Why so quiet on Constitutions Amendment of ASC vis-a-vis ADOS

 To the Chairman of the sub-committee of Constitutions amendments or revamp


I don't know when Dr James Chhoa is going to contact me since November 2012.

I had presented 30 questions to AVCF, YTC, CSF but no replies or even acknowledgement of the 30 questions in fax, emails, blog etc since January 2013.

Most of these 30 questions need to be addressed by proper Constitution provisions which are absent or silent in the Constitutions of ASC and ADOS.  If every thing is done by the prerogative of one person as i have seen hence no answers are good.

In the past the Constitutions of ASC and ADOS were largely done by a few person especially the Bishop and no two ways or open dialogue.

So in this Constitutional amendments or revamp (depend on who do it), it must be open to a guideline of processes with draft proposals for members review plus final approval by AGM and EGM.  this was never done before.

Imagine the Ireland Anglican Constitution is 153 pages while Provincial and ADOS constitutions are about 30 pages hence we have the problems today.  We have seen so much distortions, and illegal applications of the crisis of BISHOPGATE largely due to prerogative and misapplication of the Constitutions of ASC and ADOS to favour the wrong parties.

Why the ASC website is not used for this review of the Constitutions of ASC?

Why the ADOS website is silent on the Constitution of ADOS if amendments are ongoing?

The ADOS and ASC belong to all and all should be involved to move forward in the Kingdom of God.

Please be my seconder for this motion urgent.

This motion would indicate to the BMT as facilitator.
This motion if approved would assist the Constitution subcommittee to amend the
constitutions of ASC and also ADOS in the right footing.

When we know the full problems via an investigation, we can then
be in better position to find solution / check and balance.

Let this the first facilitator see this first case before his eyes.

Motion 2    We demand for a full investigation of the performance of the acting Dean since 2006 in ASC.  An investigation committee be formed in this AGM to look into all aspects of ASC vis-à-vis ADOS to declare Datuk AV as unfit to remain as Bishop.

RATIONAL:-

1. Platform for appropriate corrective actions including restitution of losses etc.

2. To firm up misleading accusations as denied.

3. For moral boosting, morale restoration and good practice.

4. To implement the vote against AVCF as acting Dean in last AGM as he did not resign accordingly..

What AVCF shared about his forgiveness of his son he had scolded so bad is nothing to be compared with what AVCF has done in ADOS for twenty years.  Who are FOOLs to believe it?

AVCF did ask for forgiveness in Good sam some 20 years ago and he continued in his evil ways in St Patrick for the next 15 years until he came to ASC to do more harms and it is likely he will unfold his fatal blow to ADOS and ASC very soon.

AVCF told us both father and son cried and there are so known with crocodile tears as worthless but deceiving others like what he preached at HTB, London recently.

See no evil, hear no evil and do no evil but remove AVCF now as Bishop of Sabah. 

Who chair the ASC's PCC meeting?

Can anyone tell me who chair the ASC PCC meeting tonight?

If Dean Chak is away, then who chair this very important meeting?

Is the audited accounts of 2012 ready ?

We will soon see how rotten is the PCC to revamp ASC.

Playing God or Impeding God?

Bishop Moses Tey has been telling us not to play God, that we must HONOUR, FORGIVE & RECONCILE with one another. He is absolutely right on all counts. It is not the theology that I dispute, it’s the application that troubles me. By now it is very clear, Bishop Moses Tey has been misinformed that BAV is under attacked from some very vindictive church members, that people are pursuing litigation because they want to see blood."

Who have actually written this articles with some stupid mistakes?
About AVCF, there is nobody playing God except the demon has turned around with its shrewd approach of painting the distorted truth. AVCF has been playing God for more than 6 years when he applied prerogative power even ordaining unqualified persons as pastors and priests despite Si Qui protests.
The harm done by AVCF in ADOS that is already exposed is already very bad. Much more harm are still hidden and only the full confession of AVCF and his gang would do justice in his administration.
That is why I am calling a full investigation by ASC on the crimes of AVCF.

I want to draw an analogue of Project IC and BISHOPGATE.

You all know of the consequence of Project IC of the failure of the Police to act
on so many countless Police Reports and so much so the Invasion of Tanduo due partly to

RCI on Illegal Immigrants Sabah has caused the mutilations of the Police Officers including 
chopping of a head.  Is that sort of divine punishment although I do not fancy that such thing ever happen?

Those culprits should be punished too.

So in the BISHOPGATE, any worsening scenario like the total vanquish of ADOS  is also caused by the inaction of the Police Force.

So how would God punish any wrong parties here including the top leader who has a major hand in both scenarios?

But I do not want to leave it to chance and want to see BISHOPGATE resolved  with the removal of AVCF and restitution of losses in ADOS by him and his cronies.

Why Rev Sim Ka Sing as Chairman of AGM ASC 13?

Any good reason that the Dean is so scared of questions and issues.

He cannot run away from that position.

Sooner or later, the questions would come back to him even without him knowing any things what would hit him.

So this is worst than an acting dean without any back bones?

Are they all so snakey indeed?  Is he shrewd in the year of snake as he preached about it on CNY service by avoiding AGM ASC 2013?

Update 1st April, 2013 - not april fool --

Where was the Commisary HT for the Easter service?  Bishop YPC and family was at ASC 7.30am service.

Every Easter, the Bishop should be in ASC 7.30am service.

If the TROUBLEMAKER HT himself is still mired by those self created trouble in 1991-1994, then how can he be the Commissary to avoid ASC?

Also there was a question asked at ASC AGM why a priest C Fu could stand for PCC?

People also want to know why a priest who left ASC /ADOS for more than 15 years can be appointed as the Commisary?

Do these make sense?

BTW, we want a full report how the Commisary supervise the forced Sabbatical leave of AVCF who is reported to be seen in KK regularly?  What is he doing at the Wisma Anglican where AVCF was seen?

For the information of all Anglicans & part of context of conversation as follows,a/.HT said, 7.30 am English Parishioners were trouble makers & very judgemental.
b/.HT said, BAV didn’t not take a single cent from ASC & ADOS.
( HT, where did the cash money came from on the Sulaiman Mansion cash purchased ?
were those money came from all the love gifts engagements overseas & in particular
from the rich Indoinesian lady ? ).
c/.HT said, Priests don’t have to be poor & why questioned the 2nd. Condo purchased ?
( Were BAV not abusing & plundering God’s money for 2nd. Condo purchased done
registered under his personal name without seeking Standing Comm. approval ).
d/.HT said, attendance throughout ADOS is growing & ASC 7,30′s congregation was only a very
portion of the Diocese.
( HT, were all these figures on attandance been grossly inflated to shows growth &
were the Celrgy not cheating God ? ).
The above was said by HT during the 3rd. day of a CNY gathering of over 50 family members & HT was
wearing a grey long sleve shirt. A group photo was taken & HT was standing on 2nd.last roll on the right.
To all my friends at ASC, I leave it to you to assess whether HT has been too bias & impartial . Does he
still has the moral & creditability to preach in our pulpits ?

William Thien: it has already polarized the church. With top leadership sinning at will, the church is losing ground and God is turning his face away from us. HT believes every lie that BAV told him. He projects his own rejection by the church 20 years ago to the current crisis and concluded that just as he was “cast aside” by troublemakers then, BAV is being prosecuted by troublemakers today. It’s not about issues, sins, right or wrong anymore. The very persons who are supposed to teach the word of God is abusing the authority given to them to teach. There’s a blatant superiority complex the men in robes know better and is holier than the laity. How much worse can things go? How much more shaking and sifting does God want to do?

ASC never have any troublemakers except we want to reform the church.

It is very sad for HT to even mention troublemakers in his time as Dean of ASC except himself to be blamed.

The problems faced by HT are totally different from what AVCF is facing in ADOS and ASC.

So how can HT be so confused as he was when he was Dean.

HT should now name those alleged 'troublemakers' and done just make sweeping statement.

Was HT referring to the 50 visiting Americans with Bob Liardon who were sent off by the Police and Immigration
for an offence at the Conference organised by William Vun as Rector of GoodSam.?

So HT is definitely unfit to be the Bishop's Commisary.

Actually made some good changes in ASC but he did not see the beauty of it.

I believe HT was under the evil attacks which he blame it to troublemakers.

We need to ask the business man Steven Liew...in our Bible study group.
