop proper in August/September 2014.   [The case against the Archbishop sought 30 days for the E-C to be set up but the Appeal Court ruled 90 days.]

So Synod must take the cue now and even start the motion to remove AVCF as the Bishop earlier.

It is now our duty to put our house ADOS in working order.  God has spoken many times.
